The first morning I awoke to a low, persistent and teeth chattering vibration - I hoped it would stop after a little bit. At 7:15am I called downstairs and the receptionist, although polite and sympathetic, said she had no idea what it was, but guessed it might be the ice machine 3 rooms away - but she wasn't sure and could not spare anyone to look into it for me. When I asked her to remedy the situation for the next evening, she simply said no. The ice-machine could not be shut-down in the wee hours, nor looked at for electrical failure, nor could they move me to another room or look into other possible sources. Just a little bit of effort would have made me feel better, but alas nothing was done and I got an unwanted 5am wake- up call the following morning. If you like to sleep past 5:01am, do not stay at this hotel.

The personnel were friendly. The facility had just about every accommodation (e. g., pool, breakfast) a traveler would like.

Great place to stay...I loved it

Most hotels are way overpriced in Saratoga. This Fairfield is an easy 10min drive away. Consistent with my experience and expectations at other Fairfields. Comfortable bed, nice pillows/bedding, good basic breakfast. Pool and exercise area are nice. Hotel staff is excellent. Only minor issue we can comment on is Rm105 i near hotels electrical/utility services, so there was a slightly discernable hum but our own rooms A/C covered it. Plus we were so tired from all the days activities in Saratoga and bed was so comfortable it didn't bother us at all, slept like a baby.

Great location, minutes away from downtown saratoga, frankly not a bad thing. Seconds away from all amenities, very friendly staff, got to use an outdoor BBQ, which for 3 guys heading out later to a concert was just great! Only negative point, their pool sucks. Indoors and too small. The rear parking lot is unnecessary considering the huge one out front, an exterior pool would have made it a perfect spot. We'd go back anytime, it was a very good experience.

Great hotel

We were greeted warmly, our room was clean and fresh w/all the amenities... my kids loved the pool, the breakfast was yummy. One of my kids was sick and the staff were extremely friendly, courteous and accommodating. We had a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend this hotel. A great value for the price too.

The Fairfield Inn is one of the hotels on Route 87 I enjoy to stay at. It's location is a short and convenient travel into Saratoga Springs. A great Diner nearby to enjoy 3 meals per day, if desired. the staff is very friendly and professional. The cleanliness of the hotel is to hotel standards as well as to my satisfaction. My only dislike was how loud/noisy the heater was when it turned on. That is any of interest the hotel needs to work on. Will be back in the future for another stay!

The Fairfield, in Malta, NY is a nice place to stay. The breakfast is a complete buffet with cereal, fruit, yogurt, pancakes, breakfast bars, bagels, toast, peanut butter, juice, milk, and coffee, The people at the desk, and in the breakfast room are friendly. There is candy at the front desk. The staff is very helpful. They'll recommend restaurants, and sightseeing activities. They have internet access in the lobby.

This hotel was conveniently located, but much more reasonably priced than hotels in Saratoga Springs. It was just a 15 minute ride outside the town. it was clean and the breakfast was great. They even had warm, home-cooked oatmeal.

Right off the freeway, easy to find -- this hotel was immaculate, in impeccable condition, and had a huge array of food choices for breakfast. Our room didn't have a microwave, but when we asked, one was brought to us and plugged in within ten minutes. It was quiet, the people were lovely -- an absolutely perfect stay.

This hotel is just outside of Saratoga Springs so it is priced more affordably than some of the hotels right in Saratoga, butit is a quick easy drive. The staff were very nice and accomodating. The free breakfast was fine. The towels in the room and the TV could use upgrading. I would definitely stay here again.

Very convenient to Saratoga Springs and surrounding area. Hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful with recommendations for area eateries. Room was quiet and bed was very comfortable.

I got everything we asked for. We visited when going to a concert in the area... The hotel was spotless. The room was clean and even smelled good (no funky smell at all). The staff were always friendly and even helped give us directions at one point. The pool was sparkling. The breakfast was what they promised. I would stay again if in the area and would recommend visiting there. Worth every penny!

There is nothing bad I can say, really. The price is amazing considering the hotel is gorgeous, the staff very friendly, the breakfast - unbelieveable. The pool is small and the housekeeping wasn't great, not bad though for the price!! Excellent. Highly recommend..we will be staying there again!

Ótimo estado de conservação, Cama e roupas de cama excelentes tudo novinho, apenas o breakfast mto fraco, a localização se estiver de carro vale a pena pois fica a cinco minutos das principais atraçoes, fomos assistir o Elton John Concert at Saratoga Performing Arts Center(SPAC) fica a 7 KM do hotel.
