VERY neat, good location, AWESOME breakfast and friendly service. One cannot ask more. I would like to mention: My car had a flat tire in the morning and one of the hotel employee fixed it for me. He hurt himself in the process but luckily my wife had antiseptics in her bag. I hope his wound has healed.

Pros: New facility with the amenities of a 3.5/4.0-star American hotel (nicer than Quality Inns in USA, more like a Residence Inn or a Hampton Inn) Excellent value Good gym and pool Rooms are modern, comfortable and clean Room service was better than the surrounding restaurants (Pizza Hut, an Applebees type of place) Good, hearty breakfast starts at 5 a.m. to accommodate early departures to the airport Cons: Not that close to the airport

Very good hotel, good resturant, good service, good real gym and overall a good place.

We had an early flight and needed to be close to the airport so we didn't have a long drive in the morning. It was a very nice hotel and three restaurants in the same parking lot as the hotel. The staff was very friendly and the free breakfast in the moring was amazing. Great price and great place to stay.

My husband and I enjoyed staying at the Quality Real Hotel in San Jose Costa Rica. The reception was warm and friendly. Our room was very confortable and the breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of fresh fruits, eggs and bacon, yogourt, breads and cakes etc... We had chosen this hotel because they were pet friendly. We brought our chihuahua with us for our month stay. There was no problem with the dog as there is a big green patch of grass besides the hotel. The only negative comment I would have is the lack of sufficient shuttle buses to and fro the airport. We arrived on Saturday night and they did not have one so we had to take a taxi. And on our departure there was a two hour gap (between 8 am and 10 am) between shuttles. This meant we had to be at the airport 3 hours in advance. But apart from the shuttle hours everything was perfect. I would recommend this hotel and I would certainly go back if I rented a car.

The staff was great, I was nervous because I could not speak there language very well but most of the staff spoke English. The rooms were very clean and I felt safe. The breakfast was fantastic, plenty of fresh fruit, omelette bar and various other foods. It was "American" style with Costa Rican flare.

our room is very comportable and clean.the staff at the reception is very helpful and extremly friendly. breakfast is excellent and the swimming pool and gym look very nice. We are going to recomend this hotel to our friends its just very good!

Perfect for the airport, friendly and helpful staff, fabulous breakfast and good restaurant.

We received a really good service at this hotel while staying for two days. Overall this hotel was nice an clean, pool was great as well as breakfast buffet. Both wireless internet and computers in the main lobby were free of charge. The hotel said smoking but I was unable to smell any tobacco fumes. The stuff was very friendly and most of them spoke English. Lastly, should you have a reservation prior to your arrival, free shuttle is available from the airport as well as from the hotel to the mall. Extremely satisfied.

Despite the fact that I've read somewhere the rooms were smoking, this hotel proved to be a very good choice; no tobacco smell was present anywhere. This place as well as rooms were really nice and comfortable. Pool and the setting were nice and free wireless internet was available throughout hotel. Free wired internet as well as computers were available next to the main lobby. The stuff was very nice and friendly and most of them spoke English. Breakfast buffet was really good as there was a wide variety of choices. There was a big choice of drinks and cocktails but prices were comparable to US prices but that is only because we in US pay very low comparing to other leading countries such as those in Europe. I would definitely stay in this place again.

We have been staying at this hotel since it has opened. It has very helpful staff, they always upgraded us when possible. The new renovations are lovely. The rooms are always clean. It is in a nicer area of San Jose, much safer. The restaraunt is good at the hotel and there is a Pizza Hut, Rostil Pollo, and a Mexican place just outside the hotel. Pura Vida.

Stayed one night before heading down the Caribbean Coast. It was a nice hotel for what we paid and offered an excellent breakfast. Found the hotel using a GPS, otherwise not sure we would have found it nor the highway to take us east.

Me he hospedado varias veces en el Quality y siempre he tenido una grata experiencia. El hotel esta ubicado cerca del aeropuerto, plaza comercial, restaurantes y negocios. Excelente opcion para viajes de negocios. El personal es muy atento y servicial.

Considero oportuno que las personas de seguridad que están fuera del hotel y que lo reciben a uno, tengan la cortesía de explicar claramente cuál es el funcionamiento del parqueo, ya que al llegar me asignaron un espacio en un lugar cerrado y luego tenía que estar pitando cada vez que entraba y salía del hotel para que bajaran la cadena que dividía este lugar asignado. Después de varias veces me señalaron otro lugar que estaba abierto y en el cual tenía espacios disponibles, pero si me lo hubieran explicado desde el inicio no me hubiera molestado ni yo hubiera molestado tanto al guarda para que me estuviera dando paso. Por este motivo mi califación de 4 en 3 de mis respuestas de la encuesta

Alt var helt supert. Frokosten, rommet vårt, badekaret. Helt upåklagelig. Men det var en ting som var dumt og det var at da vi ba de ringe taxi kom de med en gang med hotellets private. Det var jo ikke det vi hadde spurt om, men endte med å betale 3 ganger så mye. Ikke bra!
