The shuttle from and to the airport was very helpful and free...the room and bath were comfortable and clean ...and included a computer with free wifi.. the buffet breakfast cost 9 euros but had a reasonable variety of food and great coffee ...I would return to this hotel when in Madrid for an overnight connection..

Not a very nice hotel, but nice staff. The hotel is old and there is a sign that does not say "Petit Palace", but rather "High Tech Hotel" with most of the lights burned out. Excellent Italian restaurant nearby.

The location of the hotel is quite strange. It's pretty close to airport but you need to have a car or get a lift. There's bus shuttle from the hotel to the airport and back and it's free. The subway line close by is not very convenient as it goes to the centre of the city not to the airport. The room was clean and big enough. We were hungry when we arrived but the restaurant was closed. So we waited two hours. The food was... OK. But we felt like we were disturbing the waiter's evening. We weren't that welcomed.

the furniture in the lobby (red chairs) were so worn and dirty that i was very shocked to see them in a 4 star hotel. the hotel rooms have the thinnest walls of any hotel i have stayed at. the neighborhood is very residential and quiet, however, the guest in the room above us, made up for that and then some. we stayed for our last night here and thought we will have a quiet night prior to our trip back to the states. Well, at about 4 in the morning, our neighbors upstairs decided to have some sort of party, we could hear every footstep, every laugh and if we knew their language, i am sure we could have participated in their conversation. it was terrible.

Hard to find and very odd residential neighborhood

I will recommend this hotel if the only purpose is to just stay the night before your departure. The hotel next door will have all the nice tapas restaurant

Location was close to airport, but couldn't sleep cause the bed was so hard.

Very good shuttle bus and frontdesk service, however, the condition and the maintenance of the hotel is kind of xxx, broken lights and the ceilling of the bathroom with fungus.

is not asnear to the airport as they say,,,, they didnt pick upus at the aiport as they sayed,,

Hotel staff were helpful and friendly, free shuttle bus was convenient just make sure you ring the hotel when u arrive or U'll be waiting a very long time for a shuttle bus. This hotel is only good if you want to be close to the airport, there is nothing to see around the hotel.

Great rates, nice area and 300 meters from Subway to get you downtown in about 25 minutes. Loved the free internet, computers provided in the rooms. Also loved their modern glass bathrooms. Depending on how you book, breakfast is not included, so expect an additional 10 euros. Shuttle pickup and delivery to airport is fantastic.

There are pay phones at Madrids airport. We called the hotel and they send a shuttle to pick us up. Didn't have to wait long at all. We ate our dinner at the hotel restaurant. It was small, but very nice and the food was satisfying. The people working at the hotel were very helpful and friendly. Our room was great!! The hotel is very close to the airport and we would stay there again.

Complimentary Airport Transportation. Breakfast included in rate! Friendly hotel staff overall. Room nice, clean and all amenities including a laptop computer and free internet access. Very nice for a European Hotel. Short, 10 minute walk from Metro.

This place was absolutley pitafull. Zero wireless internet and absolutly terrible hardwire int. The beds were bruttally back breaking, shower was rediculously over the top with rediculous jets and 2 shower heads that dont all work simultaniously, nor did we have any idea on how the hell to turn it on. Staff was super unhelpfull and rude. The main reason i chose this place was becuase of the resteraunt that was open for 3 hrs a night. We bad to go to the next hotel over, ( hotel dyana - way better) to eat both lunch and dinner. The airport shuttle was late both picking us uP and dropping us off. And to top it all off we had to pay for what was called a complimentary breakfastof yogurt bread n cereal. This is not a stretch of the truth. This place is absolutly miserable. Do your reserch and stay closer to the city if you must. Do not stay here!!

I've stayed at a number of High Tech brand hotels in Madrid during the past few years. With most of them I've had an incredibly positive experience, with this one the experience was somewhat blah. I got to the hotel by metro. It's about a half kilometer from the metro station, but the walk involves weaving through a residential neighborhood. The hotel is located on a small street next to a number of apartment complexes. The room was spacious and comfortable. The included laptop though was brutally slow which has not been my experience with other hotels of the High Tech chain. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and had a great variety of food, but it is not included in the room price. Dinner service was really really slow, but the food was decent. The complimentary shuttle to the airport was a great service, but it's first come first serve and the slots fill up quickly. The hotel is not really conveniently close to any major Madrid landmarks. If all you want is a place to stay before making the final jump to the aiport then this place is for you, but if you want to be close to the sights of the city then look elsewhere.

Everything was amazing...except for my TV not working. They had issues with their satellite. The restaurant was excellent and the front desk staff was A+.

The good: We arrived at about 10pm and the shuttle picked us up at the airport 15 minutes after we called which was exactly what they promised. The not so good: The walls were paper thin and there was a crying baby next door. The "queen" size bed was really 2 twin beds with separate sets of bedding pushed together (weird). The shower was so complicated, we couldn't figure out how to use it and had to call the front desk. We only stayed one night, so it was okay. I wouldn't want to stay more than one night in this hotel though.

Hotel was dark and the room was very dusty! Unpleasant odor of stale body odor- I changed rooms but it was the same as the first room- Check in agent was unhelpful and dismissive of my complaints of dissatisfaction with the room- I do not recommend this hotel for the price- Laptop in the room was old and the connection was very slow- Definately not high tech!

This is a very odd hotel. Family rooms have glass doors with see-thru glass to the bathrooms. The gym has very limited hours - the pool is closed until June (no mention on website). There is NOTHING around the hotel. Save your money and stay at Holiday Inn Express instead!!

We had a wonderful experience with this hotel and we would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone. In fact, we made sure to bring home information about the chain so we can book with them wherever they are--we enjoyed the stay that much. It is a great place to stay while going to or from the Barajas airport. but it's location is not ideal for your entire visit to Madrid because it's too far off the beaten path. You will find the rooms to be modern, spacious, and inviting. It was more comfortable than the other three hotels we stayed in while in Spain. Unlike some other hotels, you can trust the pictures they post online--their rooms and such do look like the pictures. The rooms were well equipped: king size bed, exercise bike, steam vallet, and best of all free wi-fi AND a laptop in your room. Since we did not bring our own laptop on our vacation and most of the other hotels we stayed in did not have free wi-fi/computer service, we found this amenity to be a huge benefit. We specifically booked the hotel because it offered a free shuttle to the airport. The times of the shuttle were clearly posted at the reception desk, and the shuttle left right on time. The driver was curteous and efficient. The staff was amazing. They were incredibly professional, considerate, and helpful. They helped us get our check-in documents printed so we could leave in the morning. The only thing you should perhaps consider is this hotel is really only accessible by taxi.

The hotel serves the purpose of a quick overnight near Madrid airport. It's not very clean and is very run down. The wifi/internet was so slow it was almost unusable. One positive: the bar in the hotel is small but the people that work there are excellent.

Arrived early and able to check in, Able to call hotel shuttle for pickup at Madrid Airport, very convienent. Room very comfortable, great location and 5 minute walk to Metro Stop . Good overall hotel experience

The room was decent and modern. The Internet was free with both wired and the wifi, which made the selection an easy process. I ended up eating at the hotel. From the outside you are in the middle of a residential neighborhood, so there are a few local restaurants to walk to. Definitely call the hotel for the free shuttle as the cabs seem to get lost. I used the shuttle both ways and it worked out perfect as the driver runs the route all day. I would stay here again for a one night stay. Not for a long term city visit though.

Would never stay there again. It's not even close to the airport, not close to restaurants or shops or sights or anything. Old interior and pricey. Small and dark room.

Location was a few km from the airport and the city but the hotel provides a shuttle bus to the airport and a subway station about 5 minutes walk away made access to the city easy - a 20 minute subway journey - no change of train required.

The only snafu I had was in that I was assigned a smoking room, but they changed that immediately. I have been going to Spain for 18 years and it was the first time that the taxi driver was not able to find the hotel. The location is close to the airport but not easy to find (especially for the taxi driver at night). The driver was honest, when he admitted he was lost he turned the meter off and I didn't have to pay more money as he searched for the hotel. The hotel was clean, modern and I would stay there again.

Unless you want to pay the skyrocket hotel prices, walk around a little. There are two small strip mall areas on the street behind the hotel. It is a very residential area, but they are there. We ate a pretty decent little tapas bar at the second strip mall. Perfect way to end our trip.

This hotel is perfect for arriving to/from the airport. Just a 5 minute shuttle ride (free). Rooms were very comfortable and the hotel is in a quiet residential area. Free wifi is good. I didnt use the restaurant facilities or the room service. I would stay here again.

Rooms were dated, service slow (understaffed) - took an hour to get two pizza's in the lounge. This was not like the other High Tech Hotel in Sevilla. I would be embarassed to recommend to friends - the Hilton would probably be a safer bet.

I had to leave early from Madrid. This appears to be a new efficient hotel. It does not have the European charm of a hotel in a old part of a city. It is a European business hotel. It had a lap top in the room. I was able to make additional reservations and communicate with the outside world using it. VERY NICE. Big bed, nice shower, very clean. Sorry I had to leave at 6:00 AM and could not enjoy it longer. I had to put an entry into the surrounding area. I did not really see it. It is right by an airport.

The hotel is great located for travellers who wants to stay a night and catch the next plain out of Madrid. The Metro is close to the hotel, only 10 minutes walk. The hotel is also ideal for budget as the hotel cost is low for a night compared to other surrounding hotels. I will recommend this if your goal is only to sleep and not stay in the hotel. There is minibar and good room service.

空港へのアクセスは最高です。早朝４時半頃にタクシーを呼んでもらって（前の晩に予約してもらっておいた）、空港まで１０ユーロ程度でした。時間にして10分かからなかったと思います。ただし、市内からは遠いです。私の場合、深夜にチェックインして、ほんの数時間寝るだけだったので、ホテルのサービスなどはあまり分かりませんが、フロントの男性は親切でした。翌朝のフライトの時間を聞かれ、朝７時だと答えると、タクシーを予約しておきましょうか？と提案してくれました。また、部屋も広く、ベッドも大きく、快適です。恐らく古いとは思うのですが、掃除が行き届いていて不快感はありません。部屋に無料で使えるPCがありました。個人的には、バスタブがないのが残念でしたが。長いフライトの前にお風呂に入れないのは辛いなと思いました。総合的に満足ですが、ただ、スペインのホテルは全般的に日本に比べて格安感があるのに、ここのホテルはちょっと高いなあとは思いました。部屋が広いから仕方ないのかなとは思いますが。。。いいホテルですが、寝るだけならもっと安い部屋でもいいかなという気もします。

Bon emplacement, bon service de navette pour l'aeroport. Pas le niveau 4 etoiles, une lampe de chevet cassée et l'autre manquant dans la chambre.

Overraskende bra rom for så lav pris! Absolutt å anbefale for de som er på farten og trenger overnatting like ved flyplassen i Madrid. Hotellet kjører gratis til og fra. Ca 5 min.

I stayed only one night for the transition. The hotel is located very conveniently. Free shuttle bus to the airport very early in the morning was great!
