Cheap , cheerful but good location and helpful staff at this hotel

Very nice but basic, good price for location and all amenities close by. Staff very helpful and friendly

We enjoyed staying there for easter. Really good value for money. Great breakfast too. Had an ocean view from the window :)

A conveniently sited hotel with easy access to the city centre and all it has to offer

Nice little hotel, close to Albert Docks so in walking distance of most places to visit. Free car park and free wifi was appreciated. We were able to check in much earlier than we expected too. Staff pleasant - no complaints at all really. Would recommend!

The room was basic but very clean and comfortably. The staff where extremely helpful and friendly. There was only a 10min walk into town which was very convenient, and the breakfasts in the morning was brilliant. I'll definatly be staying at this hotel again. Thankyou for a lovely weekend x

first class hotel and excellent breakfast. albert docks is close to the centre and all attractions that you wish to visit. we enjoyed our stay li liverpool and can't wait to come back.

Clean comfortable room, however don't rely on the FREE WIFI...... Very very slow and does not work well at all. However for me this wasnt the be all and end all. Overall a ver plesant stay.

Decent hotel, good location and parking included. Bathroom could do with a little updating but clean and comfortable all round.

Staff very friendly and helpful and room spotless. Bit too noisy at night as I was woken by taxi and giggly girls as well as suitcase wheels.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel, and we would definitely stay there again, so convenient for the docks and city centre, I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Liverpool.

Lovely clean and comfortable room. Bathroom was well equiped with a power shower ..... nly thing that let the room down was the lack of drawers. The hotel is situated right on the docks so is in a good location just outside the main attractions. Elderly people might want to be more central as the walk home after a long day at the attractions was a bit of a hike. However I would definitely recommend it for the younger and more able visitors.

It's the first time in my life that I checked out of a hotel after just 1 hour. The smell coming from the bathroom was so bad that I couldn't be bothered even to complain, on my way out, to somewhat bewildered but quite friendly lady at the reception. Just handed my key, said I am checking out and mentioned the reason. You know, if you end up in a place that has a foul smell you just want to leave/disappear-thats how bad it was at this hotel - real bad... Stay Away

Painless check in. Had one of the rooms in the adjoining annex to the hotel which was spacious enough and had what you would expect in terms of facilities. The bathroom furniture could well do with updating but all functioned well and the shower was good. Location was just a 10-15 minute stroll into the centre of the City and next to Albert Dock. Generally had everything you need for a comfortable city break on a bit of a budget. Did not sample the breakfast or dinner but looked reasonable.

Me and my friend visited Liverpool for a break. The hotel is in a really good location, close to everything you need... (shops,supermarket,maccys!, clubs&restaurants etc.) The hotel is basic but really clean and good for the money. The staff were brilliant and told us where was best to go for a night out. Overall the stay was very nice and id deffinately go back there.

Suitably priced although you don't get Breakfast included but the Albert dock is a short walk and probably more interesting to eat at anyway. The center and main hub of the city is also a short walk away so you can save on parking which was adequate and secure. Room was clean with good amenities.

I asked for a quiet room as I was arriving very late and the receptionists had definitely taken notice as my room was top floor dock side. The night porter and the breakfast waitress were friendly and helpful. The hotel is a typical budget, chain type but was clean, convenient and the breakfast (which was included) was very good. It may be useful to know that I pre booked a taxi from the airport at 1.30 am with Village Cabs and it only cost me £12.60. Only small gripe was the morning receptionist who wasn't very helpful when I asked him for directions. He advised I take a taxi and that there were no shops near Lime Street Station. Infact it was an easy walk to the Station via the shopping centre which ended at the station steps!

Great location near the docks and only 10 mins walk from Liverpool One. Plenty of free parking. Clean, comfortable rooms and good continental breakfast. We have previously stayed at a more expensive, more luxury hotel nearby and paid a lot more for it but to be honest the Campanile is much better value for money and just as comfortable. However, this hotel is a basic, budget hotel so if you're expecting more than that then stay elsewhere.

Actually the clanliness of the room was higher than I expected. Room was thoroughly cleaned and carpets vacuumed every day

I stayed for 2 nights in febuary. hotel good value for money. rooms clean and spacious,plenty of room incarpark for car.

As a budget hotel this was better than anything I have ever stayed in before. Excellent room, friendly staff and good facilities. Could not have asked for more.

Checked in for one night and it's great. Very comfy beds lots or free coffee and tea in the room.. Friendly helpful staff, great location right on the river, and opposite macdonalds if you don't fancy the restaurant, the only thing and it's not a complaint is that the 80,s bathroom needed a bit of an update, lots of hot water in the shower and plenty of clean towels. Great for the price

lå i en egen del av hotellet og så ingen fra hotellet untagen når jeg sjekket ut eller inn ingen heis og måtte slepe tunge kofferter opp trappene for å komme til 2 etasje,men pluss for mc donalds som reddet kvelden.

Hotelli oikein positiivinen yllätys. Henkilökunta ok, sijainti ok ja hinta halpa. Huonetta varatessa kannattaa toivoa näkymää rantaan päin, niin saa samalla hyväy näkymätkin.

Vi har været meget glade for at bo på hotellet. Da det var et forholdsvis billigt hotel, blev vi meget positivt overrasket da vi tjekkede ind. Der er fin service med rengøring og så ligger hotellet tæt på byen. Det er let at finde frem og tilbage fra hotellet. Vi vælger helt sikkert hotellet næste gang vi skal til Liverpool:)
