Quest on Dixon Darling Harbour - سيدن

Location could not be better, right on Darling Harbour, clean comfortable large room.

We were attending a show at the Entertainment Centre. Hotel was close to venue, plenty of options for eating and sight seeing. We were comfortable and well looked after.

Very average. Air con hardly worked, and it was so hot and humid at the time ! We arrived later than 11pm thanks to the airport shuttle, so the concierge desk had closed. We couldn't get in to the hotel, but rang and a night concierge had to come from the other side of the city to let us in (even though we had been in contact with the desk and they knew we would be late). That took about 45 mins! Then to discover that the air con wasn't working properly. Not impressed.

Sam and the other staff were excellent. Very hard to find, need much better signage. Nearly cancelled booking and went to other easier to find hotel. Get bigger sign!!!!!

The location is very convenient and there are many chinese restuarants downstairs. However, the room is tiny and the bed is not comfortable. I could choose another better hotel with the same buget.

This hotel is great. The staff on reception are very friendly & helpful. We have only used this as an overnight stop but would not hesitate to stay longer.

The hotel location is good. It's so near to Darling Harbour and all amenities in Chinatown. Convenient and easy to seek out Chinese and Thai food. Hotel is big and comfortable.

Stayed there for new years eve. Was a hot day. Got to our room n no power took more then an hour for someone to come and look at it. Finally got it working with no air con. Room are all run down and really aren't worth the money. Not maintained at all. Worst stay ever. Won't be returning.

Great location and close to China Town, easy access to sights of Sydney. Only disappointment was a extra cost incurred for a child's bedding even though the cost for the child was included in the original booking.

my son and two of hes children stayed in this motel and he used my credit card for deposit they told him when he checked out that the deposit would go straight into my credit card but it has taken three to five days for it to go back in i have never stayed in a motel that has done this and i have stayed in a few over my time i am on a pension and this has left me short of money over the long weekend and i am not happy about this i would not recommend this place to anybody

I found the hotel rooms clean, reasonably comfortable, with good functional bathroom and in a good position, a few steps from Darling Harbour and just 3 blocks to the city centre. The outlook from many of the rooms are not the best. Mine faced a brick wall of another building so there wasn't a great deal of natural light. Lighting within the room was very poor. However, I was incensed that the following inclusions that were listed as being in the room on my booking form were just there. Balcony, separate dining area, desk, washer/dryer, coffee/tea maker were non existent. The kitchen was just a small bench with sink and microwave, no hotplates, only a very old portable hotplate which was coroded around the element rings. There was a vey small table in a corner with two chairs. I did complain to hotel staff that the room was not as advertised at Hotels.com, but to no avail.

It's within walking distance to Sydney convention center and located right on Chinatown and shopping. Most convenient location. It was a bit noisy on weekend nights.

The location of the hotel was brilliant for easy access to the Sydney Convention Centre. My room was comfortable and well maintained in a discreet manner. The Reception staff were very kind, thorough and accommodating, especially in holding my luggage for a few hours after checkout time so I didn't have to track it around the Convention Centre. The only negative aspect was the noise of other guests coming and going from a room close to mine between 11pm and 4am, otherwise I felt relaxed and private.

when i arrived the room wasnt vacummed, they set up a portacot for us and the sheet they used to line it had hairs on it, the cark park is 3 levels underground with a single car ramp. when i visited there sewerage system burst so the car park was full of that mess and there was no compo for that andyou pay each night to park your car.

This is not a conventional hotel...it's an apt hotel. No really lobby or services.Limited personnel...not on duty early in AM or PM. Staff was nice, but couldn't help much. On duty just regular business hours. The room, although dark, was huge and comfortable but on a very noisy street. There was a nice TV, DVD, CD players...but not useful to most travellers. Free laundry, which is very important, was available, but dryers did not work. This caused a lot of problems...no where to dry the clothes:} Definitely not a 4 star hotel.

Nice room, roomy, balcony. Has microwave and kitchen utensils but not stove. The room is nice but the street is dirty and noisy. However very close for transportation(walking distance) No business center, internet in room did not work and was not fixed until next afternoon. Front desk staff helpful but less knowledgable than hotel with concierge

quest on dixon darling harbour was for sight seeing of sydnet in a perfect location and close to good food etc

Vi bokade via hotels.com och på den svenska sidan informerades att det fanns värdeförvaring på rummet vilket inte stämde! Hotelet visade att denna information var felaktig och den inte fanns på den engelskspråkiga sidan. Mycket dålig information (FELAKTIG) på den svenskspråkiga sidan. Det finns ENDAST ett rum som har safe på rummet. Lösningen blev att vi fick lämna in våra värdesaker in hotellets kassaskåp och då blev det besvärligare att komma åt våra saker. Hotelets personal var mycket hjälpsamma mm. Rummet var mycket stort och rent med en stor balkong och lugnt område med utsikt mot Chinatownsportalen, men utsikten var insyn till lägenheter i huset på andra sidan gatan.

Gute Lage, zu Fuß 4 min. zur George Street. Preis-Leistung sehr gut. Appartement mit Mikrowelle, Kochplatten und üblichen Küchenutensilien ausgestattet. Können wir empfehlen.

Très bon accueil. Etant arrivés à 8h du matin après une nuit dans l'avion, les hôtesses d'accueil se sont débrouillées pour nous libérer une chambre avant midi au lieu de 14h. Tout près du quartier chinois et donc du Paddy's Market (là où il faut acheter les souvenirs et les cadeux car bcp moins cher !). Tout près également de Darling Harbour. Chambres spacieuses, lit convertible confortable pour notre fils. Personnel très sympathique.
