Furniture well used needs replacement,chair foot stool, desk, chair, bed

Nice swimming pool, good breakfast, nice bedroom

Enjoyed the stay! Was down for a Montreal Impact game, and about a 20min drive to game. Staff was very helpful, and no issues due to not speaking french! Would consider staying at this location again! Only draw back was the access to the highway, since it is on a service road and only one way traffic. Just a little pain to go around the block each time you wanted to go the other direction.

very satisfied

not bad at all!

Even though the fan and heat were turned to very low, the air in the room was so dry it kept me awake. Also, there was a lot of noise in the corridor outside of our room which was just down the hall from the front desk. I was awake from about 3 to 4 a.m. with the noise and the dryness in the room.

It was very comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed the cleanliness of the room as well as the spaciousness of the room. Breakfast was pleasant with lots of choice.

Hotel was chosen because of its proximity to the Trudeau Airport and the highway. Overall the room was large and very comfortable. Beds were great. Breakfast had a good choice of food. The shuttle was a plus.

Very helpful front desk staff who gave us directions to the middle eastern grocery store in the area.

The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming. The included breakfast, afternoon cookies, and all day coffee were exceptional. The room exceeded our expectations and the faculty on the whole was excellent. The location was a little remote and not near any dining or shopping, but otherwise I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting an excellent getaway for a reasonable price.

very comfortable. will definately return

Booked this hotel for long weekend family vacation because downtown hotels were all booked. This was a very nice, clean hotel that was reasonably priced. The rooms are decent sized and quiet; the beds are comfortable, and the staff is friendly and helpful. the complimentary breakfast was also very good. The only drawback is the 20 - 30 minute drive to most Montreal attractions. Difficult with kids. For adults who drive downtown and stay all day, no problem.

Had a great stay. My kids were disappointed with the pool, and I was disappointed there was no hot tub but other than that, it was a great stay.

Location is little far from Montreal downtown or old Montreal city but excellent shopping/ restaurant location. We liked it.

very friendly helpful staff, free shuttle service to airport and connection to public transportation there.

It was great but the bed could be a little much comfortable. The mini refrigerator and the microwave were so convenient. For the free breakfast i think people should have more choices by example people don't have to eat eggs and sausage every day. At least pancakes, boiled egg(etc..) other than that my family and I have no complaints. Thank you.

Hotel exceeded my expectations. Very clean rooms and friendly staff (they were happy to call restaurants to make reservations for us). Also, great amenities (indoor pool/sauna, extra pillows/blanket in the closet). Lastly, location is amazing (short drive to Montreal or you can take the Metro that's located right next to Hotel). NOTE: If you are not a morning person, best to put the "do not disturb" sign outside the door at night. Otherwise, you may get a friendly knock at the door for maid service before 8am.

It was very comfortable. The breakfast wasn't up to it's usual standard as some of the hot items were not hot. The cookies at the front desk were delicious, but since Monday was a holiday we never got to sample them again! :-( All in all, if we ever do need to visit Montreal, this would be our hotel of choice.

Nice, and comfotable but not close to airport or other amenities, but they have a good shuttle system to airport.

We stayed at the hotel for a family weekend getaway. The staff were nice and the rooms were clean. The facilities were well-maintained. However, this is primarily a business hotel which, although good for the purpose, gave the odd feeling when dripping down the hall on the way from the pool past a business seminar. I would stay there again, but may prefer more family, less business.

the room was clean and the whole hotel was the same . the free breakfast was very good lots of thing to eat.

Good location and rather new and clean. Comfortable beds, Courteous staff and good complimentary breakfast.

Great management and great customer service. We had early flight and free buffet was close at that time. I asked manager can we have breakfast an hour earlier, and he did it for us. Thank You, Thank You

Stayed 4 nights in December. Hotel and room had all the amenities that one could want. The service was excellent and the room was clean. The free breakfast had a lot of choice. Would strongly recommend.

The service was great . The employees were very helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Montreal.

Though an older hotel, it is clean and well maintained. Staff are friendly and accommodating, and created a nice experience during our family visit. If you're looking for affordable accommodations with Todd features (pool, modern workout equipment, etc), I recommend.

Very nice hotel. Would like to see them add Fox New Channel to their TV listing. An option to have a Tempurpedic mattress would be a plus. Would recommend to others.

The two people i dealt with at the desk were not supportive as i had a disibility as I had spine surgery and I was advised on the telephone that I could come after 12pm and the room would be available and when I got there they said it has to be after 3pm and I advised them what I was told and that I was very tired and they were unable to support me. When I came back after 3pm I advised the gent what transpired earlier, he just kind of ignored what I said and kept on saying yes, you are here now and here is you key instead of acknowledging what had happened. Anyhow, we stay at the Barry Hampton in in Ontario and always have a great time so sai la vie.

Excellent service and breakfast

The hotel rooms and staff were excellent. The breakfast was excellent except for the scrambled eggs. Location was good. Would stay again.

I stayed in lot of hotels, this hotel is below average and doesn't keep the standard to have the Hilton name there. The carpet in the hallways are so dirty and never been vacuumed. So is the mat to welcome in, not a good impression when you walk in to the hotel first time. The room had a bad smell. The pool was closed, estimate time to fix a week or longer, and my kids always use it when we stay in a hotel. I wonder how long it was out of service to begin with or it's always is out of service to save money. So they hotel is not 2.5 star anymore, should be 1.5 star. Worst I was scratching after sleeping in the bed, I wonder if they really launder the sheets after each customer like they claim. The staffs were friendly and helpful. Looks like the management is trying to save money on maintenance and supplies. Not worth for the price, could stay in a motel and get the same feeling for 1/3 the price.

We were very pleased with this hotel. The physical condition and cleanliness of the property were very evident. The service was good. The location was excellent and very central. Easy access to highways. The breakfast was good and provided many options and choices. I would recommend this hotel and stay there again.

We reserved a non smoking room but were put in a smoking room. When I complained I was told "too bad, we're booked-up".

-located in West Island area -close to airport & Via rail station (10 min taxi) -located on TransCanada (highway #40) -close to shopping centers and restaurants (5-10 min taxi)
