Hotel Roc Leo - بلايا دو بالما

First off - a €15 trip from the airport - daft. Then I was told I could lock my bike outside (it was in a bike bag and I was merely asking to use the luggage room instead of trying to jam it into the tiny lifts). The bed was horrific. No wi-fi. Other than that it was clean and served the purpose - I just definitely wouldn't call this a 'hotel'.

Hotel is just next stop from airport by bus 21. We did not get sea View but it"s okay. Breakfast and Dinner were included and we saved a little bit. Staff was co-operative and friendly. We stayed 5 nights and enjoyed.

Service good its convient from the airport much cheaper then staying the other side of Palma. Food is ok and plenty of it. Rooms are basic could do with tea and coffeee and a good telly. Can be a bit noisy avoid the road/airport side if u can. I stay there cause its good value for money compared to the rest and no noisy magaluf idiots keeping you awake all night. Yes theres the planes but after a day you dont notice them. staff are all very nice and helpful and speak english , hope that helps.

Great hotel if you're on a budget, are not too bothered about the fancy bits (forget flat screen tvs, free wifi and fluffy towels) but care about location. Food options are not bad either: for reasonable price you have plenty of choice and evening meals selection changes daily. Wifi is a bit pricey but you're on holiday to forget about it all, right? Rooms are clean but remember to take your own toiletries (you only get cheap soap and shower gel/shampoo). Nice touch: we stayed on a half board basis but checked-in after 10 pm so thought we're not going to get anything that evening (evening meal slot closes down at 9 pm) - yet there was a small cold dinner waiting for us. Not so nice: tea, coffee, juice-coloured drinks (forget about real juices apart from tomato juice), milk and water are free in the morning but you have to pay for them in the evening and they are not being put on your tab - so remember to bring some money down with you if eating in.

For an average hotel, the people working at the hotel made it stand out as a brilliant place to stay. Nearly every person went out of their way, going the extra mile to help. The team at this hotel made my 40th birthday one of the best experiences ever! The pool is great, with fantastic drinks. The breakfast is a very good and wide selection of food, something for everyone! Definite recommendation! And even the tours and excursions packages they suggest are tops! Thanks to all the staff!!!

it was really good but I found it very hot during the night, we got warm breeze from the airconditioner from midnight.

This hotel was okay. A close walk to the beach, but the beds were super hard. The breakfast and dinner buffets were okay, nothing too special or fancy. The dinner buffet doesn't include drinks you have to pay for them. Internet is NOT free.

Nothing fancy but ok for a stayover if you arrive late in the evening , less than 10 min drive from airport, easy to find and parking available.

Nice and helpful staff. Included Dinner and Breakfast were great.

We spent 3 nights here in November on a half board basis. Food was good and plentiful and the dining was pleasant if somewhat busy with the number of guests being fed. The room was basic but clean with a balcony overlooking the airport and motorway but we were not troubled by sound. The location was only 100 yards from the beach and local shops and frequent buses to Palma town and airport. Very conveniently located. Would definitely use this hotel again.

Been to Can Pastilla many times for cycling, usually stay at Helios next door and wished i had this time. Food at Leo is poor and the hotel is quite dated, i gave up on the food and went out to eat. The Helios is the same price and much better. beds and cleanliness OK but just OK.

It is a very nice place to stay in Malorca. 10min from airport by local bus (cost 2euro), aroun 100meters to beach. Local shops and restaurants all around. Food was very good and planty never left haungry form hotel resaurant a nd what is the most important big selection of different dishes, everybody will find something for him every day. You cannot expect more for this price. Good value for money.

We stayed one night to be close to the airport and the hotel served this requirement adequately. Our only request should we stay again would be to have a room that did not overlook the road at the rear of the hotel. We wandered down towards the sea in the morning and were pleasantly surprised to find a good beach and outdoor cafe area.

Excellent location - 1 minute to bus stop which takes you to airport and palma and 1 minute walk to the beach, bars, shops and restaurants. Food could do with improvement but you won't go hungry. Excellent value for money.

Hotel is convenient for Palma Airport and good value for money. I was charged for wi-fi but not for parking. As an Airport Hotel they should start Breakfast earlier than 08.00.

spot on,, love it . stayed here 6 times before. food good, price good, am booked for march

The roc Leo in Palma Playa was very convenient for the promenade and for transport to Arenal and Palma. Room was comfortable even though over the main road and the hotel was only a short taxi ride from the airport. This is the second time I have stayed there because of convenience and reasonable prices.

brekfast is ok, dinner a little worse. room was clean and basic but no tdt tv to change language all cable lots of old people and eating was like a farm. not for young people so much but the price was good

Great 3* hotel, breakfast and dinner ample buffet affair. Food good standard and plenty of choice. Plenty of sunbeds around the pool. Rooms spotless,very powerful showers and plenty of hot water, only 2 English channels on TV, but gather you could upgrade for more channels.No mini bar but you can rent a fridge for a few EUR. Balcony with 2 chairs and small table. Twin beds pushed together. Not really bothered by the plane noise, but some taxing was audible, the real noise comes from neighboring hotel's air-conditioning unit on the roof and the motorway near to the airport. If you close the Balcony doors you don't notice it. Air-con in room worked fine. All staff very friendly. I will go back to this hotel

Nice 3 star hotel. You can not expect service / conditions as in 5* hotel. But in general good value for the price.

let at komme rundt tæt på alting

Dejligt ophold. Vi fik et ikke særligt godt værelse den første nat. Det lå på 1. sal og vendte over mod et andet stort hotel, Helios, som var meget tæt på (kun en smal gade imellem). Dagen efter fik vi et skønt værelse på 5.sal med balkon mod poolen og med udsigt til havet over hustagene.

förutom vädret var allt bra, tack och lov så hade rummen värme som gick att slå på vilket räddade vistelsen. I det stora så var hotellet kanon, ligger väldigt nära stranden inga problem med att ha med sig cyklar på rummet, helt ok mat till priset man betalar, trevlig personal. Jag kan helt klart tänka mig att bo där igen.

The hotel in it self and the service was good value for the money but the food was not of the same standard as a few years ago. A bit dissapointing.

Kvaliteten på mat og rom standard noe under middels. Pluss for at vi kunne ha med sykklene på rommene.

Helt elendig rom, enkeltrom. Utrolig lite, badekaret var 1 meter langt og umulig å få badet i. Mye støy fra veien utenfor. Når jeg klaget på rommet, så sto herren i resepsjonen bare å smilte av meg. Maten var heller ikke noe å skryte av. Skal aldri tilbake hit.

var meget glad for mit ophold på dette hotel, skal afsted om 5 uger til det samme hotel med datter og svigersøn og et hold venner,,vi skal være der i 3uger så det er godt.

Das Personal in der Lobby etwas unorganisiert- ich habe vermutlich 2x bezahlt......auch die Kommunikation in englisch oder deutsch war schlecht. Ich wollte cash bezahlen, und die Kreditkarte nur als Depot, aber leider liess der junge Herr mit den lockigen Haaren am Empfang nicht mit sich reden, er suchte mich auf im Speisesaal und ich musste den Betrag von EUR 36 nochmals bezahlen. Das muss besser organisiert werden. aber ich komme naechstes Jahr wieder.

OK for langtidsferie. Mat middels, personal middels hyggelige,noen direkte sure, noe jeg overser da det er klima som trekker meg nedover.

Huoneiden siisteys ja henkilökunnan ripeys ensiluokkaista. Ehkä maailman parhaimmistoon kuuluvat pyöräilytiestöt yhdistettynä puolihoitoon saa elämän tuntumaan kuin olisi huippu-urheilijana leirillä! Hyvää perusruokaa liikkuvalle ihmiselle seisovista pöydistä. Ruokasalissa Fransisco henkilökuntineen, jonka tehokkuus pitää käydä itse katsomassa. Suosittelen.

Bra! Väldigt trevlig personal. Rent och fräscht på rummet, städerskorna städar varje dag. Helt ok frukost. Nära till stranden och flygplatsen. Många men inte så jättevarierade restauranger i området. Skulle utan att tveka boka hotellet en gång till.

Bon séjour +. Hotel ok dans l'ensemble+, bon rapport qualité prix+++. bon accueil+. chambre spacieuse+, literie ok+, vieux drap et couverture---, chambre froide---, manque de prises---. Restaurant, buffet sympa+++, réguliérement les memes plats mais choix variés+++. Dommage que les boissons soient payantes 2euros par boissons/ repas---. Personnel du restaurant complétement dépassé par les événements mais sympathiques malgré la surcharge de travail--. Egalement, le personnel du restaurant s'est enervé sur d'autres de nombreuse fois en plein service. Impression d'être dans une usine plus que dans un restaurant---.Piscine ok, mini golf ok : 3.5 par joueur. Animations au bar le soir super!!!++++ Possibilité de faire des excursions en réservant de l'hotel, location mini fridge, poussette, chariot possible et taxi dispo en 3mn ++++ Bon emplacement bord de plage en 2mn à pied, bus dispo à 3 mn à pied, le centre se trouve à 15mn avec le bus 25 et 30mn avec le bus 15.

Rummet enkelt men bra, vårt rum låg mot havet. Något hårda sängar.Maten riklig, god och många valmöjligheter. Vackra bra cykelbanor till bl a Palma. Snabb billig transport från flygplatsen med buss 21. Trevlig personal.

Udemærket hotel. Sengene var noget slidte og lydisoleringen lader en del tilbage at ønske. Venlig personale især i restauranten.

Wir, 2 Freundinnen mittleren Alters, haben unseren 4-Tagesaufenthalt Ende Oktober im ROC LEO in Can Pastilla sehr genossen. Unser Zimmer, 5. Stock mit Balkon mit Blickrichtung Pool und Meer, war ausreichend groß, zweckmässig eingerichtet und wurde täglich gemacht. Ebenso das Bad mit Wanne, WC und Bidet, alles tadellos.Das Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet ist tadellos, Fisch, Fleisch, Geflügel, mehrere Gemüsebeilagen, Reis, Pommes, Kartoffeln, Nudeln und alles ist lecker, ansprechend angerichtet, nichts fade oder zerkocht, und es wird ständig aufgefüllt. Die gegrillten Sardinen, ganz köstlich! Es gibt mehrere leckere Salate zur Auswahl sowie unterschiedliche Zutaten für eigene Salatkreationen. Es gibt auch immer eine kleine Auswahl an frischem Obst. Die Säfte bzw. Fruchtsaftgetränke zum Frühstück sind nicht übersüsst, ebenso die Nachspeisen oder Kuchen, nicht übersüsst, habe ich schon ganz anders erlebt!!! Das abendliche Unterhaltungsprogramm war durchaus anspruchsvoll und wirklich unterhaltsam. Die Travestieshow war echt gut und wir haben sehr gelacht! Die Nationalitäten der Gäste waren gemischt, Deutsche, Engländer, Holländer, Spanier, Portugiesen, Skandinavier, Osteuropäer, Asiaten, Italiener, nicht ausschließlich deutsches Publikum. Der Speisesaal war voll belegt, spricht vielleicht auch FÜR die Qualität des Hotels. Ich kann das Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen!
