الخدمة كانت ممتازة! الاستعلامات كانت في غاية التعاون دومًا وقاموا بمعاملتنا بشكل ملكي وكانت كل إيماءة أو ترحيب مصحوبة بابتسامة.

موقع وعاملون وسعر رائع. يحتاج إلى خدمة WIFI مجانية بالغرف، وليس فقط في الأماكن العامة بالطابق السفلي. الإنترنت الثابت موجود بالغرفة مجانًا، ولكنه بدون فائدة لمستخدمي الهاتف الذكي/الكمبيوتر اللوحي.

Great hotel, but many other better hotels have come up in the vicinity. Nothing lacks in the hotel otherwise, just cut-throat competition!

Went for a week with the wife and treated incredibly by all the staff! Everyone was friendly and helpful, they couldn't do enough for us! They helped with dinner reservations, ideas for days out, down to what order to do things in to make the most of our day! Our room was on the 35th floor facing the Burj Khalifa - a huge room with super-king bed and spacious ensuite. The shower was big and powerful with rainforest head and lovely warm water, plus L'Occitane goodies! Both room and ensuite were immaculately clean, and tidied daily. There is free wifi in all rooms, a gym, pool and business centre with computers too. We had breakfast outside the hotel, within walking distance (5minutes) there is a Starbucks, Pizza Hut and other similar restaurants. The Dubai Mall with dancing fountains and Burj Khalifa is a 5-10 minute taxi trip. The mall has 2 impressive food courts! The hotel even went out of their way to provide a cake free of charge for my birthday! They were happy to keep hold of our luggage after check-out until we went to the airport. Every single member of staff smiled and greeted us when we walked past them. Excellent location, incredibly polite and friendly staff, huge, clean rooms with beautiful ensuites - if you don't mind being 10 minutes from the beach then there is no better hotel in this location! My wife and I loved our time there and wouldn't think twice about staying there again.

The hotel was very comfortable and the staff made the experience a fantastic one. We book the room that entitled us access to the horizon club where we experienced excellent service and superb food. Congratulations to all of the staff and management you exceeded our expectations. Thank you

A great hotel in a fantastic location. If only the pool wasn't getting maintenance work, but it has to happen at some stage, and the hotel put a shuttle on to another hotel resort. Close to the Dubai Mall with free shuttles to the major shopping locations which is certainly a bonus. I had a great view of the Burj too!

I have been around the World 20 times and stayed in a lot of hotels. This was one of the best. The room wasn't quite as good as the Shrangri-La in Sydney, but was very comfortable. The view was spectacular. The Gym was fantastic. The staff could not have been better. The breakfast was exceptional, as were the rest of the meals. Wi Fi was free. We stayed in the Horison suits and the check in and out and and every thing else we wanted was handled by the pursor on the same level. Coffee and refreshments available any time for free, as was happy 2 hours. We could not have enjoyed our time there more. Nothing was a problem to the staff and they would not accept guests doing anything that they could do for them.

Hotel was great from top to bottom. The food and drinks in the hotel were extremely pricey so I recommend eating and drinking outside or bringing a bottle of liquor with you from duty free.

we could not fault the shangri-la hotel, the staff and the the hotel amenities were excellent. would definately stay again.

Great hotel staff very friendly and helpfull,room was more than we expected could not fault the service.Reception area was bright and well laid out, lifts were allways avaliable,bar and pool area were clean and tidy,staff were always ready to serve you. Only down side is you would need a taxi to get to any destination.

Great hotel in Dubai - I wouldn't recommend it for tourists, but for business it's perfect - only 20 mins cab ride from the airport. Very clean, comfortable hotel with great service - my only complaint would be that they don't have an ironing board in the room. The pool and health spa is awesome as well.

Vi hadde en one-bed-suite på Shangri-La, absolutt å anbefale. Vi ble behandlet som VIP'er av alle på hotellet og hadde også tilgang til de 2 øverste etasjenes private lounge og svømmebasseng!

年末年始にシャングリラドバイに宿泊しました。 バージュカリファが目の前に見える部屋にしてもらえたので、カウントダウンは目の前でみれてとてもよかったです。 近隣の酷い渋滞もまじかで見れてゾッとしました。 屋外プールは少し小さかったものの、サウナなどのファシリティは自由に使えて快適でした。

Virkelig dejligt hotel, smagfuldt og luksuriøst. Fantastisk service og glade smil og imødekommende ansatte hele vejen rundt.

Für Geschäftsreisende ist dieses Hotel absolut erste Wahl. Zentrale Lage, sensationelle Aussicht auf die Stadt und den Burj Khalifa und exzellenter Service. Sehr zu empfehlen sind die Zimmer des Horizon-Club, welche sich zwischen dem 39ten und 42ten Stock befinden. Privater check-in/check-out, eigenes Frühstücksbüffet, Consierge-Service. In der Horizon-Lounge stehen zudem 24 Stunden kostenlose Getränke bereit. Ein Meetingraum ist hier ebenfalls vorhanden und steht jeder Zeit zur Verfügung. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet und erstklassig sauber. Das Housekeeping kommt zweimal täglich. 1x zum Aufräumen und 1x zum vorbereiten des Zimmers für die Nacht (Gardinen schließen, Bettdecke umschlagen usw.). Insgesamt ist das Housekeeping sehr diskret. Habe die Herrschaften in einer Woche nur einmal direkt gesehen. Besonders der Service hat mir gut gefallen. Bedürfnisse und Wünsche werden von den Augen abgelesen und schnellstens bearbeitet. Kritik wird sofort umgesetzt. Einzig die WIFI-Verbindung lies zu Wünschen übrig. Laut Concierge wird aber an diesem Problem bereits gearbeitet. Mal sehen ob sich bis zu unserem nächsten Besuch in 2 Monaten etwas getan hat. Alles in allem ist das Shangri-La Hotel aber absolut und ohne Einschränkungen zu empfehlen.

Das Hotel entspricht den hohen Erwartungen, welche man an ein Shangri-La stellt. Der Empfang ist stets äusserst höflich, herzlich und unkompliziert. Die Wünsche werden antizipiert wahrgenommen. Die Einrichtung entspricht den höchsten Erwartungen.
