Extended Stay Deluxe Wilkes Barre - ويلكس-بير

We had a very nice stay. Staff was very nice, room was clean, location was great it was in the middle of everything we needed to go. Rates were awesome! We would stay at the extended stay again.

The place was just a let down after a busy day of traveling. If one more hotel lists they have a workout facility, and its 3 old rusted klanky machines, Im gonna lose it (Tread mill of course was broken). They charge for internet which at that level of hotel should be free. The continental service was far from holiday inn express standards (Just saying that is basic to start with, and they didnt come close) If I really wanted to get picky, their was a storm that night and half the channels were out...Cause they use satellite TV. Cant control the weather, but would have been nice to watch a show. Oh, And no complimentary shampoo or conditioner in room

We stayed here enroute to home from Maine. We had never stayed in an Extended Stay before - the ice machine in the room was nice and the spaciousness was very comfortable. Hotel staff was were very pleasant and helpful about the area.

I was impressed, most Extended Stays are on the dated side and look worn, but this one seemed fairly new, clean, and comfortable. Room: Spacious, kitchenette (stove top, full size frig, cabinets, silverware, cooking pots, microwave, etc). The bed was comfortable with extra linens and pillows in the closet. Parking: fair and safe. Not a good location if you need to park an RV, box truck, truck and trailer. Car parking is safe. Hotel Staff: nice Breakfast: basic (muffin, bagel, toast, juice, coffee, fruit) Fitness room: treadmill (broken), elliptical, and stationary bike Pet friendly, outdoor grills in the back area, laundry Surrounding area: driving distance to Panera, Logan's, Smokey Bones, Sonic, McDonalds, Cracker Barrell, Starbucks, Wal-Mart and the Mall

It was more then I expected for the price. Everything was great. The bed was uncomfortable but that was minor. I had a great time.

The hotel staff was wonderful and very accommodating. I took my dog and the staff fell in love with her, giving her treats and the attention she loves. It was 10 mins away from the restaurants and the casino in the opposite direction. The only problem was it sits on top of a hill and is very isolated from the road and other hotels.

all was well while until we got back to our room from goin to the casino to get ready for new years dinner and our door wont open 4times they gave me a new key until I had to ask for a new room. it upset me bc 4times i had to walk the halls and ride elevator to get a new key. we then had to rush to get back on schedule to meet friends for dinner. the result was they had to give us a new room....i just thought it would of been nice to get a 20% discount on our stay....There was also cooking smoke so bad that the fire department showed up

this hotel is for contract workers working in the area did not feel safe also had a fire alarm and fire at 130am due to someone cooking

The staff and morning coffee muffin bar was great. Very friendly front desk receptionist. The room was large and had everything we needed. Bathroom was very clean but the bed was uncomfortable and couch was dirty. Also the room had a strange smell. Not a terrible odor just weird.

An Extended Stay hotel is expected to be fairly plain, but comfortable. This hotel met that easily. I have no complaints. Everything worked well. I like having the fridge and working area in addition to the standard amenities.

I seek Extended Stay hotels every where I go now.
