Hilton Austin - أوستين

Hotel location was perfect for activities around UT campus, downtown restaurants, and 6th street activities. Lobby was very comfortable with free WiFi service and comfortable oversize leather chairs. Plenty of large tables to setup computer and drink coffee.

The hotel staff could not have been nicer. Probably the best and most attentive ever!!

It is very unorganized on check out! They would pull cars up and leave them blocking other cars from being able her out!

The hotel was right across the street from the Austin Convention Center, and a very close walk to 6th Street & other great stuff downtown so it was perfect for an overnight stay in Austin. The beds were slightly firm for my taste, but otherwise everything was wonderful! The rooms were very nice with plenty of room, the hotel and lobby are beautiful, and the staff were pleasant and helpful. I would stay there again.

Stayed here for our anniversary. Its ideal for going out to 6th street, but a bit pricey.... Was charged too much for overnight valet. The tv was subpar, and the pool/hot tub closes at 10pm, but the rest off the experience was great.

Hotel was beautiful, staff helpful and professional, rooms well appointed BUT way to expensive for just a room. Plus a $30.00 a day parking fee. Great if you have money to burn but not worth almost $300 a night.

Noisy - inconsiderate people in the hallways and streets - would not come back to this location - I was not there for a vacation - did not get any sleep that night - terrible experience

Incredible staff as usual. Great lobby bar which is important to me, wonderful breakfast with fresh foods and juices. As usual, superb !!!

Everything about the hotel was great. It was in a great location, the concierge and front desk were very helpful and informative, and the room was awesome. My only complaint is that the valet took kind of a long time and a couple of the guys were rude and didn't seem like they knew what they were doing. That being said I would definitely stay there again, but I would park the car myself instead of paying $30 to wait 20 minutes for my car and have to explain to the valet how to unlock the doors and tell him how to honk the horn.

From the moment we arrived, the staff could not have been more accommodating. The rooms were very comfortable, very clean and I loved the beds..........just like at home!!! I loved everything.

Hilton have reputation for excellent service. Front Desk provided little if any relief from loud disturbances from 11:30 at night until 3:30 am. With 3 calls to front desk, next morning at check out the desk claimed to know nothing of any incident. Someone not truthful. Stay Corporately often. Too bad, great town.

The hotel is very close to the Convention Center, the beds are quite comfortable, the temperature controls work well, and it's got great water pressure. On the other hand the convenience plugs in the lamp base didn't work at all and I was constantly crawling under the desk to switch between my computer plug and the coffee-maker. Also, the elevators are extraordinarily slow. In a high-quality hotel you shouldn't have to wait 4 - 5 minutes for an elevator. But worse, they failed to make an early wake-up call on check-out day and because of that I missed my flight. This is a very important function, and they should make absolutely sure it gets done correctly.

one complaint: When paying $200 per night, add free wi-fi, I can get that at $80 per night. If my company had not paid, would have stayed elsewhere also, No washer or dryers to clean clothes?

Great hotel but its within walking distance to 6th st, which I thought would be a good thing until I was woke up by people bringing the party back to the room at 3am. Other than that it's a great hotel. Not the typical Hilton crowd though. A lot of 20 something party crowd.

Don't see why if Im a Guest within the Hotel.. Why do I have to pay for parking on check out ... I've paid $216.00 .. The least you can do is give free parking to Hotel Guest

I would of loved this hotel if it wasn't for the most basic things that they don't have or do! #1 They have no room coolers, fridges of any kind. No room microwaves. When I called to see if they either one of those anywhere, they told me NO WE DON"T but we do have fridges you can... BUY? #2 They do a good job selling the parking garage to you (since you don't have a alternative solution), comes to find out its thirty plus dollars a day to park in garage #3 I made 2 of the most basic request that I was shocked a hotel of this standard could accommodate. Asked for some limes or somewhere to find a knife... If they brought me limes it was eleven dollars and if I wanted a knife, I could ask the restaurant and see if they let me use one. Outside of that, nice hotel.

A hotel room lacking in reading lights? No lights built into headboards, no small reading lamps next to the beds (the lamp between the beds was broken but replaced quickly). A bathroom with only one rack to hang a towel and that rack was in the shower? Seems like they hired flunky design students to plan the layout of a simple hotel room. Thanks for changing our room when the sink was clogged and created a flood, but the aforementioned deficiencies impacted our stay too much to give this hotel a passing grade.

The stay was fine. We booked at this hotel because we specifically wanted an outdoor pool. However, after wondering around the hotel looking for the pool, someone finally informed us the pool was under construction. There should have been a mention about this at the time of booking and when we checked in. This would have allowed us to find a different place to stay while in Austin.

It would be a perfect 5.0 if the shower had been working. I was so happy to be finally staying downtown during SXSW that I didn't care. :)

Good hotel and good value, especially considering the hotel's location right downtown and 2 blocks from 6th St. Hotel seems well maintained and clean; was very busy on the eve of the SXSW music festival kicking off. Room had a great view of the Texas capitol and UT football stadium, along with the rest of downtown Austin. Can't really get more convenient.

Service could not have been slower. On a festival weekend you'd think they'd have planned to be busy and staffed up.

Safe did not work...had to get security to free valuables. Bedding was just okay...prefer the Omni Downtown. Bellman was very rude to my daughter and vallet uncaring about bringing car up to make meeting deadline. Seem to be short staffed on vallets.

Hotel overnight parking with unlimited in/out was convenient but pricey given the cost of the accommodations themselves. Hotel location was quiet but points of interest were not (for the most part) walkable so a car was necessary for at least part of the visit.

Very clean rooms. Great location near 6th street. Hotels.com staff helped when a booking error left our first reservation out of the running.

Great hotel and in walking distance to a great downtown. Try the Russian House restaurant a couple blocks away! 6th street is so close and the hotel staff was very helpful and kind.

We booked a room for one night the night before the Austin Marathon. We checked in fairly late and upon arrival were told they had sold out of King rooms so they would upgrade us to their club level. When we got to our room, we discovered that they had actually given us a parlor room (basically a living room with large dining table and couch) and pushed in a roll away bed. We paid a full rate for the hotel and slept very uncomfortably in a drafty room with a tiny roll away. Ordinarily this hotel is great, but in this situation our accommodations were sub-par and customer service did NOTHING to assuage our concerns. Probably will not stay here again.
