Holiday Inn Express London - Park Royal - لندن

بشكلٍ عام إنه فندق رائع، فهو يقع بالقرب من المترو، ولكن الملحوظة الوحيدة هي أن الفندق بإمكانه أن يدخل بعض التغييرات إلى وجبة الإفطار، فقد كان يتم تقديم نفس قائمة الإفطار طوال أيام الأسبوع السبعة.

لقد اخترنا هذاالفندق لأننا كنا نريد أن نقيم بهذه المنطقة، والفندق من الداخل أفضل من الخارج، فهو نظيف ومريح بدرجة مناسبة، كما أنه مزود بالاحتياجات الضرورية، وكذلك فهو يعتبر قيمة ممتازة مقابل المال بالإضافة إلى عدم بعده عن قلب مدينة لندن وهذا عن طريق المترو، ولكن من ناحية أخرى كانت وجبة الإفطار على الطراز المعتاد، لذلك فمن الأفضل أن تدفه مبلغ أقل مقابل تناول الكورواسون والقهوة في أي مقهى بأي مكانٍ آخر.

كان فندق "هوليداي إن" مريحا للغاية ولكنه بعيدا نوعا ما عن الأماكن الرئيسية " رحلة قصيرة تستغرق 30 إلى 40 دقيقة للوصول إلى المدينة"، وغير ذلك فهو يبعد دقائق معدودة عن منطقة "Notting Hill"K , وأيضا أجمل مكان على الإطلاق " Shepherd's Bush"، وليس هناك الكثير حول الفندق فيما عدا متجر "تيسكو إكسبرس"، بالإضافة إلى محطة بنزين، ومغسلة للسيارات، وبار على الجانب المقابل من الشارع، وكان بوفيه الإفطار مدهشا ولذيذا: فكان يحتوي على أطعمة مثل البيض والسجق والفول وغيرها..أما شبكة الإنرنت فكانت بمثابة مشكلة حيث أنها مقابل خمسة جنيهات إسترليني ليوم الواحد، إلا أنه بإمكانك الذهاب إلى البار الذي يقع على الجانب المقابل من الشارع حيث تجد هناك إنترنت مجاني، ويقع الفندق أيضا بالقرب من محطة للمترو، ومحطة للحافلات، وهو ما كان شيئا جيدا. كانت الخدمة فائقة الروعة، وإنني أشكر كل من "كريس" و "شيكا"، ولكن احذر من هذه الفتاه الهندية الثانية لأنها فتاه رخيصة! أما " كريس" و "شيكا" والأخرون فسوف يوضحون لك الإتجاهات، كما أنهم سيقدمون لك المساعدة حول محطات الحافلات والمترو، كذلك فعاملات النظافة يتسمون بالخبرة الكبيرة في الضيافة الفندقية- حيث كانوا يتخلصون من الزجاجات الفارغة بغرفتنا يوميا، كذلك فألقي نظرة عل المكنسة الهوائية التي كانوا يستخدمونها لأنك سوف تضحك عند مشاهدتها. لقد كات إقامتنا ممتعة بشكلٍ عام.

The hotel can be seen immediately upon exiting the tube which was a huge bonus. Breakfast was also included even though we hadn't requested it. The hotel is approximately 15-20 minutes from the city by tube. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to others!

Nice hotel, close to transport. Only thing missing was a fridge in the room.

Having stayed there from the 19th-21st April the whole place was lovely and clean and the room spotless which was nice. Only problem was I got back quiet one night and had to wait approx 7 mins to be let in and it was a cold nite. Spoke to the gentleman by reception who pretty much said I was lying, poor customer service being in the same industry myself. Following day spoke to a trainee lady that was very helpful and said she was going to put the complaint through to the manager. Either than that great place near train station which is very handy. Could have had abit more variation for breakfast but overall pleasant stay.

The hotel is ok. Just on the wrong side of prefabricated . Having stayed at the Ramada Encore around the corner it's not in the same league - but is at he same price point.

The station was right next to the tube, and also had a bus stop at the front door. There were a couple of convenience stores just steps away, and a pub/restaurant across the street, as well as a coffee house. Although the area seemed clean, it was a few stops further west on the Central Line than I would prefer to stay next visit. The area was pretty quiet at night, which meant we slept great. However, it was a little "deserted" which would have made me uncomfortable walking at night alone. There was usually a homeless person sleeping on the walkway up from the tube. The room with a double bed and sleeper sofa was a little crowded with the sofa converted into a bed. Would have preferred two real beds with a little more wiggle room. The room was kind of cramped with 3 people.

Good location, just next to underground station. On the other hand, limited car park spaces. I had to park on the road over the first night, and to remove the car early in the morning to avoid a parking ticket. I arrived late on the first day and the receptionist was really unhelpful. He told me to me to park in front of closed local shops but when I asked him is that alright, he said I do not know. Also, he did not give me any information about car park places near to the hotel. I booked a room of double bed and sofa bed, but given a room with two single beds. When I asked about this, the same receptionist said: "We do not have any room with double bed available now"!

very helpful and friendly staff from greeting to checkout

I stayed three nights in October with two children, age 11 and 16. It was our second time there and I intend to use the same hotel again whenever I'll come to London. Everything functioned as it should, the staff are friendly and efficient. There was not much extra room when the sofa sleeper was opened, but that was not a big problem. Keep up the good standard!

Very good value for money. Small car park at the rear with barrier controls. Easy to find and excellent access to underground (Zone 2). Would recommend to friends for economical stay in London.

great location for tube. Quiet hotel, very clean, friendly staff and good simple breakfast

The hotel was right off the Tube (Subway) stop. It made it very convienent. The only thing I thought would be an issue was the earliest we could arrive at LHR was 6:00am. That was under 2 hours from our departure. It did not end up being a problem. It takes about 0:45 to get from LHR to the Tube stop (North Acton on the Central Line). It also took about 0:30 - 0:45 to get to the heart of the city as well. If you plan on going back and forth to the city, make sure to purchase an Oyster Card from the Tube station. The bed was small by USA standards. It was booked as a double bed but it was about the size of an American Super Single bed. The room also had a couch but we never really stayed in the room to see how to the couch felt. The bed was firm but supportive. It can be a bit challenging to figure out where the light switches are and which one operates which set of lights. Again, an American limitation. Europeans probably don't have a problem with that. There was a free breakfast. It was cereals, scrambled eggs, sausage links, and a few pastrys. They also had free wifi. You had to get a free code from the front desk. Across the street, there was a pub that had a small food menu. Typical pub/bar foods; Burgers, Nachos, etc. Not much in the way of food beyond the pub so if you want something fancy, eat when you are out and about. There would be a really good chance I would stay here again.

Hotel was a great 3 star one right on the tube with a tesco across the street. Limited dinner options around hotel. Room was very clean and staff provided a great service.

The staff was very pleasant and most helpful to me and my family, when traveling in a foreign country. We very much appreciated their assistance in directing us to get to the sights we wanted to see, via public transportation.

Very clean, quiet room, comfortable bed. Great shower. The only downside was the hairdryer - the cord was fixed, and no more than about 40cm long, which meant you had to be a contortionist to dry the back of your head. Plus, there was no plug socket near the mirror, so even if you had your own hairdryer you had to operate it from the other side of the room without a mirror! Spent the day looking like a scarecrow.

Location was right at the tube stop and across from a grocery store and pub. Easy to take the tube right to the city center. Nice place and great breakfast. Basically matches a good hotel of this same name in the U.S.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good, basic breakfast with effieient crew. Basic, clean room with good quality towels. Very close to underground station on Central line.

Enjoyed my stay. The reception staff was very friendly and courteous. The hotel room was clean and comfortablev-kudos to the hardworking housekeeping personnel!! Would recommend this hotel for someone who wants a simple, clean hotel, that is near the Tube station - North Acton (within 5 minutes walk).. Easy to get into central london as North Acton is on the Central Line.

Enjoyed our stay bit far out but handy to the tube station

Room was clean and the staff was unbelievably helpful. Breakfast every morning was fresh and provided a wide array off options. The location was a bit outside of central london, but just a short 2 minute walk to the local station. Overall would highly recommend.

To far away and TUBE not working.. Had to use bus service took much longer to get into town.

It's a Holiday Inn Express, so there's no restaurant, but there was a bar (which we didn't use). Staff were helpful and had selection of local takeaway menus there and ordered for us, calling the room when the delivery guy brought our pizza. Good buffet style breakfast with lots to choose from both hot and cold. Decent enough room, clean and comfortable, internet £5 for 24hrs (not too bad), the small car park is a bit of a free for all and £10 a day which seems a lot, but by London prices isn't too bad (just make sure you don't arrive/get back too late). Location is excellent though (straight off of A40), easy to get into and out from. Backs on to North Acton tube station which is on boundary of zones 2 & 3. Hotel also not too far from the Kew Bridge Steam Museum which is the only place in London with running steam trains (only really worth going to on the weekends though as that's when the engines are running and the cafe is open). Would always advise contacting them or checking the website before visiting, great place though. Will definitely use this one again as on balance it worked out pretty well for us, just needs a bit of planning ahead with the evening meal and parking.

Situated on the Central Line (I believe, well it was the red line lol) you literally get off the train and the hotel is right there on the hill. Not far at all from London. Before while I was reading hotel reviews I worried about the distance from the airport and the distance from London, never again will I fear! You take the tube from Heathrow to get to the hotel and you take the tube to get to London, easy as pie. The time it takes is probably 30 minutes, but they go by so fast it didn't seem to matter. The room was decent, we booked the full size bed with a pull-out couch. The television was fun. Didn't pay for their wifi, you can find wifi zones in London itself. No complaints with the room. The staff were ok. No raves or grumbling complaints. Though, I'm sure if you needed them for something they would've helped out. The only time I asked them for something was if there was a laundromat nearby, of course she wouldn't tell me yes so I asked the guys at the pub and they knew there was one close by. The surrounding area is nice, as well. I loved the fact there was this pub right there on the corner. Had the nicest people working inside! We were really excited, being new to the U.K. to eat in a real pub haha. There is also a laundromat close-by, probably 10-15min walking that is easy to find. So I used that instead of paying crazy money for the hotel's service (since I was backpacking to 4 different countries for this trip).

Hi, We've stayed in the Holiday inn Express Park Royal Hotel for 9 Nights - and we can't complain much... for the realistic price we paid we recieved a great room - not very equipped - no valt or small refridgrator, but sufficient if your looking for a place to put your head down at night . The bed was a little bit uncomfortable but OK, and breakfast was always the same, no diversity. THE LOCATION OVER THE CENTRAL LINE IS SUPPER!!! we really are suttisfied with the hotel and the stay in it. if you want to travel mainly - this is the hotel for you

Easy to get to and very nice hotel. However, it takes about 20 mins to get to the city center from the hotel. Breakfast was nice.

This hotel is a good one whit clean rooms nice staff and a nice breakfast. Is is just a minute walk from central line station north acton, very nice!

Hotel was on the central tube line and very convenient for getting into townHotel was excellent Good breakfast.I did order a twin room and thety only had a double but apart from that it was good but not as near to wembley arena as the literature states.

The staff at the hotel (in particular Sarah) were fantastic and provided excellent customer service. The rooms were clean and roomy. It was easy to get in and out of London city on the tube, which was a two minute walk away. Would stay here again.

We stayed in the Holiday Inn Express at the weekend as we had tickets to see The Wizard of Oz. The hotel is on the Central line so within 15 minutes we were there. Room was lovely and clean, hotel was in a quiet spot. The shop next door was great for sweets and drinks for the journey home and the tube station was behind the hotel - perfect! Breakfast was good - help yourself. Although, a few more options at the hot breakfast section would be good. They had to offer egg, sausage & beans! Thats my only criticism & thats from my partner not me! I had toast, yogurt, juice, cereal so there is plenty to choose from. Would definately stay there again as was so convenient and you can't go wrong with a Holiday Inn Express, usually know what you're getting!

Very well run hotel. The room was very well maintained, modern and clean.The service staff were friendly. The buffet breakfast was vey satisfying. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends when they come over to London. The hotel is also well located, there's a Tesco just across the road and behind is the London underground which runs on the Central Line. Takes just about 20 minutes to get to Oxford Circus station.

The location is VERY convenient to the North Acton tube stop, and the tube station is very well maintained, with a very nice garden at the entrance. The room was typically small, but roomy enough for the two of us to move around. An iron was provided, but not an ironing board. Strange... Lot's of construction across the street, but the double window arrangement blocked most of it. The hotel is next to a bank and a grocery store. The complimentary breakfast was fine, with the selection of newspapers provided by the hotel an added touch. Not a lot of eating options near the hotel. We chose the Indian place across the street, and were very pleased.

The Hotel Holiday Inn Express - very convenient to tube station and bus just infront of hotel. Hotel is new and clean.Great ! Staff is helpful also. Will book again at next visit.

The hotel exceeded my expectations, the check in and check out were quick and effecient, the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and clean. The hotel is right beside the tube station, but not noisy, and the tube, which runs every few minutes, is less than 20 mins to Oxford St. There is a Tesco Express just down the road, as well as a coffee shop, restaurant and takeaway nearby. Hotel is only 2 tube stops from Westfield London shopping mall which is great for shopping.

Polite and courteous staff but a little too cozy with taxi operators....paid 36 pounds for a ride that would have cost me 24 pounds....very conveniently located to a train station (tube) and located in a safe area.

Booked this hotel when going to see Take That at Wembely, as advertised as being very close. Was not that close at all, and not good enough areas for three girls to walk through. However, hotel staff very friendly and helpful, especially the chap who gave us a transport plan to get to the concert. I had the sofa bed (room for three people) not all that comfy, and a little annoyed to be asked to pay for the room upon checkout when I had paid when booking some eight months earlier. However, breakfast good, hotel clean, staff v friendly and this made up for the other issues.

I stayed at the hotel for one night. about 2 min walk from tube station which was brilliant. There was major building work going on opposite the hotel but the noise wasnt too noticable and not the hotels fault. There was a broken light in our room and some bits looked like that hadnt been dusted in a while but apart from that i was impressed. The only other thing that let it down was the breakfast which was included in the price of the stay. There was a long queue when i went for breakfast and the reason being that it looked as it there was only one member of staff clearing the tables and bringing new food out. We had to wait 5 mins for cutlery then when we got that some of the hot food had all been eaten so we had to wait another 5 mins for the food to come out whilst the other hot food that we did have on our plate got a bit cold! Saying that it was a very nice breakfast so i whether its like that every day or whether it was just that day they were short staffed i dont know. Overall though i would go back for the location of the hotel.

This is a perfect option for the budget concious traveller. The hotel is modern, clean and bright. Request the side closest to the train line for quietness because the windows will block all the noise. The buffet breakfast is perfect to get the day going with a selection of cooked dishes as well as cereals, toast and croissants. The station is only a 3 minute walk and the line takes you directly to the heart of London in about 30 or 40 minutes if you need to change along the way. The staff are super friendly and obliging. My only point for improvement is the bed - the matress was a bit hard to my liking but I've had worse. Five stars from me.

A comfortable stay with a well prepared and presented breakfast. Very conveniently situated just outside London. Within walking distance of the Central line service.
