The Claridges New Delhi - نيو دلهي

I had booked a room for 3 nights and payed in advance fpr it. On my arrival at checkin the front desk said that they have no room for me. When I gave my Conformation number then they said that they will put me in some Hotel which was 15 miles away. I booked this Hotel for in was near to the wedding I was going to attend. With great difficulty I could get the room. The tub in the bathroom was durty and slipery. I sliped and heart my elbow complaed to the manager no action was taken by them.

It's a very nice hotel. Deserving it's five star rating. It has all the requirements needed for this type of establishment. Helpfull staff, good rooms, large, nice and clean good location and good food. Will definetly recommend this one to family and friends. Enjoyed the stay very much indeed.

Great location and rooms were more than adequate though we were upgraded to a club room can't speak for the standards. The pool area was a disappointment it needs a upgrade of gardens and the surroundings of the pool to bring it in line with the rest of the hotel .Garden at the front was lovely. Excellent sevice and friendly staff

Good variety of restaurants in the hotel, but expensive. Good breakfasts and meals. Nice area. Nice public spaces in hotel. Hotel is doing some renovation in different parts of the hotel but is not inconvenient to visitor. Location is about 10 min walk or short tuk tuk ride to the metro. Highly recommend metro for getting around.

This hotel is a sheer waste of money. The room was pathetic overlooking the staff quarters roof. Very small and dirty. The staff was unprofessional and least helpful. The service was bad and unprofessional. I will never recommend this hotel to any guest who is looking to get value for his money.

Claridges has it all; great location, decent amenities, very good restaurants, great room service. I wish the reception staff and concierge were more friendly and smiled more at the guests. The bellboy/.doorman were more useful with directions etc than the concierge services. Also, breakfast gets a bit crowded between 9 and 10.

More of a boutique hotel compared to many larger hotels that you might find around Delhi, The Claridges is nevertheless of a decent size with a certain charm that you just won't find in the larger hotels. This charm extends to the staff who know that they're working in a place which is that little bit more special and out of the ordinary compared to others. Service was exemplary and although some of the rooms can't be described as modern, the standard of furnishings and attention to detail is truly excellent. When I stayed mmost recently the hotel was offering half price spa treatments available from 9am to 1pm. If this offer is on whilst you're staying I recommend that you take them up on it. In summary, as a British businessman travelling regularly all over the world on business, it's my hotel of choice for Delhi. I just wish they would include free wifi as so many of the other hotels do now....

This hotel tries, but fails to be a 5-Star hotel. It is ridiculously expensive for what it offers. Our room was very uncomfortable, and despite our requests and frequent promises by the staff, they could not get the airconditioning system fixed. The only way we could breathe comfortably was by opening the door to the corridor. Since the windows are sealed it was also not possible to get fresh air from the outside. The food in the Jade and Pickwick Restaurants was awful, though the Indian Dhaba Restaurant was quite good. If you are going to spend this kind of money, I strongly recommend you stay at the Lalit Hotel or another of the equally-priced Hotels in Delhi. You will get much better value for your money.

Excellent value for money, a very comfortable hotel with the usual 5-star amenities and a nice restaurant. Very convenient for CP and the sights of Delhi.

This is a hotel with some history, e.g. India's would be prime minister Indira Gandhi met her would be husband here (in pre-Raj times)... It is great. The only negative is that all those nicely dressed ladies are not very knowledgeable about Delhi, their city. We wanted advice on shopping, places to see since our last visit (chages) etc. They had to google it all. DRINKS ARE EXPENSIVE IN THE BAR AND RESTAURANT! More so than in the US.

The Hotel is very expensive for food and drinks . The pool is old and gives very little shade

Das Hotel ist an und für sich sehr schön. Aber: Ich hatte dieses Mal Pech mit den Zimmern. Das erste hatte eine Klimaanlage, die laut röhrte. Umzug in eine Suite - die in den Ecken schon ziemlich viel Staub angesetzt hatte. In der zweiten Nacht ein Empfang im Stockwerk darunter: Die Bässe der Musikanlage drangen direkt durch die Decke. Erneuter Umzug mitten in der Nacht. Das Personal zeigt leider überdeutlich, ob es mit der Höhe des Trinkgeldes einverstanden war. Das Frühstück ist gut. Das Abendessen in den drei verschiedenen Restaurants war qualitativ enttäuschend.

Cet hôtel où je descends tous les ans combine à la fois charme d'antan et modernité. Personnel très à l'écoute et souriant. Pour ne pas être déçu par le standing, ne pas hésiter à prendre une chambre dite superior.

Великолепное место, где с удобством можно провести время после прогулок по замечательным местам Дели, расположенным недалеко от самой гостиницы (Дворец Президента, Национальный музей, Врата Индии). Шикарный отель.

Situé dans un quartier tranquille jouissant de verdure, cet hôtel est confortable et agréable et bien tenu. Plusieurs restaurants proposant des cuisines diverses. Nous avons eu l'occasion de tester le Sevilla restaurant qui, contrairement à ce que laisse suggérer son nom propose principalement une cuisine marocaine plutôt bonne. Dommage que le service soit si long... La piscine n'est pas la plus agréable qu'il soit de part son environnement mais pour se rafraîchir un peu en fin de journée, elle peut s'avérer appréciable. Le buffet du petit déjeuner pourrait être un peu plus fourni mais bon ; la perfection n'étant pas de ce monde, j'ai été agréablement surprise par cet hôtel car il n'est pas si évident de trouver à New Delhi un hôtel à un tarif raisonnable offrant cette qualité. Je le recommanderais volontiers à tout type de voyageurs

Je descends régulièrement au Claridges que j'apprécie pour sa situation proche du centre (India gate) et de quelques marchés intéressants à fréquenter. Le petit-déjeuner est délicieux, le personnel toujours affable et attentif, les chambres spacieuses, décorées avec beaucoup de goût, et la propreté irréprochable. Reste toutefois que l'on est surpris de découvrir dans un ensemble harmonieux une tache ça et là sur un fauteuil. Les petites terrasses mériteraient d'être plus fleuries.

Dejligt hotel, sød, venlig og opvakt betjening på alle tidspunkter. Betaling for internettet er skyhøj. Det er dog det samme på de fleste andre af Delhis 5 * hoteller.
