سعدنا للغاية بالخدمة والغرفة. يقع الفندق في موقع متوسط وقريب من مركز التسوق. تناولنا العشاء في مطعم توباكي الموجود بالمطعم، وكانت الوجبة ممتازة وبسعر مناسب. كانت الغرفة واسعة وجميلة.

خدمة ممتازة، وكذلك العاملون وصالة صالة تمارين اللياقة البدنية جيدة وحمام السباحة نظيف، قريب من المتاجر والمطاعم

فندق 5 نجوم ممتاز، في مكان لطيف في الديره بالقرب من السينما والمركز التجاري. الغرف كبيرة ومؤثثة بشكل مثالي، والخدمة خدمة خمس نجوم بالفعل. يمكنك مشاهدة قناتين إيطاليتين على التليفزيون. احتفظ الفندق بحقائبنا بعد إنهاء إجراءات المغادرة، وسمح لنا باستخدام حمام السباحة الرائع الموجود على سطح المبنى بدون مقابل أثناء انتظارنا لموعد طائرتنا عند منتصف الليل، على الرغم من إننا لم نعد نزلاء في الفندق. 10+

This is a nice hotel but does not come up to the standard of the Taj Chain in India. It is not in a particular good neighborhood and probably most suited for business travelers. The Handi North Indian restaurant is first class and has garnered a few awards. I would not recommend it for the holiday maker as rather long trips by taxi are needed to get to the major attractions. Breakfast is a 7/10 and the service is excellent.

We were in Dubai for a lay over, and from the moment we arrived from the airport we were welcomed as special guests. Short drive from airport, relaxing environment, great Indain food resturant, beds are like sleeping on a cloud especially after a long flight. I can find no fault and encourage everyone to stay at this hotel.

We had wonderful time and stay at the Hotel. The Staff were very courteous and hospitable. Their Conceirge service was the very helpful and went out of their way to recommend places to visit within our short stay.

Taj Hotels in India maintain a better level of service and attentiveness than this place does. Breakfast service is a hurried, noisy affair. The staff spends more time checking details of the room package than seating you. Reminded me of 3 star European tourist mills. If you are paying for breakfast out of your pocket, this is a very mediocre experience. The selections are nothing to write home about. Their finer restaurants downstairs are a lot better. The check out desk is not even apologetic about not being able to make change. Far cry from the Taj Hotels in India. The housekeeping staff does it's job very well. Internet access works well, though pricey. On the whole not a bad experience, I will go back (if they will take me!) but the place lacks pride of ownership.

Hotel is very nicely furnished and has nice sized rooms. The Bathroom suite is also very lush with separate tub and shower and toilet room with bidet. However, nothing is included with the price of the room; not internet, not breakfast, not even local phone calls, all of which are somewhat expensive additions to the base room rate. The immediate surrounding neighborhood is a slum but the metro entrance is a short walk and the hotel is a short cab ride from the airport and to the Gold Souk. For being what I thought was an Indian owned hotel I was surprised that there was no alcohol served in the hotel. I would not stay here again.

Loved the hotel, all staff were very friendly and helpful. Location close to shops, pubs and local attractions. Cheap taxi fare to Dubai Mall, Burj Kalifa etc etc. Will stay here next time in Dubai.

Room charges are reasonable but un-hotel charges are relatively very high. I stayed at Atlantis and The Address also and preferred both of them over Taj. It's near to the airport which makes it gud for biz ppl.. Otherwise it is quite ordinary a hotel..

...the "non-smoking" room we were assigned to stank to high heaven of cigarette smoke. We were quickly reassigned to another room that didn't smell of cigarette smoke. Other than the initial bad impression, we enjoyed excellent service, and the rest of the stay went smoothly.

Great location if you are going to the Gold Souk. Staff were friendly and the room was really nice.

Great suite, thanks to an upgrade, friendly staff ... but I would have enjoyed a late drink at the bar. How come a five star, foreign owned hotel can decide to leave its customers with mineral water and sodas, without telling them in advance ?

What a fabulous hotel - truly 5 star. We spent just 1 night at the hotel following a cruise to India. The rooms are huge and the staff could not be more helpful. Upon check-in we were provided a cool welcome drink. We spent our last day in Dubai around the hotel pool - located on the roof - where the staff replenished cold towels and provided glasses of cold water on a very hot day. Please note that this hotel is alcohol free. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai.

The service and facilities (except unavailable swimming pool) are very fantastic ,the price is alos very adorable and the standard of the hotel service pays for the proce. I do strongly recomend the hotel as family conenient vacation and business accomodation.

Awesome hotel, really made my visit so comfortable and nice. After staying at the TAJ, I really got to know what a big difference a good hotel makes. This is 1 hotel I would love staying at over and over again, truly a masterpiece.

Great Hotel, hotel, will recommend it to others, however disappointed that breakfast was not included in the price.

Simply perfect, the staff is kind and helpful, the rooms and the gardens are astonishing. A wonderful stay.

This hotel is not everything that I was expecting it to be from the reviews and ratings. First of all, the room service was horrible, the only time room service would give you extra towels or even any bathroom accessories is contingent on a hefty tip per day; i stayed here for 8 nights and not once in the 8 nights did they change the bed sheets, there are bed bugs in the hotel, which is expected as there are bed bugs in most of the hotels in Dubai; not the 5 star accomodation i was expecting or looking forward to. I highly DO NOT recommend this hotel to anyone especially from the USA.

I went to Dubai for work and stayed on an extra two days after booking a room at the Taj...at first, I wasn't sure if it would be worth it, but since it was off season, I got a great rate. The hotel was phenomenal. The best features are the room size, clean and new furnishings in the room, and AMAZING bathroom. I felt like I was in the lap of luxury. Room service was excellent. Lobby coffee and cookies were absolutely delicious. I even went to the gym and spa...the service was great. There is a rooftop pool...beautiful and the water is warm. If I go back to Dubai, I would definitely stay here again. Staff service, location, furnishings, amenities...all 5 star!

Ottimo hotel, camere spaziose e con tutti i confort. grande educazione e disponibilità alla reception. Il ristorante indiano all'interno è ottimo ma costoso

Hei Hotell rommene er vel gammle nu, de burde oppdtadere. Servicen kunne ha vært bedre.

die lage des hotels ist zentral, alles ist schnell erreichbar (metro in der nähe, taxis kosten nicht viel), gegend ist sauber, auch zu fuß etliches erreichbar. zudem ein schöner pool auf dem dach. angestellte freundlich und zuvorkommend. h otelpreis passt zur leistung. kleiner hinweis: das taj ist ein alkoholfrei-hotel; sieht man nicht auf den ersten blick - hat also auch keine bar! rundum: nichts zu beanstanden.
