Good place to stay over night.

The clerk was nt present when we checked in but arrived shortly about 15 min later did turn the heat on for us

The bed wasn't really confortable. There was an unpleasant smell in the room. It was a room less quality than other super 8 room that I went before.

Clean room and pool. What can I say we slept and woke up there. One complaint is towels were sometimes stained. Overall good experience and clean, would stay at again.

Good for a basic hotel room where you are just looking for a place to sleep and nothing more.

We used the motel mainly for sleeping. The room and bathroom needed rennovations. ceiling tiles were coming apart and caulking in bathroom was coming off around tub. The pool was not what I thought it would be. Breakfast availability was later than it should be. Both evenings, coming in late, parking was an issue.

The place is in desperate need of updating. Our room was not ready for a 4pm check-in even though check-in time starts at 2pm. My wife needed to used the restroom but had to wait until our room was cleaned. The bedspreads had cigarette burns on them and the sheets had some stains. The beds were VERY uncomfortable. The room had a tile ceiling that looked like it had leaked at one time and was just painted over. The tile around the bathtub had dirty grout. The breakfast was very unsatisfying. I picked this place because it had 2 queens instead of 2 doubles but next time i will settle for doubles.

Needed a clean bed for a good night's sleep. Super 8 fit the bill.

Budget hotel badly in need of modernization. Rooms are spacious but fixtures and fittings are very dated. Tv set was antiquated and controller didn't work. Small fridge but so noisy we had to turn it off each night. Window air conditioner was old which shook and rattled. Swimming pool is right next to busy main road so hardly a place to relax. Free wifi but for most of the time we were unable to connect to the Internet. Basic breakfast with selection of cold ceral, muffins and pastries in catering packs. There are far better hotels in this price range on the Cape.

If you're just looking for a place to spend the night, say on a business trip, then this motel is fine. If you actually want to enjoy your stay, this isn't the place for you. We spent just one overnight on a family weekend getaway, and were very disappointed with the overall upkeep of the building and grounds. The room was clean and functional, with a coffee maker and small refrigerator, but that's where the pros end. There was a substantial draft from the room door that you could feel from one of the beds. There was an electrical outlet that was barely hanging on to the wall. The ceiling was bowed and showed cracks in the tiles. None of the windows opened. The bathroom was tiny, with a tiny single sink. The faucet sprayed violently. The cold water handle turned the wrong way. The sink was in your way as you get into the shower. No stopper function in the tub. Again, fine for a one-night just-want-to-get-some-sleep stay, but not really enjoyable.

not the best value, typical motel drivein-sleep-driveaway kind of hotel; breakfast not to be mentioned :-X, cleanliness quite good, rooms ok but of age, quite close to a little harbour beach (5min drive), ok if you cant find anything else or dont have the time to drive around looking for stay with vacancies in high season-

It was a typical Super 8 but expensive since it was in Hyannis, MA. It was clean enough and the staff was accomodating. It's location close to downtown was good, and it was the perfect location for catching the ferry to Nantucket. I would not choose it as a destination hotel, but it was fine for an overnight.

I found this place to be very sad. I recommend to anyone to spend the extra money and stay in Hyannis, closer to the Harbor. I think the staff is really trying...but the rooms are just very run down, the breakfast is pathetic, and the owner/person in charge just seems stressed out and overworked. I think a huge part of a vacation is where you stay....even if you are hardly in a room. I found this place to depress me a bit, which impacted my overall feeling about our visit to the area. The room was as clean as it could be but there were holes in the bed spreads, the windows were rickety and rusty, and there was a general sense of decline. Spend the extra!

Very pleasant night clerk at the desk. Daytime clerk not terribly friendly. Everything kind of worn and old -- this did not concern me, but it wasn't worth the amount I paid for one night. The breakfast area was really inadequate with a few tiny tables and the clerk glaring suspiciously at us. Again: if the price weren't so high I wouldn't care about any of this, since the hotel was clean, no bedbugs, there was plenty of hot water, AC worked fine, etc. So, amenities not very good for the price.

Motel was a little run down. Friendly staff , good overall experience.

The hotel was older and in need of some tlc. It was clean though. Locations was good, pool was clean and the hotel clerk was very helpful.

Clean hotel and convenient to day tripping around the Cape. The only downside was the hotel manager watched over the breakfast like it wasn't free! Very annoying trying to enjoy a cup of coffee and having someone watching you.

Rooms were surprisingly clean and updated and the check-in staff was curtious. But the satisfication stopped there. Overpriced, parking, and outside condition of the hotel was little to be desired. Continental breakfast was as expected for a Super 8. Toast, bagels, cereal and juice that's it.

Nothing great but nothing unplesant either. It's your basic, non-frill motel.

This is a VERY basic hotel. It is in a decent location within driving distance to area beaches. The room was clean, although furnishings and fixtures were old and worn. The free breakfast was pathetic and worse than most (packaged blueberry muffins, raisin bran, corn flakes, milk, and orange juice were the only things offered). Overall, it's good for a quick stay when you don't plan to be in the room that much.

The room they have smell very strong like smoke room eve not smoke , mans the bads not have right sheets! The pool is very dirty !!

Good location to stop over if you are heading to Cape Cod next day. Because the bridge construction, we got there pretty late. Yet, we got the luxury of having a movie night with pizza/chicken wings order from the nearby pizza place recommended by the hotel owner. We had a good night sleep, very important for our trip the next day!

I only stayed one night. The pool looked very nice. Lots of people enjoying it. The room was a little on the worn out side. I think this place has been there a long time and is probably due for some updating. Pros: The staff working the front desk is very helpful and friendly. Always a smile. The room was clean and served the purpose for me. The price was right. I was only in town for one night for a funeral. Cons: The water temp in the shower constantly swings from hot to cold. Best to set it luke warm to minimize the temperature peaks. The fridge didn't work and the smell of cleaning products was kind of strong. I would recommend this motel for someone who visits the Cape and doesn't plan on spending a lot of time in the room.

Very central located for cape cod events or where you want to go . The hotel was nice . staff was friendly I would stay again.

Hotel is located in a great location - and the staff was accommodating when we arrived to put us on the first floor. Other than that....bathroom was probably the worst of the two rooms as it was in disrepair and stunk of urine. The price was right for the quick two night stay we were there. If you don't need the high end ammenities then this is your home away from home.

The manager and staff were exceptionly courteous and helpful. Very clean room, nice hot water,all in all I had a pleasnt stay. The breakfast are was very efficently maintained.

We stayed one night and The Super 8 was not terrible. We asked for a non-smoking room however but someone had clearly been smoking in our room before we got there. Convenient location. Staff was friendly and helpful

We got what we paid for; not much. We didn't expect anything more than a clean room, which it was. We did expect a comfortable chair to relax and watch TV. The chairs were hard, and very uncomfortable. The only way to watch TV was in bed. We won't stay there again. We will pay more for a room that has comfortable chairs. Could not open window for fresh air. Getting out of the parking lot into the traffic was almost impossible.

Staff were very friendly and accomadating. Yet rug in room stained from bed into bath I could see black what looked like mold behind toilet. Did not get to close. Furniture beet up. I was only there 2 nights and next time I will spend more for a little nicer stay.

The staff was great rooms were spottless, the only problem parking not enough spacess for all the rooms. Other than that very nice place to stay, and alot of places to see and do.

It was a very nice weekend, we even stay one more night. Cape Cod is great!!!

The hotel was clean and the beds were in good condition. It's not a fancy hotel - you get what you pay for but the staff was curtious and it was perfect for staying a night to extend our week stay. The pool is right near the highway so its not glamorous but its a nice addition if its warm out. The hotel is near the highway (as are most in this hotel strip) and there is an airport nearby if you are very sensitive to noise but it didn't bother us at all. The quality of the beds is a far higher priority and the room was clean. The location is great for getting around the southern shore to mini golf and restaurants.

The hotel was ok. The blankets on the bed were in tough condition. On one bed there was a burn hole in the blanket and the other blanket was cut up. The only other issue was that the office did not open till 7:30 am which made leaving early to beat traffic some what difficult. The positives were that it was located near everything, very friendly office staff and were very helpful in pointing out beaches that were the best. The office staff was very accomidating when I asked for two rooms on the first floor. Over all this was a good hotel and I would recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to visit Cape Cod.

If you are going to be out all day and just use your room for sleeping at night, this is an inexpensive way to go If not, all I can tell you is that you get what you pay for.

The worst stay of our trip

The room was worn, dated, dirty, and reeked... I was on a limited, one-night stay, so I was prepared to live with it until I went to lay down in my bed that night. The bed and bedding was WET. I contacted the front desk, who informed me that there was not an alternative room available due to no vacancies that night. The night clerk offered to flip my mattress and change my bedding, which at midnight was the best I could get. She said she would notify the hotel manager for the next morning, so he'd be aware of my desire for at least a partial refund. When I arrived at the hotel office the next morning, the hotel manager said he had not heard of these problems from the previous night. He then stated that I must have spilled something on my bed. I informed him that after checkin, I had left for the entire day, and had only just arrived back into the room. As a single business-class traveler, I was only one that had been in the room. He began to berate me "for lying to him" and refused to consider any options of a partial refund for a troubles. He then told me that I could go to (Insert bad word here).... horrible, horrible.
