Hotel listed that they were reconditioning the building and the furniture. I expected the smell of new paint and carpets. They were reconditioning and do a very good job of keeping those conditions away from the guests. Manager/owner was very pleasant and I believe that he was going to make sure that our stay was comfortable and pleasant. We would stay there again if in the area.

Very nice, friendly and helpful staff. I wish towels were bigger and thicker, but that's why I always bring my own from home. If you like to sleep in, ask for a room on the side not next to the road. Loud Harley's will wake you up early otherwise.

This hotel has gone WAAAAAYYYYYYY downhill in the last couple of years. First of all, four of us stayed there but they only provided towels for three. No big deal, until we asked for more towels the next morning and the ones they brought us had BLOOD on them. The carpet was stained with a big white gob near the foot of the bed, the countertop for the sink was cracked and broken, the toilet was cockeyed, the tub didn't drain well, the rack over the toilet was bent and missing the support rods. All in all, a very disappointing room. Next time I will spend a little extra and stay down the street at the Hampton.

Our stay was very nice. We were disappointed that the pool was not open. The pool was one of the features that we really liked when we booked the reservation. The new beds were very comfortable.

The hotel was a good stay for the value. Didn't try the continental breakfast. The breakfast area was being remodeled but I didn't hear any of the noise from my room.

It was suggested that we stay here by a funeral home in the area, as they felt there there was no good place to stay in Fulton, TN/KY. It was a more than decent night stay for the price range. The free breakfast in the morning was most welcome. My only complaint is that the walls are not soundproof, and we were awakened at 4:30am by the trucker next door playing his CB radio and revving up his rig for what seemed like half an hour.

Very friendly and courteous staff. Superb location. Well-maintained hotel. Surprisingly diverse and good breakfast buffet.

Room was average. The management was very nice. We were a little late to the breakfast and he offered to bring it all back out. Was quite surprised that is was more than just a bagel or cereal. The only drawback was the location-it was difficult to enter and exit the hotel-needs a back entrance.

I was very surprised to find the room had FREE wireless internet access. This was very helpful as my cell phone had no service (T-Mobile) so I could make calls with Skype or use my phone in wifi mode. There was a small outdoor pool that would hae been refreshing if I had he time. Never woke up in time for the breakfast so I cannot comment. I was a little dissapointed that there was no maid service. I got fresh towels, but the bed was not made or the room picked up. I never stay in motels, so I am not sure if this is the new way of bussiness to keep prices low.

Nice pool. Good location, close to many businesses.
