If you just stay for the night it is ok. The rooms are a old and quite small, but we had a room pretty close to the street and it was still quiet in the room. Pool is also right next to the street (but heated!). Restaurants close-by. Staff was really nice! And of course it is very close to Disneyland.

Room was comfortable. Older hotel, bathroom was clean but old. Staff was friendly, pool was nice, great coffee in the morning, quiet neighborhood, well lit.

I read the reviews before going, so I knew what to expect. We packed our own pillows, towels, and a can of Oust (air freshener), and had a perfectly fine stay. Was the room a little musty? Yes. The Oust took care of it. Were the towels very thin and somewhat rough? Yes. But I had mine. The linens were clean, there was a microwave and a fridge, and the walk to Disneyland wasn't more than 10 minutes if you cut through the Grand Californian Hotel. The only thing we couldn't really fix was the utter lack of insulation - you could hear everything outside as if there were no walls at all. So if you are a late sleeper or you like to go to bed early, that can be difficult. It was fine in the middle of the night.

Oscar at the front desk was awesome! We spent our days out and about, so this hotel was the perfect price and the the perfect distance from all our adventures. Yes it's older, but we spent very little time in the hotel, just slept there at night. Our bed was comfy and the air conditioning worked fine and it smelled clean everyday.

you get what you pay for. This hotel was close to our destination of Disney and why we got it. It is old and out dated. The bed was what you expect for price not that great but also not that bad. The shower was small but so was the price. the only complaints overall i can have with this place considering the price was the room smelled musty when we got in it and they could have simply opened door for a while when cleaned it last to help with this. The pillows were very flat and uncomfortable. The towels were terribly scratchy and small and it was a two queen room and only came with 1 wash rag 1 hand towel and 3 bath towels. the shampoos and soap were what u expect from this priced hotel..cheap..overall its exactly what you expect from the price. it was clean but bead spreads were old and worn and no fitted bottom sheet only tucked it in sheet so not great. If you are looking at this place just to have a place to lay your head after being in the parks at a great price within walking distance(the walk isnt bad at all about 10-15 mins.. if your too lazy to walk this there is shuttle about a block or so away i hear) We are annual pass holders to Disney and go very often and its nice to spend a weekend every so often and I will probably be using this place again as it is just enough for us..

Staff was unknowledgeable and uncaring. Didn't have the correct room available. Check-in took 1/2 hour. Room smelled awful and had a very unclean feel. Pillows and mattresses felt like rocks covered with a thin layer of cushion. Sink water pressure was okay, but I didn't even attempt to take a shower as there were a couple hairs residing in the tub. We only needed a bed for 5 hours and left before trying the breakfast. Couldn't sleep well because of loud road noise and the sound of people talking in the next room. Overall, this hotel is not worth a single penny in my opinion, even if it is the cheapest place in the area. I will never ever attempt to stay here again, no matter how much more I need to pay to stay anywhere else.

Toilet needs refurbishment. Breakfast offered needs improvement.

The Hotel is a block away from Disneyland/California Adventure & the parking at the hotel is free--so you can walk to and from D-land no problem! The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool is small, but clean & nice. The room is what you'd expect, but it was very nice to have a fridge & microwave! My only complaint is the bathroom--really the shower, the curtain was gross (tons of mildew) and some of the rings were broken. The pressure wasn't great, but the tempurature was fine. For a family on a budget, this is hotel does the trick

Honestly, I did not expect much for the price but it did have great water pressure in the shower, very comfortable beds and a super short walk to Disneyland. However, the carpet was fithly dirty, the towels were tougher than sand paper and smelled awful, cable was spotty and no coffee pot in room. The continental breakfast was best to be missed and overall condition of the hotel was very run down. That said, for the crazy price we got it for, it definately served the purpose of a place to sleep. Just temper your expectations and it is OK. Likely worth a few bucks more for a touch of cleanliness.

it was cheap & location was perfect.

I knew what kind of hotel I'd be staying in when I made the reservation. So I wasn't super disappointed with the service and the hotel room being mediocre. The workers/employees of the hotel were very kind and professional and made it very clear that I'd be well taken care of during my stay. Which gave me comfort because I knew they were speaking the truth. The hotel is old and the room I stayed in proved that. It was small, there were stains on the carpet, the lamps were very old and one of them no longer had a switch to twist it on and off, the smell wasn't very pleasant, etc., etc. Still, they did a very good job of keeping everything very clean and I can tell how hard they worked to make things as comfortable and convenient as they can. I knew what to expect when I made the reservation, so there was no disappointment or anger or annoyance while I stayed there. I was there to go to Disneyland and the hotel is very close to the parking-lot , so that was very nice and convenient.

You get what you pay for- it was a great place to stay for what our needs were. It wasn't clean and shiny by any means but it fit our needs perfectly. If you don't mind sticking out the less than new conditions of the place, it was pretty good. Very close to all the major landmarks and to shops and drug stores.

The room needed to be upgrade badly. When we arrive to the hotel and entered our room it smelled really bad and it did not have any bath towels. When we asked the maids for towels, they had an attitude. The refrigerated smelled really bad and the king size bed was very uncomfortable. I do not recommend this hotel to anybody.

Just wanted a place to sleep & it was ok & the price was great

So I traditionally go down to Disneyland every other month so I stay at a number of hotels. I hate paying the high costs for the hotels. So this was the cheapest hotel that I could find. Not too shabby! I was not expecting elegance. The room was really large for 4 of us. The staff was friendly. The place looks really old school, but again...I was not expecting a Hilton. There are two great restaurants right next to it, so breakfast was always nice.

The staff is always nice! We have stayed a number of times and enjoy the close location to Disneyland. If you want fancy and the latest things for motels/hotels don't stay here; but if you want a great staff and close location to Disney for cheep, this is the right place. It is old but clean and did I metion the close location to Disney?

The rate paid was great if all you're looking for is somewhere to sleep and shower. I think we stayed in the non-renovated part of the hotel so things were a little old, but the shower and a/c worked and the beds were okay for a couple of nights. It's very close to Disneyland which was nice. I'd stay here again.

We stayed at Eden Rock as we were taking our kids to Disneyland and California Adventure. We were supposed to stay for 2 nights, but ended up staying only for one. The room was small, it was supposed to be non smoking but stank like smoke, the couch and sitting chairs were stained and looked unsanitary, the bathroom tub was clogged so water was draining slowly and had to shower in a puddle. We were so uncomfortable we only stayed for one night instead of the two we paid for.

Poor hotel. It is motel like and dirty. I could not sleep because I was afraid. I will never stay again

The good things about this hotel are low price and close to Disney Land Park and California Advanture Park. With these benefits, I guess I shouldn't complain. If you're looking for the same benefits as me, then choose this hotel. Otherwise you'll feel disappointed. The room is small, not very clean, you bring your own lotion as they don't have it. and bring shampoo as they don't give enough. We don't feel comfortable at all, but anyway, who cares, as my kids fell asleep even when they're in disneyland park, we just carried them back to hotel and dumped them on the bed. If you're not looking for comfortness, I still recommand this hotel.

First of the the lady who checked us in was rude to us, the room was small, smelly,thin walls. Shower was was and looked liked it was never cleaned. The property was dirty trashy looking, and a big puddle right outside our door that we had to walk in every time we went to our room. I ended up checking up hours later. The only thing great I can say about this place is that it's a great location next to Disneyland.

This "hotel" is like a section8 apartment building. We did not even want to bring in our luggage or shower in this hotel it was so bad. You should not offer this hotel. If this was my first experience with your services I would have not used your site again.

You get what you pay for...not much. The rooms were very old and not updated. We found stickers and trash from a prior occupant in the kitchen area. The neighbor hood wast bad and it is a short walk to Disneyland. I would only stay here again if it was last minute or strapped for cash.

The hotel is very close to the convention center and that would be the only reason to stay. It is old, poorly maintained, dirty and smelled. I did not sleep well because I did not feel safe. It reminded me of something out if law and order on the bad side of town. I foolishly tried to save money....but I would rather skip meals and stay someplace nice. DO NOT STAY HERE!

the hotel is ok to stay on, but the service of the employes is really bad,three years ago I stay on this property and the services was so good. I had such a bad experience with the employes that I would recomend that they need training to deal with the public. They need to provide better service to the public. The management needs to improve the quality of the towels that is provided to the customers.

My friends and I got two rooms for an incredible deal at Eden Roc Inn, and we were especially happy with the location--just a couple blocks away from Disneyland! We were very happy with the service, and our rooms were comfortable.

We could hear every door close for rooms surrounding us, people snoaring in those rooms. The towels where scratchy and old like they where dried outside.

This hotel only had 4 cable channels to choose from and no internet in the room. Not a very comfortable stay.

We got the 2 room 3 bed suite it fit us all and was really good the only reason i didnt give this hotel a full 5 stars is because decor is outdated and the paint on tub was chipping and our room was hot with only one ac unit but. It had everything it said it did is was close to disneyland especially since you can cut through the gran California hotel which makes it even shorter!! It was easy to cool down we just opened the windows for a few! The pool was very clean! We mostly just used our rooms for a place to sleep and take a break from disneyLand we had a great time. It is on the back side so its not on the same street as dennys but their are a couple restaurants the one next to the hotel tiffys is where we ate!! I would and will recommend this hotel!!

This hotel wasn't bad enough for my husband and I to leave but we wont choose to stay here again. That being said, it's not horrible. The rooms all have actual keys which made me a bit nervous, the shower didn't drain well, the AC didn't work (but the fan did) and the room was very dated. On the flip side, there was plenty of parking on a very busy spring break weekend, the pool looks decent though we didnt go in, the room was a decent size and there was a fridge and microwave. As seasoned Disney travelers (8-12 visits per year) we won't stay here again unless we HAVE to because there are much better hotels within the same price range and hotel category and this one is a bit of a stretch for "walking distance" from the park.

The hotel was what we were looking for, and where we wanted it - a reasonable walk to Disney. The room was not the most comfortable and the neighborhood was noisy, but it was clean and the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

In addition to giving the 5 star rating, I would like to thank Oscar for making our trip an extremely comfortable one! This was the second time we stayed at the hotel and both times we were welcomed by him. Thanks for all your help!

The room was pretty clean, but for it being a non-smoking hotel as soon ad you walked in the room you could smell the smoke...

I've stayed in pretty much all of the cheap motels around Disneyland, and a few of the nicer hotels. This place is definitely on the funkier side, but pleasant enough and walking distance to Disneyland. We got a bigger room than we reserved, which was awesome, and they let us park in the lot before checking in to avoid paying the crazy Disney parking fees. I'd stay here again, although it isn't my favorite hotel in the area.

This hotel is extremely close to Disneyland, about a 15 - 20 minute walk but I wouldn't ever stay there ago. When I booked this hotel I was not told that I would have to make a deposit for incidentals so there was some of my vacation money. They took this deposit out of my account on Thursday (the day I checked out) and it didn't appear back into my account until Wednesday (7 days later). When I booked this hotel I was told they were given a good cleanliness rating.. which I am SHOCKED!! The carpet looked like it hasn't been replaced since the 1960's. There were several iron marks in the carpet. The entire room was dingy and dirty. I had to clean the bathroom with one of their washcloths because there was hair all over the place. There was hair on the toilet, there was hair in the shower, and there was even hair on the walls. It was disgusting. I had to get toilet seat covers from the restaurant we went to because even after I cleaned the toilet with a washcloth and the soap they supplied, I still didn't want to sit on the toilet. This has nothing to do with the cleanliness but you could everything going on around you. You could hear what your neighbors were saying to each other, you could hear people walk by your room. After staying there two nights, that was about enough. I would have rather stayed in a tent out in the parking lot, to be honest. It was an interesting experience. It was a really good deal compared to the other hotels around Disneyland but you know what they say... you get what you pay for and that was definitely the truth. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

It was what you would expect for the price. Sheets were soiled, (dried blood found on the under side of one of the pillows). Alarm clock did not function.

Yes it is super close but I felt dirty-did not even take a shower there. The place is just old and dirty-I was shocked at the good reviews. I will never stay here again. I think I'll stick to chains in the future. I couldn't wait to get home and shower!

not many perks but you get what you pay for with this hotel. front desk customer service was nice. room was average in comfort. everything is outdated and old and a bit dirty but the location and no fee for parkign was great.
