I have stayed here a couple of times on business. Its a nice hotel close to shopping and dining options. The staff is very nice.

Great hotel. Clean, fairly new, very comfy and well laid out. Staff very pleasant. Great for a business trip; I would definitely stay here again.

Usually can't stand to stay in a hotel, but found this one clean, pleasant, and convienant to beaches and state parks, alot to do around hotel, in case of rain and cold weather. The only thing that i would say needs to be better is the loud exit doors on sides of hotels.......we were in room 101 and the first night got no sleep at all, due to constant slamming shut of the door. But other than that, very comfortable place to stay and a filling breakfast bar, with great attention to cleaning the eating area and keeping food refilled!!!! Pleasant lady working in the eating area as well as front desk.

Excellent variety of local food and chains nearby, no refrigerator, breakfast had no eggs or anything hot besides a waffle station.

The service staff was friendly and helpful

This is a nice facility. In general, I would say overpriced. However, for something comfortable near Grand Haven, it was acceptable. Breakfast bar was a bit congested and was pretty basic for the price of the hotel.

Very clean, friendly staff, breakfast selection was very good for buffet style. Location was ideal for other choices of places to eat with the mall practically across the street. Overall was very happy with the stay. Loved the personal notes from the housekeeping staff each day.

Fantastic - clean, great complimentary breakfast, friendly staff, would stay again.

The room was really nice, comfortable beds and pillows, big bathroom with good shower. Nice hdtv with free cable and super fast wifi for your laptop or smartphone. The hot tub was really nice with a small pool next to it, connected to a shady patio with tables and chairs. Good breakfast with many different options to eat for anybody's likes. Convient ice and pop machine, needed a snack machine though. Don't forget to grab a cookie at the desk upon arrival!

I have stayed here before and figured I would stay here again ( close to family ) but this time the room was not very clean - well the Bathroom was not very clean - there was mold on the bottom of the shower curtain and in the corner of the tub - the sink also had some sort of stains in it - not sure what they were - needless to say we were not very impressed this time and will need to rethink about a 3rd stay.

I was a little disappointed in the size of the rooms. I have stayed in Fairfield Inn and Suites before (not this one however) where there was a separate area with a couch and tv. With 2 girls traveling with my husband and I , we were glad to be able to get a room here. The couch pulls out. We got in the room, there is no couch, the one wing chair we got was very uncomfortable. The 2 beds were tiny. I felt like they were smaller than a typical double. The breakfast was fine, the staff was very nice and helpful with all the questions at check in. Luckily we were only there 1 night before we biked the Hart-Montague trail so I didn't complain and try to get moved.

Super nice at check in and during stay - got an up dated room ( they are doing renovations ) was a nice job on the upgrate. Right near the mall and tons of places to eat all around.

The carpet was stained and had not been vacuumed well. Not so good when you have a crawling baby. The walls were extremely thin and the conversations could be clearly heard through them. Plenty of door slamming until midnight as well. Electrical sockets not working or hanging out of the wall, TV;s that don't work or clock radio's that randomly turn on every 5 minutes. The staff were great, but they try to cover up the inadequacies of the hotel.

This hotel was perfect for our weekend in Michigan. The staff was friendly, professional and efficient. We were very impressed with the hotel decor, grounds and especially loved the fresh baked chocolate chip cookies in the evening. The only things we could possibly complain (and even then it is not a real complaint) is the elevator is slow and the soaps for the shower smell like paste. So, bring your own soap and use the stairs if needed and you will enjoy your visit as much as we did!

Super, Super, Super, everything was absolutely GREAT. Clean room, GREAT staff, Very good breakfast. We would recommend this hotel highly. I read alot of reviews before choosing this hotel. We were very happy and we know you will be also. Lots of close restaurants and shopping. Close to M.A.

We have stayed at other area hotels, but this was by far the best in the area. The staff was very accomidating. The hotel was clean. The morning breakfast was the best I have had for a hotel continental breakfast. My family and I look forward to staying there again in the future.

Decent hotel for the price. There was only one regular coffee in the room and we didn't notice it until we went to make our morning brew! We are the kind of people who need our coffee before our shower. But other than that, it was fine.

We actually really like this hotel but there were a few minor problems. The shower rod was broken (the curved rod) which made the curtain hang down in the middle covering only a third of the shower itself. Also, the shower had some cracks in it. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and they give you a ton of pillows! The comforter was white and did not have any stains but it was a bit worn. The pool is small but the hot tub is a good size and was nice and hot. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was good (as far as hotel breakfast buffets go). The best thing is the make your own waffle bar. It is conviently located next to the freeway and there are lots of places to eat around the area.
