Excellent gorgeous hotel. They even called a taxi to recommended restaurant. Fare paid by restaurant. Free Jerez sherry on arrival at reception in hotel. Breakfast was wonderful and could be healthy too with fine selection of fruit etc. The 30 min taxi tour you can take from the hotel was very informative and value for money. The room was luxurious. The mini bar was worth raiding as also reasonable. 5 star luxury with a budget price. Very pleasantly pleased and in a gorgeous city.

Fairly poor 5* hotel, many of the facilities that are listed for this hotel were not available during our stay. Hotel in general needing some TLC. Hotel management fairly unresponsive to our concerns. Go elsewhere!

Outstanding service, especially from the daytime reception person. She always went out of her way to help us with any request or question! My only negative was the odor on the 1st floor wing where we stayed the 1st night. There was a sewage smell.

How this hotel can claim to be 5 star is a mystery. It does not have an a la carte menu. It has a bar which if staffed closes at 8.00pm. The building and rooms are superb but obviously the management know nothing about running a hotel. The previous 2 nights we stayed in Paradores and the night after we were in the Eliott in Gibraltar all of which we would reccommend. The Prestige Palmera Plaza should be re rated to 3 star maximum but the building, rooms and position are certainly 4 star. The staff tried to be helpful but there is definately a major problem that nobody is addressing.

Price was ok, room was good, location quite a way from the centre of town and a walk down a busy road. But we visited in March when the hotel was quiet. The swming pool and bar were closed, the restaurant in the evening was dead and the expensive breakfast buffet a let down - lack of variety of foods. Car park on site quite small and easy to get blocked in, charge per night quite high. Jerez itself not a patch on Sevilla or Cadiz

We have stayed at this hotel when visiting Jerez for over three years. Everything is perfect from large rooms to friendly service. The complex is very spacious. However in the Winter months there is limited restaurant service and one needs to eat out for lunch and dinner.

Booked here for 2 nightrs as we had enjoyed a stay 2 years ago. First night room was too hot to sleep well as room thermostat did not work. Were changed to another room next day but computer records were not altered and they allocated our new room to other guests who walked in whilst we were there, very embarrasing all round. Breakfasts were mediocre. The hot food was cold - fried eggs and underdone bacon in a covered server. Remaining food was o.k. but nothing was replenished for late comers, we noticed. Would probably choose somewhere else to stay on another visit to Jerez.

The hotel is well situated for the city of Jerez, being only a short walk from the city centre. The bedrooms are excellent and the bathrooms are outstanding. Plenty of secure parking, but it is charged for. Staff very helpful, particularly Virginia who was in charge. There is a bar and lounge and other public areas such as swimming pool and converted bodega for functions, but that does not impinge on regular hotel guests. The only downside was the restaurant. It was not open during our visit in November, because management had decided that there were not sufficient hotel guests to make it worthwhile. So check before you book! Breakfast was good, but a bit of a shambles, with different staff each day, all running things differently. Plenty of food though and good quality. All in all, an excellent hotel, and a worthy recommendation.

Very nice oversized rooms. Bathroom particularly nice. Gardens beautifully maintained. My only negative is my morning coffee - or should i say lack of it. There wasn't any tea and coffee facilities in the room nor was there anywhere to buy a cup of coffee. The pool bar wasn't open so apart from going to breakfast i couldn't have my coffee. A minor point but i do like a coffee before i get dressed!

The location was perfect for visitng the Andalucia school of horses and Sandemans Bodega. It wasn't far to walk into the centre of Jerez. Great location

the hotel was a bit difficult to find if you drive, by taxi, no problem. very friendly and helpful staff great sized room, comfortable bed, and great bath

Nice 5 star hotel with pleasent and helpful staff. While central the hotel was very peaceful. A good basic gym and spa treatments are available and the massage was a great antidote to the great variety of sights that you can see in the town and around. Room was large, clean and airy - plus efficient air conditionoing. Breakfast was a simple but very nice buffet and staff were attentive and helpful.

We were very happy in this hotel. Short walk into the centre of Jerez. Very close to Sandeman and the equestrian centre. Breakfast very good.

Rooms are roomy, the pool is great (perfect temperaturre and size), delicious breakfast, and nice staff.

Very comfortable and centrally located hotel, right nest to Sandeman (Sherry producer) and the Ancalucian Horse Shcool. Large rooms, nice garden, a small pool. You walk to the centre in 10 minutes.

Entspricht auf keinen Fall einem 5-Sterne-Hotel! Schon etwas abgewohnt aber sauber und ruhig. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war aber sehr gut, aber nur noch als 4-Stern-Hotel deklarieren.

Las instalaciones no estaban mal... pero la piscina era pequeña, el jardín olía como a plástico, encontré una cucaracha enorme en mi habitación, los productos de aseo se limitaban a dos botes de champú+gel, no había zapatillas ni albornoz... dejaba muuucho que desear. La contrapartida (buena) es que la atención por parte del personal de servicio fue realmente buena y la situación del hotel, pese a estar en una calle más bien fea, estaba muy cerca del centro (y con un mercadona a 5 minutos andando)

me parece que este hotel queda mas que bien servido con 3 estrellas.... las cinco no se de donde salen

Kanonfint men väldigt lite personal.

Nos gustó la habitación y el cuarto de baño por su amplitud y tambien por su pequeña terraza exterior. Nos gustó el hotel y sus jardines por su ambiente relajado. El desayuno buffet era adecuado pero nos habría gustado una seleccion más amplia por ejemplo de frutas frescas preparadas etc. Volvería...

Die großen, luxuriös ausgestatteten Zimmer repräsentieren das Niveau eines Grandhotels in ruhiger Lage. Wunderschöner Hotelpark, bei dem es einen immer wieder freut, aus der Stadt zurückzukommen.

Buenas situación, el personal muy amable, hotel muy tranquilo y relajante.

Sure folk som jobber der, dårlig service og en meny som var dårligere enn en bensinstasjon, et 5 stjerners hotell skal klare noe mer enn å varme spaghetti carbonara i microen før den blir servert! Hotellet opplevdes som MAX 3 stjerner! Rommet var fint og området rundt var greit nok! Beliggenheten kunne vært bedre!

Nous avons passés 4 jours de vacances, l'accueil est sympathique et hôtel est très bien situé. Les chambres sont grands et confortables. Excellent petit déjeuner en buffet.
