Really nice I would stay there again luv the area and close to everything

I went down there with 6 people in my group, and I didn't think it was bad at all. The place you register is not in the same place as the villa but it wasn't very far. We got registered quick, the staff was nice, and I had my villa by 4pm. My only drawbacks were that 1) we were put on the bottom so we heard too much stomping upstairs, 2) the door needed painted, and 3) there was not a drain by the front door, so when it stormed, we had to wade through 6 inches of water. Generally, it was roomy, comfy, and it was a good bargain for the price. we would stay again.

Good value. Close to stores, restaurants, parks. Pool was a bit small but the kids had a good time regardless. Bed in master suite a bit uncomfortable but other beds were fine. Living room area was very large and spacious. Kitchen was well equipped. Just in case you didn't know, there is no maid service. This did not bother us or effect our stay. Would go here again.

It Is a place to sleep. Not the best neighborhood, but still not to far to drive to the attractions. No place to sit on the outside of apartment. Plenty of space inside, but a bit dark, few lamps and dark interior. Nice but small and deep pool in the area. Not for kids or no swimmers. We will find something else next time.

the hotel room/condo was nice and roomy, the only problem we experienced was the mattresses were all very firm. Also the office to the hotel was in a residential neighborhood, so when we tried to check in at 11 pm, we found ourselves lost looking for a hotel not a house. Thankfully someone answered the phone at the hotel office to tell us the office closed at 5 and we would need to pick up our keys at the door lockbox. Hotels.com should let you know this when you book at this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was very close to grocery stores. The bedrooms were a little small, but the kitchen and living room were very large. It would have been better if they had a blanket for each of the beds. We could only find five blankets and we needed six. Other than that we enjoyed the place.

The rental was nice sized but it had a musty smell and the carpet needed to be replaced. The toilet in the master bath was constantly flushing on its own. The neighbors decided to move in at 2a.m. and were noisy while doing so. Over all it was an ok experience might rent again.

Not so sure about this place. Last time we stayed near Disney, we stayed at the Emerald Island Resort (which they had on-site office mgmt). The A/C must shut off at night so you wake up hot in the middle of the night. The place was worn (the tub in the Master bath needed to be re-surfaced, there was a hole in the tile in the hall bath, the beds are too low to the ground (uncomfortable), the kitchen counters needed to be replaced (for the purpose of liability). The place was very very clean though. They did leave a sufficient number of towels, blankets & sheets to use.

this was a wonderful way to enjoy a relaxing "one tank trip" for the weekend with the family. We have small children so the rooms were spacious and convenient. loved the playground and the pool! great family vacation!!

It was very spacious for my family of 5. I will like to recommend that you change the mattreses. I left florida aching all over. Also, you should have a welcome packet that includes a small packet of washing detergent, coffee and filter dishwashing liquid. The neighborhood is not very good but complex could be made a little bit more exciting considering that a lot of resorts around there have attractive amenities. will it cost too much to provide wireless service too?

nice,big and roomy. not a resort but nice and quiet, 10 am check out is a hour too early.

We stayed with our two small children and two grandparents. We had a 3 BDRM condo and it had plenty of space for all of us. Also, the drive to the Disney Parks was a very quick one - especially with some tips from the condo main office staff. We were very happy with our choice

作り、雰囲気、広さ、設備・・・・・ どれをとってもコストフォーパフォーマンス最高です！！ 近くにレストランもたくさんあり２４時間スーパーもあります。 ディズニーにもすぐ（１０分くらい）です。 でも事務所の場所と宿泊棟は車で２～５分くらい離れてますし、その時々で場所も変わります。しかも、事務所のＯＰＥＮ時間や曜日、それ以外の時の鍵の受け取り等考えると英語ができ、運転もＯＫ，地図見るのも得意くらいの最低要素ありますね（笑） 一度慣れてしまえばいいですけどね。 どちらにしても、出発前に日本のオフィスとその辺の確認が必要なホテルです。

Me reservaron y cobraron 2 villas y solo utilice 1; a pesar de haber reclamado, pues el error no fue mio, la reservacion confirmada decia "1 villa con 2 habitaciones" y me facturaron 2 villas con 3 habitaciones cada 1 y eramos solamente 4 personas. Tuve que pagar el doble de lo que valia por un error en la reserva del hotel y no aceptaron explicaciones aunque presente pruebas de que el error no era mio.
