Good standard of room, convenient wifi/desktop computer provided in room. Restaurant was out of action for renovation which compromised evening dining, otherwise excellent value.

I enjoyed my stay at the DoubleTree London in Westminster. Although the location is a tad far from any decent restaurants and nightlife, there are several noteworthy sights nearby (e.g., Westminster Abbey, Tate Britain, and House of Parliament). In addition, the Pimlico station of the London Underground is a short walk away, and there are a couple of nearby bus stops. My room was equipped with an Apple Mac computer, which doubled as a TV. Space was sufficient, and the room was kept tidy each day. Coffee, tea, and biscuits are complementary, and room service was available (although I did not take advantage of this latter option). I also very much enjoyed the complimentary warm chocolate chip cookie that was provided upon my arrival at the hotel. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend that others stay here as well.

The hotel was nice, a iMac in the room that works as TV (and other services, did not try). We liked the fact that it was just 1 minute walk to bus 88, that goes to more central parts of London. When we arrive, they appologized they did not have a hoot cookie ready to welcome us (?) so we got a voucher. Maybe they should not tell that "you were supposed to get something", but I guess that is something other guests can enjoy :-)

Positives: excellent location, nice and cosy modern hotel, nice rooms Negatives: refrigirator not worken and not repared during stay, no bath as originaly promised in studio rooms

I was surprised when we checked into the hotel because the pictures listed on the site were clearly not of my room. There was no tub and tight quarters for 2 people with all their belongings. Would recommend because of location and cleanliness but would like to see some updated photos and room descriptions on their site.

checked nshould have had large bed n,im not sure how they size them there i had two singles rolled together wo every time i rolled over i was falling through,the room was so small . on the web site it shows a view of london from the top floor ,however that is for executives only? (quote). i went down at 4 am to complain ,we didi not chwck in until midnight ,they changed the room and asked if there was anything else they could do i said you could send uds up some tea and coffee for the inconvenience it showed up on the bill,all in all a awful time

Busy, full of smart young things on mobiles, staff were great, room is modern and very comfy, great shower room. Only downside is that it's a bit out of the way for tourists, unless you can figure out the busses or are prepared to walk. We walked and enjoyed it, but London traffic is awful and Whitehall was closed twice in the few days we were there, so cab trips became marathon as the traffic ground to a halt.

This is a great hotel in a very central location when staying in London. The staff are very knowledgeable and it's a fun place to stay. I have stayed there on my own and with my family. Very clean rooms and overall great service.

The hotel is very good, clean and well mantained and comfortable. It is a bit out of the way from the nearest underground station but then it has a good taxi services. Recommended

Var med familjen på långhelg semester och kan varmt rekomendera detta hotell. Nära till många sevärdheter, gångavstånd till city och trevligt område. Bra service och fina rum. Skulle gärna bo här igen.

stod til forventningene,brukte 1 dag for å orientere oss hvor shoping gatene var ,god mat øl osv.

Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es wa absolut sauber, das Frühstück lecker, der Service sehr aufmerksam. An der Rezeption hat man uns "Touris" bei allen Buchungen unterstützt, uns aufmerksam gemacht, was gerade in London "hipp" ist und meine Mutter (78 Jahre) wurde hofiert wie "Queen Mum". Am späten Abend sassen wir gerne in der Hotelbar und auch zu fortgeschrittener Stunde wurde uns nie das Gefühl gegeben, dass es jetzt Zeit fürs Bett wird. In den Zimmern stehen neue Apples, die man ganz einfach bedienen kann und dienen gleichzeitig als Fernseher. Beim nächsten London-Aufenthalt werden wir wieder dieses Hotel buchen.

Un hotel de calidad en una zona tranquila de Londres. A pesar de coincidir con la fiesta de Nochevieja no tuvimos problemas de ruido. Un poco lejos del centro, pero caminando son unos 15min. Muy muy nuevo y limpio. Servicio de habitaciones correcto. Ordenador Mac en la habitacion fue lo más divertido; internet y tv en la misma pantalla y todo gratis para mi es nuevo en un hotel. Lo único malo es que la habitación no tenía vistas exteriores, pero como sólo la utilicé para dormir tampoco me importó. Repetiré seguro.

Très bon séjour à LONDRES. Hôtel très bien situé et bien entretenu, personnel agréable et compétant. Par contre, le prix du petit déjeuner est trop élevé.
