Efficient booking and check-in system and any enquiry and Wifi dealt with with utmost speed. More than we expected for a studio. Spacious room, best divan bed ever and all you need in a kitchen. On tramline.

Excellent location in the new town centre. Great for getting away down the river cycle track to the coast. Our room was a very good size and well maintained. Quiet location at the back of the hotel with balcony overlooking the garden. Amazing value given size and location. We stayed four nights.

Upon our arrival at this hotel, we were told we were upgraded to a room for six people rather than for four (when there was only two of us anyway) so we had plenty of space. The location is perfect near shops and restaurants and right next to a tram stop and the balconies are pleasant. We had a problem of the hot water running yellow in the morning of our departure which may well have only been a one off event. Perfect for self-catering.

The hotel is in a good location as it is near to the city center (the old historic district) and across the street from a nice market. The hotel, however, is dirty and quite grungy. Although the sheets were clean, the quilt was unwashed, the carpets were filthy and there was mold in the shower. It was one of those rooms you keep your shoes on in. It is like a youth hostel and may be ok for college kids on a budget, but it was not up to par for a family with a 3 year old. The staff was nice enough, but the room quality was just too low to recommend this place to others.

I stayed at this hotel during a business conference. The public tram transportation stop was literally outside the door of the this hotel. I was able to take the tram to my conference at Le Corum which took all of 15 minutes each time. The tram came frequently and both early morning and later at night. With it, I was able to avoid walking through generally safe, but maybe a bit questionable back streets to get to the hotel. The apartment hotel itself was well equipped and fairly sizeable for the price. It was quiet and clean. The only real down side was that the bed was really a pull out couch. It was not an uncomfortable pull out, and it worked for the purposes I needed it too. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My first room had an issue with the air conditioner, so they moved me right away to another room. (Yes, this hotel has an air conditioner!!)

This hotel was ideal for our needs. It was within easy walking distance of all the main sights but a tram went right past the door if required. Hotel Parking is available but not very easy to find after a long journey as the City is full of oneway streets and during our stay road closures due to road works. Overall though the room was very comfortable with a sofa bed, balcony, small kitchen (well equiped) and fabulous air cond which saved the day! Would certainly stay here again. Good value for money.

Hotel was a little difficult to get to via car, but infinitely accessible via tram which stops right out the door. Lots of choices at march across the street, as well as a good choice of restaurants, at reasonable prices within a couple of blocks. As others have said, the studio bed is a pull out and not a fully comfortable mattress. But,i did choose this option, knowing full well what I was getting. Kitchen was well equipped both the shower/bathroom and the toilet room were clean and nice. Excellent value.

Room 003 was in poor condition with rotten wood and general poor look

Citidines is a modern and clean residence with very nice facilities including the kitchen and bath. The suites even have private balconies. I was only there two nights, but find the service excellent and the neighborhood very nice. It is in a newer part of Montpellier. The convenient tram stops literally at the front door, so one could just take the blue tram toward Odyssyem from the train station even with luggage and be there conveniently in 5 minutes. Going in the other direction, it is just a couple of more stops to Place de la Comedie, the heart of the historic center of the city.

The hotel is not too far from the airport. Beds are clean and comfortable. The front of the hotel is on a busy road with trams and the rear opens out to pleasant gardens and a pretty pathway with cafe's, restaurants, shops and fountains along the way, leading to the centre - very pretty - a mini paris/venice with lots of shops and cafes, a park and botanic garden. Train ride shows more of Montpellier.

Clean hotel, situated within 10-15 minutes walking distance to city center. Great apartment hotel for families.

The night clerk beyond exceeded our expectations with helpful advice and information. We were there during the France train strikes so we had a lot of questions on how to get to our next destination. The rooms were comfortable, however, the bedroom smelled like mold and so did the elevators. We had to blast the AC in order to get the smell out. The hotel appeared clean though. The 1 computer they had in the lobby was a bit slow and I had to wait for a couple to use the internet for over 30 minutes with no help from the morning front desk girl. She was not as helpful as the evening night clerk and had a bit of an attitude. Overall, I would recommend - not the best place Ive stayed but not the worst either but beware of the smell.

The 3 things I like about the hotel, location, location and location. The other positive things about the hotel: Staff were very helpful and they all speak very good English. Fresh coffee available 24 hours free of charge. Bedrooms and bathroom are quite spacious. The not so positive things: No ventilation vent in the toilet. Housekeeping and change of towels at extra charge. We will certainly stay there again.

very convenient, close to everything, tram right there, marche and halles right there. highly recommend it. excellent price for quality and location.

When we stayed in Montpellier the weather was awful. It was cold and rained for the three days we were there. So it was great to be able to go back to our spacious apartment to dry off and have a meal.the apartment was spacious, clean and had all the essentials needed for self catering.

Jag hade helt klart missuppfattat att "studio" betydde att vi hade bokat ett rum utan säng med bara en bäddsoffa...hade heller inte uppfattat att städning och byten av handdukar endast sker om du bor mer än 1 vecka på hotellet, vi bodde 4 dagar..möjlighet till byte av rum fanns inte, i och med att de redan var betalt så ville vi heller inte byta hotell och betala ytterligare ett! Läget är kanon, man bor precis vid spårvagn och centrum, men nej nästa gång tar vi ett annat hotell!

Un accueil chaleureux, un personnel serviable. Confortable et situé à proximité de la place de la comédie. Un hôtel où je n'hésiterai pas une seconde à reloger.

Très proche du centre ville. Parking dans le mème batiment. Studio bien équipé. Gentil service du personnel.

Staff tres sympa et dispo, petit dejeuner copieux, arret de tram devant la porte... beaucoup de point positifs pour un hotel tres pratique. Je regrete seulement que la couche etait plutot inconfortable.

Hôtel propre avec un accueil agréable. La déco des chambre est TRES vieillotte mais c'est propre. Le contenu du petit déjeuner ne vaut pas le prix de 9€... d'autres hôtels font beaucoup mieux pour 7€. Cet hôtel est malgré tout bien situé.

Hôtel très bien situé à proximité des principaux centres d'intérêts. Le studio était propre et complet. Un seul bémol: la literie est un peu vieille, le matelas devrait être changé.

C'était parfait.

Parfait rien à dire appart hotel proche de tout, super quartier, possibilité de prendre des vélos pour la journée via leur vélo mag pour 2€ Cb + mobile indispensable. Canapé lit tout à fait confortable cuisine super équipée, lave vaisselle, bouilloire... Ne pas hésiter. Mer à proximité en vélo, se rendre à l'office du tourisme pour le plan et il y a pleins de choses à faire !

residence bien située accessible en voiture et transport en commun.très pratique pour famille.

Tiene la ventaja para los españoles que todas las recepcinistas hablan español. Aunque dispone de parking vigilado, el acesso es bastante complicado. En la TV se recepciona canales españoles. Es un apartahotel pequeño pero muy coqueto y bien cuidado, dispone de todos los electrodomésticos necesarios para una grata estancia.

Plusieurs sites peuvent être visités à pied. L’hôtel est bien desservi par les transports en commun. L’hôtel est proches des commerces et restaurants. On a l'impression d'être à la maison/

10 minutes by walk from train station and 10 minutes from downtown. All is near. 4 minutes to big shopping center after which is downtown. Perfect and easy connection and travel by trams and by bus to beach. tickets can be bought from machines at every tramstop. Tramstop in front of hotel. Very helpful staff in the hotel and good internet connection in the rooms. Also possibiity to wash laundry and make your own food in the rooms(studio rooms). Rooms were clean.

Un très bon accueil et les chambres sont fonctionnelles. Cependant les chambres sur la rue sont sombres et assez bruyantes. La chambre simple avec le canapé lit vieillot n'est pas des plus agréables et la qualité du couchage pas idéale...
