I stayed with my partner and we were reasonably content with room comfort and cleanliness (a bit cramped) but there were a couple of significant negative issues. Apparently for security reasons the inside door from the car park to the hotel lobby was not available for use at night when we arrived. Accordingly, my partner and I had to run through heavy rain with our luggage from the car park into the hotel lobby...this is not acceptable. Also, items advertised as available on the 'after 9.00 pm menu (a wine after a long and late flight for instance) were not in stock or available. This is also shabby considering the price of the room. I should also add that the breakfast staff 'rushed us' to complete our breakfast after checking in late the previous evening. We will only return if offered a freebie and for now we won't be recommending the hotel to family, friends or colleagues.

We actually enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Location within what appears to be Perth Chinatown was really good however we understand the area did have not such a good reputation. This was not due to the Chinese community but there were a number of nightclubs etc. the cost of parking was 10 dollars a night which was not too bad and the continental breakfast was good.

The rooms need a fix up and good clean. I had to ask to be moved due to an exhaust fan making so much noise under my room, Rebecca at Reception was very helpful and accommodated my request within minutes.

Fortunately it was clean because otherwise it had no real appeal. Expensive for what you got.

Only stayed a night but found staff nice hotel clean and would stay again.

Rooms near the reception/restaurant atrium are very noisy

Location of hotel 15 mins away from CBS and although there was a bus service available, it was 3 blocks walk away from hotel. Room was clean and spacious but no window facility so natural light non existent. Bathroom facilities were good with a walk in shower. Staff were friendly but only offered advice when asked, no map of city given and we didn't receive any recommendation of eateries or facilities in the area.

Room was small. Toilet was broken. Only a skylight at the window opening for natural light. My daughter had a dustmite allergy from the carpets which usually means they are not steam cleaned. We paid for 2 nights but only stayed 1 and could not get our money back. On the positive side the continental breakfast was amazing!

excellent except to put the icing on the cake they could put a small microwave in the room to heat up things. My wife had to walk down two flights of stairs many times to get things heated up by the kitchen staff.

very comfortable and clean, very convenient for my wife's shopping. However would be just the cream on the cake if you put a little microwave in the room to warm up food. My wife had to walk down to the kitchen several times a day to warm up food.

The Hotel is clean and tidy, the service is polite and helpful, I have stayed there on a few occasions and will go back and stay there again. But on the last stay the sheets to the bed came of which revealed stains on the underlay which was quite off putting.

The outside of the hotel and the public areas give cause for optimism. However, on entering the room, I was very disappointed. The room had no window, just an alcove with a picture in it. The walls were paper thin, allowing me to hear low level conversations, and even emissions of bodily gases from the guest in the next room. I can only presume he could hear the same from me. The internet was very expensive at $27.50 per day, although it was of a good speed. The bed was uncomfortable, and the room looked dated and tired. The fridge, however, was large and very cold.

I enjoyed my stay the staff are friendly rooms clean and the continental breakfast was enjoyable with plenty of variety to choose from. The restaurant food was affordable and nice. Thanlks

we found the room very comfortable with the bed the biggest on our whole time away.Reception was very helpful in sorting out flight confirmation and equipping me with some staionary that i needed. Continental breakfast was really great. Large selection of cereals , fruit yoghurt etc. Good value.

Price was very good but on the flip side there was no window and we could hear conversations in the next room. You get what you pay for. Good location, friendly staff.

Nice looking hotel in the middle to Perth's Chinatown, and walking distance to the nearest CAT city shuttle bus that brings you to around town. Chinatown has become a hot spot for unique breakfast cafes, you'll never be short of coffee choices. Interior is simple and a little dull with lightings, but generally comfortable and clean. Its only two levels high so there aren't many rooms. Rooms are not quite sound proof as get distrubted by people getting in and out of the corridor. Being only 2 levels high also means you can hear what's happening on the ground, the noise not loud but enough to wake you from sleep. There is no gym in the hotel, which is quite disappointing for people looking to work out at night. But there is an oval near by if you like to go for a morning run. Hotel service staff are nice and polite, which makes your stay more pleasant.

Hotel staff were very friendly and efficient. Room was clean, roomy and breakfast choice was excellent. Hotel located in a quiet side street, not far to walk into Northbridge for a multitude of restaurants and not much further to main shopping precinct.

Very good room with fabulous bathroom, and good parking for an extra $10

Nice hotel. Basic facilities. Clean room. Close to Perth CBD. Good enough for business trip but would stay in a nicer area if I was on a leisure holiday. Very happy with my time at All Seasons. Cheers

All seasons is excellent value with nicely refurbished rooms and good service

Overall we were satisfied with our room as we only needed it for going back to at night. If we had wanted to relax there during the day, it would have felt claustrophobic. We have never encountered a room before where the window was totally boxed in with only space between the window and the wall of the box being wide enough to allow a solar tube to be installed. Somewhat bizzare!

the walls are so thing I heard a couple making love, watching TV, Laughing & carrying on from 1am to 3am when I finally got the reception to quite them down

Great hotel for business users does what is required very well and the staff are excellent.

its a stone throw from northbridge chinatown and so close to pubs and nightclubs. the hotel is in a nice quiet old fashioned area. the staff are helpful and the food is nice but but stingy for the price they charge. also it only has limited menu not much choice to choose from. another downside is there are no vegetarian options and their advertisement was misleading saying they have spa facility when we got there we got told they dont have one

Stayed for one night before meeting friends over the New Year. Excellent hotel, friendly, knowledgable staff with excellent breakfast. Highly recommended.

Likes: Service/ Staff, Condition/ cleanliness, Happy Hour with lovely live music in lobby,. Dislikes: no real window in room, my room also had handicapped shower (open plan) thus water goes everywhere.

The hotel was clean and in a good location. However, not sound proof. We could hear the conversations in the surrounding rooms very well.

Clean & comfortable, I was happy here. The room I booked on line was nice but if you want a real window you'll need to upgrade. The window was actually a skylight with a window frame to give the illusion of a real window. Having said that I would book this hotel again. It's about a 10-12 minute walk from the center of Perth, which I found to be an advantage; quiet and more like a neighborhood. There are good restaurants within a 1 block area: Vietnamese, Chinese, Indian.

The room was roomy enough and very clean. The windows were so high up they were not there to be able to look out of. The curtains could not be closed in the evening unless you were either a montain goat or spider to reach the curtain cords. The room gave the feeling of being more like a goal cell rather than a hotel room. Could hear the street noise, the people coughing in the next room and the conversations of the people walking down the passage for quite a distance.The room was well over priced for what was being offered.

Ett bra hotell, stannar gärna där på nytt. Det enda som inte fungerade var TV, det var en del kanaler som inte fungerade. Det var lungt och skönt, inget ljud och störninga. Ville man äta god mat så var det ett halvt kvarter till en massa bra matställen, bra pris. Åt en av mina bättre middagar på lång tid i närheten. Promenadavstånd till centrum, dock inte med packning. 30 AUS dollar ca för TAXi till inrikesflyget, ca 20-30 minuter,18 AUS dollar med shuttelbus, 15-2 timmar.

Hotellet ligger i utkanten av Chinatown med ett stort utbud av prisvärda matställen. Lätt att ta sig in till Perth centrum CBD. Klart prisvärt!
