This hotel has the best location in Salamanca. The staff has been very attentive. I found the rooms big and modern. For a three stars hotel I find it a very good value. Shame about the patio views … Overall I would highly recomend this hotel. Happy stay in Salamanca!

I was at the hotel for two nights. Unlike every other hotel that I've ever stayed in, the bed was not made, the towels not replaced, the floor not swept the morning after my first night. The staff was not friendly.

Friendly staff. Excellent location. Excellent continental breakfast- great selection.

This was a nice hotel, the room was small. The Fridge was broken. But the hotel was in a great location with a beautiful view of the street near plaza Mayor. The room was modern and clean.

Overhead lights were not working. Too tired to have them fixed. Enough light sources elsewhere. Location is great!

We have stayed here several times before and use this hotel as a break point in the drive from the Portuguese Algarve to Santander. The hotel is brilliantly located on the town plaza and has an excellent relationship with a nearby car park. Breakfast is excellent value and there is a range of restaurants to suit most tastes very nearby. On this trip we had a problem in that the the double room which we had requested was manifestly inferior to our previous experiences and to the twin room occupied by our children. The room was small, the bed rock-hard and the view was of a wall. The hotel moved us up to a third-floor twin room which was fine. The tip is to book a twin room, since you can always push the twin beds together. I hope that this helps future visitors.

Overall well managed but dysfunctional showers detract from overal quality. Definitely needs repair in this one area. All else is fine.

Hotel was very hard to find as many of the streets had been closed off.

Hair in the bed mold inthe shower and freaky lights in the hallway. i was charged for 3 night even though I didnt stay one night. they would not refund my money.

Room was not clean at all. Found about a dozen hairs in the bathroom. Shower walls had wall paper on them where you would expect to find tile or a shower surround. Staff was friendly and helpful. We declined to stay at the hotel due to how unclean it was.

The best of this hotel is its location, on the outside of one of the corners of the Plaza Mayor. Easy access to any place of old Salamanca. All the hotel is tight, since it is in an old building. The room was tight, but for the price it was good. The bathroom was also tight with a strange layout but it was clean, which is what matters to me. The room style is not modern nor old, it is plain, but clean. Also, the room included a PC with internet, in case you do not bring your own. My room had no view, which made it very quiet, but it is easy to walk 10 meters left of the hotel door and be on the Plaza Mayor, with all its sounds, including groups of students singing the famous "tunas".

En plein centre historique, idéal pour visiter. Inconvénient : en zone piétonne et donc porter ses bagages depuis le parking situé à 300 m.

Ótima localização, pessoas atenciosas e solícitas, e o melhor do hotel : um café da manhã maravilhoso num salão super bonito e amplo de frente da Plaza Mayo, de tirar o fôlego. Recomendo e se voltar à Salamanca ficarei nele novamente.

la verdad es que todo me gusto mucho menos la limpieza de la habitación... dos dedos de polvo es lo que me esperaba en la mesilla... no puedo entenderlo. Es la primera vez que me encuentro algo asi

El hotel se encuentra en una situación fabulosa. Personalmente me defraudo sobretodo por el tema de la limpieza en la habitación. Detallo a continuación: pelos en la colcha de la cama y en el cojín, polvo en la televisión y en las mesillas, la ducha no funcionaba según las instrucciones, el espejo del baño se notaba que no se había limpiado. Luego otro tipo de incomodidades menos sustanciosas como puede ser que el armario es excesivamente pequeño, los amenities no sirven para nada. El hotel en muchos aspectos deja mucho que desear. Lo más positivo la atención en la recepción.

De locatie van dit hotel is prima. De kamer was zeer klein en de afwerking was slecht (veel vochtplekken, rioollucht). De service en prijs waren daarentegen goed.

HOTEL NAO PODERIA ESTAR MELHOR LOCALIZADO, NAO TEM LUXO, POREM COM A VISTA DA SACADA PARA PLAZA MAYOR COMPENSA TUDO.

Ifølge hotellets hjemmeside burde beliggenheden være perfekt til en by-ferie - tilsyneladende med udsigt til Plaza Mayor. Der er dog et par minusser. En del af værelserne har kun udsigt til en "lysskakt" - resten til en lille sidegade til plazaen, hvor indgangen også er. Man kan ikke køre hen til hotellet for at læsse bagage af, da der er indkørsel forbudt i de nærmeste gader! Det P-hus hotellet har aftale med ligger 150-200 meter væk. Men inden man når dertil, må man forsøge at finde en P-plads i en overfyldt gade for at få tjekket ind. Jeg vil nok ikke vælge dette hotel igen.

Cojí dos habitaciones por ser 4 de familia, las dos daban a patios interiores muy pequeños, y muy sucios, la suerte es que las habitaciones solos las utilizamos para asearnos y dormir, no digo que sea caro el hotel pero teniendo la reserva más de un mes no tube la suerte de tener una habitacion exterior, un televisor tenia muchas interferencias, y en una habitacion no tenia ordenador, menos mal que tenia mi portatil, aun asi creo que si que recomendaria el hotel, esta muy centrico.

El hotel está en plena Plaza Mayor, mejor situación imposible, pero está muy mal conservado, las habitaciones son muy pequeñas (limpias, eso si), el mango de la ducha se cae solo, pero lo peor son las camas. Si mides más de 1.80 que sepas que vas a dormir con los pies fuera de la cama. Solo lo recomiendo, si, como nosotros, pilláis una super-oferta. El desayuno está bastante bien, y el restaurante tiene unas vistas preciosas. El personal es correcto.

Perchè la porta del bagno è stata pensata semitrasparente ? Perchè non investire un poco in più nella parte muraria, soprattutto del bagno ?

A localização é EXCELENTE mas deixa a desejar em relação a estado de manutenção e tamanho dos quartos, qualidade do pequeno almoço e estado geral de conservação.

マヨール広場のすぐ脇ですので、どこにも放射状の道を使い行くことが出来ます。 チェックインしてすぐバスタブの底栓がないことを指摘すると5分もかからずに届けてきました。前述のボーイさんがよく働きます。

This hotel is really well located and give access to the central place of Salamanca. Our room was on a small street, so it was not very noisy as we suppose the ones giving on the place are. We had a family room for 4, and the furniture and cleaness of the room were top level. The only inconvienience we have is that it is not possible to approach the hotel by car (to carry out all luggages), but this was not so much efforts to be done compare to the fact that after three steps we were in the middle of the life of this fabulous city.
