Beautiful hotel with sincere and courteous staff - nice amenities and great gym.

Appreciated the turn-down service, robes, slippers, chocolates (delicious and in cute little bags that each hold one chocolate), fast room service - had the turkey club, and cauliflower cheese soup at 1:30 a.m. and arrived in 20 minutes - it was the best turkey club I ever had and the soup was amazing. The only down side was the mattress. The outer edge of the mattress on the side facing the entrance to the room was indented. It's the area where most people tend to sit. Otherwise it was a great stay. The doormen, valet service, check-in service were top-notch and not snobby.

From the car attendant when we arrived to the check out person the service and hospitality was incredible. The room overlooking Rittenhouse Square was well appointed and above all immaculate. A real testament to management that cares.

Had a very nice one night stay! Champagne, strawberries and champagne on check-in, upgrade to a larger room, turn down service. Very welcoming and courteous staff. Would definitely go back!

Our favorite place to stay in Philadelphia -- top notch service, location, ambiance, and food/drink at La Croix restaurant located in the hotel.

This hotel surpassed our expectations, so much so that we extended our stay for an additional two nights. We had considered staying at other 4 or 5 star hotels for our visit, and came upon this one at the last minute. This will be our choice when we return to Philadelphia.

The nicest room I've stayed in in a while. Total class. Even had a bucket of ice waiting for me when I got back that evening!

The Rittenhouse Hotel is in a great location on beautiful Rittenhouse Square in downtown Philadelphia. The hotel is first class all the way, with large, comfortable rooms and terric dining options. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

we thought the hotel was amazing mostly for the outstanding friendly service of the staff. we loved the foyer, the tea, and the large rooms. the only thing we found is that the beds and pillows really need to be replaced. there were "holes" on each side of the bed where we slept, and the pillows were rubbery and not down, or primaloft. loved everything else and i would just request better beds/pillows if possible next time.can't beat the location with tons of coffee shops, bakeries and stores in the area.

The service was excellent, everyone couldn"t have been nicer and more accomodating.I am looking forward to staying there again, loved the location the park across the street is bustling 24hrs a day-dogs-children-people socializing, beautiful location, nice restaurants, wasn"t crazy about the hotel bar it is uptairs out of the way and in the restaurant Lacroix. When you order room service you can order from Lacroix or Smith and Wollensky which is also in the Hotel-loved that!! This Hotel made visiting Philadelphia a pleasure. Can't wait to go back and bring my daughter. When you check in w/a child they have a pirates chest filled w/toys and all children staying there are allowed to choose one toy out of the chest, very cute. The Hotel manager couldn't have been nicer, and I brought home a book called Good Night Philadelphia for my daughter.I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Rittenhouse and definitely plan on returning soon!!

Tudo o que se pode esperar de um excelente hotel. Super bem localizado, confortavel, aconchegante, bonito, agradável, serviço nota 10. Adorei e vou reptir quantas vezes voltar à Philadelphia.
