We had two rooms, they put us in rooms 1611A and 1711A. Very nice, clean, comfortable rooms with a window view of a wall. The other rooms have great views, would have been great if even one of our rooms had a great view.

hotel was overpriced, check in was late and check out was too early-10:00! The first room we got was in a dark hole...careful not to get one of those rooms. They did move us to a room that wasn't so dark and below street level. I wouldn't recommend this hotel because of the price.

This is more of a resort than a hotel. Bit much for an overnight stay. Good location to main street. Very nice rooms, much like an apartment except if you want a view you need to ensure your not in the basement suites. Pool on the roof was great. There are shops and restaurants nearby and there is no real parking regulations and anyone can park there which means you sometimes cannot park anywhere near your room which is a real downside to this resort. They should alot dedictaed parking for the residents. I would not stay here again.

BEAUTIFUL ROOMS VERY CLEAN

The staff & amenities are fine but the room is claustrophobic and the $20 "resort fee" is a ripoff.

We were in a second floor studio in the new section with fabulous views. The only problem was that the heater was very load when it turned on and woke us up in the middle of the night. We stayed a second night with family in an older unit which was not as nice. The bed was not very comfortable and the tub was plugged. maintenance was very good about coming to repair it.

Hotel was in a great location, room was actually a well furnished apartment with fully stocked kitchen, washer-dryer, dishwasher, 2 large screen TV's, large double sink bathroom. Only negative was housekeeper didn't replace broken lightbulb. Would stay there again.

Wonderful stay here - would highly recommend to others and look forward to visiting again. Great location, everyone was very friendly and helpful.

All in all the hotel was very beautiful and friendly. Great pool and jacuzzi area along with gym and lounge area. The location is great for any site and walking distances to most shops and tourist locations. Very pleased with our visit and stay.

The property was very nice. Lighting in the room was terrible. I had to go outside to put on makeup and the lighting was too dim for reading. View was lovely from our room. They charged us an extra $20 "resort fee" which paid for housekeeping, security, etc. We have never had to pay extra for these services, they were always part of the price.

We stayed for one night at the two bedroom suite - the suite was spacious, everything was new - there was a washer and dryer inside the unit which was helpful. We loved the outdoor hot tub and the hotel is right next to a bunch of shops (there was a wine shop too close to starbucks)

Upon checking in i was pushed to attend a 90 minute presentation about what sounded like a time share at the Hotel. Then when we got to the room it was Small. I almost opened the door to the other room because i thought something was missing. The tub is to small for a grown man to sit in. The pictures of the room show a large tub that two could bathe together.

My husband and I stayed here last weekend for our 1st wedding anniversary and it was a perfect location. Our 1 bedroom suite was gorgeous and with the beautiful decor, granite coutertops, fireplace, electric stove, confortable couch, beautiful dual sink bathroom with the lovely red stone tiled bathroom and glass door shower. We especially loved the jacuzzi tub next to the bathroom. The bed was extremely comfortable and we loved being ableto walk out onto our private patio from our room to take in the scenery. The hotel is located right next to the shops and excursion booths. It even has it's own little mall with the Wildflower Bread Company Coldstones, and a few places to shop. This place was gorgeous, convenient, and I have absolutely nothing bad to say. We had a phenomenal vacation! We are even considering buying a timeshare with this Hyatt here after such a wonderful stay.

Room was small but the hotel staff was courteous. I had to cut short my trip and they worked with me and hotels.com to help me with the change in plans with any charges or penalty.

The building we were in had a lot of steps from the parking lot, then to the room. Overall a nice place to stay.

It was very nice,we will definitely go back with the kids,there was a lot of things for them to do.

The condo was great. Plenty of space to spread out and relax. It had a large kitchen area that was completely stocked and had a full size fridge! The unit also had a compact washer and dryer. Pool was a little far from our unit but we had great views. Our kids said the pullout couch was comfortable but our king size bed was lumpy.

WE had a great time and everything about the hotel was great!

the room was beautiful. Great location in Sedona, would definitely stay there again. We travelled to 3 states, staying at different hotels, This one was worth the money. Fantastic view from the pool. Overall great experience!S

Was less than average. Hotel has no dining or bar. Room was very dark.

An overnight stay is not enough. Perfect for romantic getaway.

Smallest room we've ever stayed in. We were charged an extra $ 20 for aminities not even available. Pool was empty, no desk in room to work, too much furniture in a small room. Snobs at the front desk. Gorgeous on the outside and for the most part, inside as well, but again, too small.

The room we were in had NO view of the "red rocks of Sedona" as described on line. We were on the ground floor, it was dark and viewed the wall of the steps.

This is one amazing place. Very comfortable and spacious. The location is very centralized to everything. Don't miss out on the Pink Jeep Broken Arrow tour.

Too many furnishings crowed into a small space. The walls were paper thin and you could hear everything in the adjacent room.

My first time to Sedona, and to the Pinon Pointe Hotel. It's a truly unique building design, and one that complements and highlights the local scenery so well, you'd think it had *always* been there. Comfortable rooms, nice pool and firepit area, bakeries and shops across the street, and perfectly located for strolls into downtown Sedona. My only gripe was that the room rate didn't include use of the sports facilities, which wasn't made explicit at the time of booking. Had to pay $20 fee. More an irritant than a dealbreaker. Highly recommended. I'll be back.

Sedona is beautiful - the hotel was a time share community very beautiful facilities however our room was a studio very cramped and dusty. Very poor location. The time share units looked beautiful with incrdible views.

This is perfectly located in Sedona, right behind a really cute shopping/restaurant area. We could walk to dinner and shopping, which was convenient. The room was clean and plenty big, a bit rustic for some perhaps, but we loved it. When we mistakenly left some clothing in a closet, they were kind enough to mail it to our next destination. (charged the FedX to our card, of course..) We'd definitely stay here again.

I recently stayed at the Hyatt Pinon Pt in Sedona, Arizona with family members for an impromptu family reunion. There were 5 adults staying in our 2 bedroom suite and it was gorgeous and spacious- complete with a fireplace and granite countered kitchen! I have stayed in a lot of 4 and 5 star hotels in my time and this was one of the nicest! It was winter so we couldn't take advantage of the beautiful pool, but the views were unreal! And the fire pits were welcoming! We wanted to invite the relatives that were not staying with us to our hotel for cocktails, but since we were on the second floor the elders in our group couldn't make the stairs. Well,the front desk told us that we were welcome to entertain in their beautiful clubhouse and hospitality furnished us with cups, plates & everything we needed to serve our guests with our own food & beverages! I was very impressed! Also, one day I left my diamond engagement ring and wedding band by the bathroom sink by mistake & was thrilled to find them still there upon my return! I highly recommend this hotel- close to all & gorgeous! We also took advantage of the hiking- don't miss that!

Magical moments. It snowed for our trip and gave us the Christmas magic we were looking for. Must go back in warmer weather and explore the area more.

I highly recommend this resort! The views from the rooms are outstanding, the amenities are lovely and the staff most gracious and informative of local highlights. I can't wait to go back!

Undesirable factors: 1) Uncomfortable, worn and dirty furniture 2) Unexpected charges 3) Noisy rooms, poor sound proofing 4) Dirty bed spread, carpets and furniture 5) High cost in comparison with other Sedona Hotels 6) Very small, uncomfortable room layout Positive factor 1) The view from the second floor room With so many better choices in Sedona we will not consider staying here again. Overall rating is poor.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit Sedona. Great for families traveling with small children. Walking distance to lots of fun activities and restaurants.

The hotel is surrounded by beautiful views but unfortunately the views from a majority of the rooms, including ours, were merely walls of the hotel. The room was really small and had a very odd arrangement of furniture; 2 chairs and a small table sat directly in of the love seat(actually touching it) and the tv was about 2' beyond that. Had to move the 2 chairs to be able to sit on the love seat. Unfortunately, there was no where to move the chairs that weren't in the way. There is an interior door shared with the adjacent room and you could hear everything to the point it felt like we were all in the same room. Overall the room was very small, claustrophobic and no view at all. Definitely not worth the price we paid. I wouldn't stay there again if it was half of what we paid.
