Always nice, clean rooms with great beds and pillows. The breakfasts are a great way to start the day. Very convenient to the Mooresville Motorplex facility.

As always, was very satisfied. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Pleasant smell in the lobby greets you when you arrive. Bright and cheerful lobby and breakfast area. Great breakfast. Rooms are always clean and comfortable. The staff is very nice and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was great. No problems or issues with anything. Wal Mart is just a block away. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Just off interstate 77 so easy in, easy out.

This is a perfect hotel for getting a real feel for Mooresville. There's racing memorabilia everywhere in the lobby! The staff was very attentive and friendly but unobtrusive. The complimentary hot breakfast wasn't the best I've ever had but it's hard to complain about free. ;-) I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Right off of interstate. Clean room, good complimentary breakfast. Free parking, close to anything you need. Bed, Pillows and towels were great. Enjoyed our stay.

Would like to have had one of the rooms with 2 beds for mother & grown son ( metaally challanged). had to settle for a roll-away bed for one of the. hotel was full except for 2 rooms with king beds. There was no indication of this when we booked on hotels.com. We had no idea we were not getting what was requested until we checked in.

Unsatisfied with the hotel cleaning service and the coach that let out to a bed. One evening when we returned the room (two bed suite) it had not been cleaned. We left the hotel as we normally would around 11am and we even saw the hotel cleaning service on our floor as were leaving. When we complained to the front desk we made it clear we did not have a sign outside the door that we were busy. After the front desk followed up they found out the cleaning person marked that our room was already cleaned. The hotel said they would speak to the cleaning service and they compensated us. It should have been more but the front desk and manager were very nice about the situation. I also told the manager that he should replace the mattress on the pull out beds and he stated that they were in the process of doing so. As far as returning to a Holiday Inn Express especially in Mooresville NC, unlikely. (Please do not display my reveiw)

The hotel was convenient to Queens Landing, where we were attending an event. It was clean. The breakfast was nice. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Overall a nice experience.

The hotel was undergoing a re-model so the carpeting in the hallways were ripped up and there was furniture in the hallway as well. However, the room was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I also expected noise with the construction going on but never heard anything. I stayed here on a business trip and found the hotel perfect for that. Not sure I would want to bring my family however with the condition of the hallways.

The hotel was hard to find without GPS and lacked some maintenance. The complimentary breakfast was poor.

This location is consistantly what we expect when we stay there. Clean, comfortable and friendly. Lots to do in the Mooresville area.

This particular Holiday Inn Express did not meet my expectations. Although the room was clean, the paper products were cheaper than those offered at a public restroom. They have non-smoking rooms but the are not separated by floor. On my floor the smoking rooms were right near the elevator so all you smell is smoke when you're walking down the hall to your room. Overall not up to the standards you would expect at a Holiday Inn hotel.

The best feature of this Holiday Inn at Mooresville is its friendly, always smiling staff. The hotel looked clean, but our floor reeked of oily popcorn and other warm, not so pleasent smells. The beds had some strange plastic covers underneath the sheets, made them unfomrtoable and jsut plain weird to lie on.Parking is really tight around the hotel as it seems to share its lot with the nearby Ramada. Breakfast is the rpedictable 'free hot' breakfast fare, with little or no creativity. Overall, good short, one-night stay

It was a lovely place to stay for the exception of the tiny infestations of ants in our room. This happened during our stay August 8th 2011 and August 2nd 2011. For both of our stays we were on the same floor but different rooms...floor 5. Why we stayed the second time was that we had already paid in advance before our holiday started and it stated in dark print that we would not get a refund. This is my only complaint, I don't do well with bugs unless I'm camping. Oh, it didn't help that there was dry blood on the sheets either.

The hotel was small, but it was new & very clean. The rooms were a bit snug, but again they were new & clean. There was a small pool out back to enjoy & a nice continental breakfast (with a few hot foods as well) served early in the morning. Overall it was a great experience and we would stay again.

Staff was .professional and courteous. The lady that was in the breakfast area was so pleasant and helpful. She made us feel welcome and comfortable. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

This was a great place to stay. It is located in hte center of a very busy shopping distric, but it was just riight for everything we wanted to do. The staff was very nice and informative. They knew their city. The breakfast was a lot more than the coffee and pastries you usually get. We had a very good time and I will use it again on our next trip to Mooresville.

HIE, Morrisville, NC - Friendly staff, clean, comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

Good location & price, but a few issues: Hotel personnel were not the friendliest, breakfast items were not refilled very frequently, and there is only one elevator for five floors. The room itself was of the normal high quality expected at a Holiday Inn Express. I probably would not choose this location again, but try another hotel nearby instead.

Spent 2 nights over a busy weekend at this hotel. (race week) No problems at all. Very clean throughout the hotel as well as the outside pool. I will stay at this hotel again.

The staff was very accomodating. I needed to check in my room as early as possible and they allowed me to check in at 12pm even though I wasn't supposed to until 3:00pm. The room was up to my standards and despite them being completely full, I never heard another person.

Satisfaction would be an understatement!!! I was allowed to check in 9 hrs due to the long drive I had. Room was very neat and I was always greeted with a warm smile by the employees. Definitely will be on the top of my list whenever I'm in Charlotte again!

The guy at the counter was awesome and very quick with checking us in, he was verynice to let us know what to dial if we needed anything and of course told us to enjoy our stay which we did. The room was very spacious and very clean and organized. The only issue we had was the quality of the t.v. channels, it was hard to see some channels but no biggie. The icing in the cake was truly the continental breakfast, I have to say i was one of the best and made the room and stay well worth the price. Great job Holiday Inn!

The front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful. The bed was more comfortable than most that we run into. Breakfast was good. We had ants on the night stand. When we told the front desk they seemed genuinely surprised and said that they would get right on it. Overall, a nice night.

The person at check in which was between 7 and 8pm was a little stand offish, however very quick and proficient. During check out the lady was very friendly and professional. It had been a week after a snow storm and didn't do a good job of removing ice and snow. In the entrance area or the area where everyone pulls into to unload was very icy.

Very nice hotel but is not handicap friendly. Floors were extremely slippery and there was a lack of handicapped parking spaces and no devices available for the deaf. Also the price we paid was a bit higher than what the hotel itself would have charge. Other than that the hotel room was very comfortable and the breakfast was satisfying.

Hotel location was excellent. Able to take kids to movies and restaurants within minutes of hotel. Some in walking distance even. Also close to parks and shopping. Close to Walmart for the things you forget when travelling with children. Also easy access to I-77 for other activities. Hotel is only 30 minutes from Charlotte airport so was able to visit with family most of the day prior to leaving. Hotel was a very good deal - inexpensive for the service and comforts provided. I think the rating online was understated. Can't get any better than clean, comfortable, spacious and convenient for a moderate price.

Staff was nice, hotel was nice, breakfast was good.
