We stayed in the more Pavilon for 6 days over Christmas and could hardly be more satisfied. The historic hotel and gardens were a delight, the staff very helpful and our room very good. The bathroom may be due for a refit for a hotel of this type but the were not problems. The range and quality of the food in the hotel was such that we rarely felt the need to eat out which is unusual for us. They seemed to cater for everyone - couples, families with children, extended families and the disabled which is unusal in this part of the world. The hoilday which was a sightseeing one was made by the setting of the hotel and the staff! They could not be more helpful without being too 'in your face' and the General Mamager seemed to manage to speak to very guest at some stage in every day of our stay! Well done Winter Palace!

We were completely satisfied with our recent stay at the Pavillon Winter hotel. The staff at the front desk at the Pavillon were the best we experienced in Egypt! They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and our needs were met. The rooms are very clean and updated. the grounds are meticulously maintained and the pool is great.

It really is a spectacular building with beautiful gardens. If you can, make sure you stay in the main building, not the Pavilion. There was nothing wrong with the Pavilion and there were balconies which overlooked the gardens, which the main building's room dont have, but Im sure the rooms in the main buildings had much more charm and old world glamour. There were also juliet balconies with french doors.

This was a great Hotel, we got excellent service, and you have access to all the winter palace facility. The only fault is no in room internet service. Outside of that I highly recommend this hotel. The gardens that surround the property are beautiful and the pool is great

The facility is old but very well maintained (it is almost like a palace in Europe). Has a large beautiful garden. It was my first time to stay at this hotel but they offered a free upgrade and we stayed at the superior room. High ceiling and spacious room. Gorgeous hotel with professional staff. Breakfast buffet has many choices and very good. Definitely recommend this hotel to everyone, especially to couples on special occasions.

room and hotel location were good but the grounds are absolutely spectacular and make this hotel a must stay. pool is amazing and the lush landscape makes you feel like you are in a tropical paradise, not the middle of egypt! breakfast was included with the room and the selection, as well as the morning staff in the restaurant were fantastic.

Très bien situé, à 5 minutes à pied du temple de Louxor. Jardin de 4 ha extraordinaire : une merveille. Service de très grande qualité. Piscine extérieure chauffée splendide. Le client du Pavillion bénéficie de toutes les infrastructures du Palace. La cuisine est très internationale et pas passionnante mais le cadre du jardin compense largement la chose.

Baade hotellets fellesrom og gjestevaerelsene er nyoppusset nylig saa det var veldig bra, og hotellet ligger i en flott hage med flere restauranter og svoemmebasseng. Vi pleier vanligvis aa unngaa aa spise paa hotellrestauranter, men her gjorde vi det hver kveld for det var saa god mat. Jeg vil absolutt bo her igjen dersom jeg drar tilbake til Luxor!
