I was disappointed with the WIFI, my room internet does not work even with the help of one of your technician. The all you can eat breakfast was also a disappointment I thought it was a great food not even close with McDonald.

The hotel was clean and quiet and reasonably priced. Was able to reserve a room through Hotels.com that was less $$ than through the reservations desk at the hotel! As we were there on a Tuesday/Wedneday, we did not access the night club so I can't comment - though I did notice they had some very good local bands scheduled in the future! I'd go back for that...

Good location and fair price are the only items that will bring me back here again. Bed was old n worn out As well as the bathroom area. The sheets and towels were clean and service was fair.

Booked at the discounted rate through hotels.com, had to pay extra for a microwave, extra for a refridgerator in the room. The restaurant on site was open for breakfast, no room service, closed during the day until dinner. The gift shop was closed during the week. We were told the only rooms that were available next to each other were in the back lot of hotel although all of the rooms next to the nice patio were empty. Construction going on. Really disappointing. Ants in the room to top it off.

The service was great, they even let you check in earlier than 3pm guidelines. Front desk was courteous and friendly, easy access to freeway.

Musty smell small pillows furniture layout was not well organized you could not work as they were no electrical outlets were you wanted to work. Wifi no responsive

The front desk Girl could have been more professional and welcoming. Perhaps more training is needed. There was also a bucket of paint left in our room. Weird, but things happen, didn't really bother us. I did like that we were offered another room, but that wasn't necessary. Overall, my husband and I were comfortable and it was the perfect location. Work was being done to our house, thus, the reason for our stay. It was nice to get away for a few days.

This Hotel is huge and dark, it was a little scary to walk to my room, the bathroom was really old and ugly and there was no fridge in the room, This place should be ONE star, the rate is very high for what it is and the front desk people don't even greet or welcome you. Service and Quality are pretty bad. I will not stay at this Hotel again.

There's no way that this is a 3 star hotel. 2 stars would be pushing it. I stayed 4 nights and the 1st 3 nights there were no less than 30 people outside my room up and making huges amounts of noise to all hours of the morning. In addition there were kids running across all the upper floors banging doors going in and out of rooms keeping me awake until around 4am. I've stayed at hotels for over 40 years and have had bad experiences, but this one was the worst stay I've ever had. management has absolutely no concern for the comfort of the quests.

NEW IMAGE TO AN OLD HOTEL EVERYTHING WAS NICE THEY ARE JUST FINISHING UP WITH NEW ROOMS AND OUTSIDE COAT OF PAINT.. POOL AREAS LOOK NICE ALSO.. THESE ARE BIG ROOMS AND KING SIZE BED.. I REMEMBER THIS HOTEL AS A TEENAGER BEING BUILT THAT WAS LATE 1960'S... EASY ON/OFF FREEWAY, (5)

It was ok for a decent place to stay while doing other things in the area.

Wifi does not work most of the times.TV did not have important channels like CNN and FOX.Moreover they have these channels on the list and give excuse due to some reasons not working.I complained all the three days but in vain It should be rated two star not three star

Two major concerns was 1. WiFi internet, the signal was so weak it was impossible to get in on my laptop. 2. The toilet literally screamed after each timed you flushed, extremely annoying. Other than that it was an ok budget hotell

The Location was great, but there were 100's of Ants in the Room and the Plumbing was extremely slow (you had 6" of water in the Tub, after you took a Shower).

The staff was very friendly and approachable. They answered all of my questions quite thoroughly. That's pretty much it for the good parts of this hotel. There wasn't anything too terrible either to be fair. Everything was just mediocre. The rooms felt old and having signs which say "we are not responsible for your lost belongings" simply everywhere I looked made me feel uncomfortable. Also for the price I paid I expect those small minute details that are missing from cheaper hotels to be offered to me, such as the use of a refrigerator and an available outlet to not sacrifice my light for the use of my laptop. I'd also like to note that my room was much too close to the laundry room. My entire left wall was shaking quite violently. I suppose I don't fault the hotel for that one, but maybe move the laundry machines to the other side of the wall.

Just went to relax and get away for a day, bed was a bit too stiff but I was able to sleep well enough... As I said, I liked it enough because it fit the purpose I went there for at a very good rate... Pool and jacuzzi were awesome though!!!... I would go back there again and I would recommend it to anyone... Clean overall...

Hotel was conveniently located, but our room was filled with ants and when calling the front desk there was NO desire to correct the matter. The morning breakfast buffet was absolutely horrible. the options were runny eggs and green looking sausage. For the price they charged you can easily pay for a meal at Ihop that offers more variety and better product.

The website said it was 5 miles from the beach but it really isn't close to anything but the freeway. It's about 10 to 15 minutes to Knotts and another 30- 40 minutes to the beach. The front desk staff was not very pleasant.

We checked out June 26th,Sunday AM,1000 am.I asked my kids to make sure,everyrhing is in the car, when we got home in Vegas that evening, i found out one bag was missing. I called the hotel operator immediately who asked me to call in AM to checked with housekeeping. I then called and talked to Melissa, who she said she personally checked, and didnt find it, however, she said she will check with housekeeping and call me back, that she never did. I assume that was lost, thrown away, or was just kept by anyone. There was really nothing valuable except for some medications prescribed. The issue here is HONESTY. I worked in a place where we cater to guests, patients and families. The staff is aware that they have to inform and contact those people, who left their belongings, or leave it with the security to keep in Lost and Found. I wished your company has that kind of quality from your staff to maintain integrity. I actually love your hotel, i checked in there several times, and have it recommended to several friends.

The free wireless internet does not work.

dirty, walls so thin could hear vaccuming above us like a power tool and people next door sounded as if they were in our room! not even close to a 3 star hotel!

The photos are overly represented. The outside of the hotel looks worse, but the room is ok. I like the bathroom. I don't like the security at night. I was at the building far from the lobby, but I didn't see any patrol at night. You need to cover your window with the curtain because people can see the room from outside, and I doubt I saw two guys did this in one night.

This isn't what I'd consider a 3-star facility. As I walked to the room, there were two large bags of trash and a used towel in the walkway and this was at 8 p.m. so it was not cleaning in progress. The room was decent but just not what you'd expect when it's rated 3 stars.

I stayed at building #6 this time. There were two problems. - very little water out of shower head - there was wireless but signal was too low so I couldn't connect to it. I have to go to lobby in order to use wireless. Other than these two trouble, room is clean, fare is cheap.

I TOOK A CHANCE AND BOOKED ON LINE. BECAUSE THE RATE WAS SO LOW AND I'D HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH ANOTHER OUT OF TOWN MOTEL AT A HIGHER RATE, I WAS AFRAID TO TRUST GUEST HOUSE PICTURE'S ON LINE SO...I DROVE 1HR OUT TO SEE THE LOCATION AS I HAD TO ATTEND A CONVENTION IN THE AREA. TO BE HONEST, EVERYONE'S FIRST GLANCE OF ME AT THE FRONT DESK WAS A SHOCK, AFTER A COUPLE HOURS, I REALIZED WHY, I SAW NOTING BUT HISPANICS, WORKER'S AND GUEST, NO OTHER RACE WAS REPRESENTED! ONCE IN TE ROOM, IT LOOKED CLEAN, BUT I BROUGHT A BLACK LIGHT WHICH SHED THE LIGHT! THE BATHROOM WAS FILTHY, LOOKED CLEAN THOUGH, SO, I CLEANED IT WITH MY GLOVES AND CLEANER'S I ROUTINELY BRING WHEN I GO TO HOTEL OR MOTEL'S! THE SHEET'S WERE ACTUALLY CLEAN, HOWEVER, I DID NOT APRECIATE THAT THE SPREADS WERE IN NEED OF REPLACEMENT AND NOT CLEANED. THE BED PILLOWS WERE SO TINY UNTIL I DIDNT REST VERY WELL AND THE TOWEL'S WERE FADED IN COLOR SO I RAN UP THE STREET TO WALMART TO PURCHASE NEW ONE'S. SOME WERE BRIGHT WHITE, OTHER'S WERE A DULL ALMOST SOFT BEIGH IN COLOR, I SIMPLY DIDN'T TRUST IT. AS FOR MY OVERALL STAY, WELL, IT WAS OK IN A PUSH, I WOULDNT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE I KNOW BECAUSE IT WAS A TWO STAR BY STANDARD. DOOR'S HAD BROKEN WOOD WHERE SOMEONE HAD OBVIOUSLY BROKEN INTO ROOM'S AND I RENTED TWO ROOMS WHERE HAD THE SAME PROBLEM???THE OVERALL BUILDING WAS VERY OLD AND NOT IN GOOD REPAIR, THE ONLY GREAT THING WAS THE SPARKLING POOL, NOW IT WAS A 5! SO WERE THE PATIO AREA'S. IF YOU SPENT YOUR TIME OUTSIDE YOU WERE DOING GREAT, BUT INSIDE, THE TV WAS FUZZIE SCREEENED. OLD SET I SUPPOSE? AS FOR STAYING THERE AGAIN, I WOULD, BUT I WOULDN'T BRING A QUEST AND I WOULD KNOW TO BE PREPAIRED TO CLEAN MY ROOM. TO BE HONESTK I DIDN'T MIND FOR THE PRICE, BECAUSE OVERALL, I THINK THEY DO THEIR BEST, REALLY! MY FAMILY AND I WERE COMFORTABLE AND IT WAS 4 OF US. WE HAD AN IMPORTANT BUSINESS TRIP AND GUEST HOUSE WAS ABET PLACE IN THE AREA FOR THE PRICE. IF THEY WOULD STEP IT UP A NOTCH, I WOULD GIVE THEM 3+ STAR'S.

Ok- it was not bad. Was not great. Nice lobby nice staff. Room had nail clippings near wall/trash can. Large cockroach found outside of room door-was dead but still a red flag...

First off, the carpet was filthy. I could not walk with around the room without my shoes on without my feet or socks turning black from the filth. The refrigerator sounded like an air compressor, and I am by no means exaggerating. Every time it would kick on, it would scary my 8 month old baby and she would start crying. So we could not get a good nights rest in the 2 days we were there. I called the hotel loby at 9am, 2pm and 930pm in one day to request hotel maintanance to come and fix or replace the refrigerator and no one would come. Lastly the sinks were clogged.

I Stayed here with my wife just before our cruise and it was wonderful. The rooms were a good size clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The price was not bad and it was like 8 minutes from the harbor.Everything closer was way more expensive and from the sounds of the reviews not nearly as nice. I would recommend it to anyone.

The hotel is get what you paid for. Not a lot for not a lot. Walls are very thin. Caters to big bus visitors. Breakfast buffet is a joke. TV is cable is great. Bed is very hard. Do Not expect any amenities.

I am pregnant and the bed was just a bit too hard for me. On any other occasion it would have been perfect. Liked the place.

our bathroom did not have a door.. the bath tub wasb really dirty. never again... do not stay here

I booked this motel ya I said motel, this place is the old Saddlewood motel. As soon as my wife saw it from outside she knew it would be even worse inside. I stayed optimistic and was very dissapointed in the condition of the room. I wouldn't recomend this place to anyone going with their kids, some of the people staying there looked like they were renting by the hour or for a party. I didn't believe other reviews and it bit me hard, I will never book the hotel without reading all reviews. The staff, lobby, and pools were good, but the place is a one star motel.
