Holiday Inn Helsinki City Centre - هلسنكي

I went to visit family in Helsinki and stayed in this hotel last weekend. We got the FinnAir bus from the airport which dropped us directly outside the hotel, as the Central Station is the last stop. Excellent value for money, the room and bathroom was so clean. We also had a view of the whole city from our large windows which was really nice. Shopping malls and streets are just a stone throw away. Would definitely recommend!

This hotel was a very nice surprise. It is by far the most convenient hotel to transportation, as the bus station is directly in front of it, and the FINNAIR bus that runs to/from the airport drops you here. The area is bustling with travellers and locals, and it feels very alive and vibrant. There are 2 supermarkets within 400-ft , a McDonald's if you are desperate and hungry, and plenty of restaurants and shops and shopping centers in the area. The area feels very safe. The room is very nice, lots of wood used on the floor, ceiling, and furniture for a warm atmosphere; interior design is very nice.

The location was perfect--close to the city center and the shopping, eating, and sightseeing. Service was friendly and the rooms were comfortable and warm.

I have stayed at this hotel a couple of times now, and have been satisfied every time. It is a very good option for a fairly reasonable price. The location is fantastic, as it is right next to the railway station and only 1- 2 minute walk from the main street Mannerheimintie. The hotel also has a restaurant which serves really delicious food. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay some nights in Helsinki!

I stayed for two days and enjoyed every moment. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was perfect. It was easy to get to from the airport and the train station. All of downtown Helsinki was a short walk. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Great hotel for the money - rooms were clean & modern and food at the restaurant good. Central location, great connections to busses & trains. The only thing is that the view from the window was the bus station.

found it dusty under the desk & sprinkler head full of dust. Room 609. Went for walk by railway station & got ripped off my gold chain by Romainian shark lady. I was very nieve l guess? Other than that it was o.k.

Fantastic location. Very friendly staff who speak good English. They were helpful with questions from taxis to running routes. I go for runs when I stay at hotels as I travel a lot and there is a nice run path around a lake pretty much next to hotel. Good uphill section for training. The wireless and Internet worked. Only thing I would suggest is being more clear in description on how to get to hotel because apparently there are two holiday inns with similar names within the 300m vicinity according to google maps. This hotel is the one RIGHT by the central station.

Great! Excellent location with access to all sites. Will definitely stay again if in Helsinki.

The room was very modern and clean, with an extremely comfortable bed, huge bath tub, which came in handy after a day of walking during one of the hottest days in Helsinki. I took advantage of the sauna located on the 2nd floor and that was refreshing. I plan to visit Helsinki again in the future and will definitely stay at the Holiday Inn City Centre.

A very comfortable Hotel well located next to the Helsinki Railway Station. Parking available in a large underground public carpark with direct access to Hotel. Around 25 Euro a day for parking. Very comfortable rooms and helpful staff. However, we voted the breakfast the worst we had in 3 weeks of travel. The scrambled eggs were in one solid rectangular lump in the bain-marie.

Very central, easy to get to and quiet. No complaints at all. Walking distance to everything

Right next to the central station, walk to big shopping centres and bus stop. Airport bus close to the hotel. The room is big.

This hotel is right next to the Helsinki Train Station with all the good and bad things that that includes. Having come from from a boutique hotel in Estonia, it seemed a little bit on the plain side at first. But ultimately it was clean, quiet, and relatively inexpensive. When you are spending little time in your room, those are all good things.Within walking distance of everything in downtown Helsinki. I'd stay here again if on a short visit to Helsinki.

We found our room small and cramped as we been travelling about 4 weeks and there was not enough luggage storage and clothes hanging space that we expected in a 4 star hotel.

Glad I chose this hotel. Cant find a better location....bus, train, metro and airport shuttle ...all in 50 meters. Night duty staff was a great help.Room comforts have to improve at this price !!!!

Hotel is conveniently located next to the train station and shuttle bus from the airport with supermarket, dining outlets etc closeby. However, there is no carpet in the room.

Had a great time in Helsinki, and because Holiday Inn was centrally located - near the sights and the central station - it was super easy to get to places, move around. Great room. Super quick service at reception.

Excellent stay, great location, modern and clean.

Always I can trust on this hotel. High quality. Good cervise. Unfortunately others have noticed that also, and sometimes You have to make reservation long time in advance.

The staff was very nice. The hotel is located right next to the central metro station. A major bus hub is located right out the front door. Plenty of stores and restaurants in the area. Good location, good staff and good hotel.

The hotel is in the center of Helsinki. Restaurants, Sights or the shopping mall is in walking distance. The staff is very friendly and the room is equipped with everything you need. I can recommend this hotel.

Vey convenient location close to shops and transport to airport. Hotel is clean and modern with very good internet services. Breakfast has lots of variety but the quality is average. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

This hotel is located just steps from the train station and downtown Helsinki. We were able to walk to most of the recommended sights of Helsinki. The hotel staff were very helpful and always pleasant. Our room was quiet, clean, and comfortable.

Good value for money. Perfect location. TV set not working properly and problems with the WiFi was a downside tough...

This Hotel is in a great location right next to the station in the center of Helsinki. The Rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff are helpful. The ONLY thing wrong was the reception area had small flies, like fruit flies, landing in your coffee and generally being annoying. The rest was great.

This is a great hotel if you need access to the central train station and bus transport.The staff is very accommodating, but this is true of Finns generally.The restaurant and many rooms have a view of the architecturally significant train station (Eliel Saarinen). The only down side is that when one is near a train station litter tends to degrade the view. As Finland is otherwise spotless, the atmosphere of the area is architecturally representative, but not culturally so.

I was spending the night in Helsinki on my way to another destination in Finland. This was a great place to spend the nigh, because it is very convenient to the train station. The room was small but facilities were fine. It was also surprisingly quiet, given the central location.

The location is just perfect, just 1 min from the finnair shuttle bus from airport (really recommend to take finnair shuttle than normal bus as it takes 30 mins less and only cost 2EUR more). It is also 1 min to the main train station so if you are taking train it is perfect too. Hotelwise, just a regular Holiday Inn but everything is good.

A very nice & comfortable hotel with an extremely convenient location - side by side with the central railway station, 5-10 minutes walk to all central shopping streets, Stockmann, sea-port market and restaurants. Nice breakfast, too!

close to all the sightseeing areas and also just next door to the railway station which takes you to any part of finland.

Hotelli oli erittäin hyvällä paikalla, mutta siihen jääkin hyvät puolet hotellista. Vähän kulahtanut, huonehintaan ei kuulunut aamupala ja silti hinta oli melkoinen, johtuen ehkä samaan aikaan kaupungissa olevista jääkiekon mm-kisoista.

トランジットでの1泊のみだったため、空港バスの発着所至近ということで選びました。客室は十分な広さもありベッドも大きめで、さすがに米系チェーンといった感じでした。フロントの対応は良くも悪くもビジネスライクなのも米系チェーン。2階にサウナがあるということで利用してみましたが、3人も入ればいっぱいになるくらいのもので、これは少々期待はずれでした。朝食は完全にブッフェですが、選択肢もあり十分でした。建物内は完全禁煙で、建物外のエントランスから8m以上離れて吸ってくださいとのこと。喫煙者には冬場は厳しいかもしれません。

ヘルシンキで三泊予約したホテルに不都合があり三泊めのみ急遽ホリディインに変更しました。出来るだけ地元経営のリーズナブルなホテルを利用してきたのでバスタブを見た時は感動しました。アメニティはバスタオルとフェイスタオルのみ、シャンプー、ボディソープ、ハンドソープは取り付けてありました。予約時の価格にもよるかもしれませんが歯ブラシ、髭剃り…などはなかったです。フロント係が少なく少し待たされましたがそれ以外は親切な対応でした。スーツケース二個を宿泊日の一日前から預かってもらえて助かりました。ヘルシンキは石畳の坂道が多くスーツケースを引いての移動は大変なので荷物の多い方にはオススメです。

Beste Lage, sehr gute und saubere Zimmer, super freundlicher Service, was will man mehr :-)
