We drove up to the door of the hotel, and our car was taken care of and parked, and promptly returned the day we left (18E per nt which was average for parking). Clean modern rooms, bed was hard which seems standard for hotels. Linens were crisp and towels a good size. The room had all the amenities available, safe, fridge, flat screen TV, and we could tune into quite a few English stations for news. Good location within easy 5 min walk to the Cathedral area. The Alhambra is a 10-12 min cab ride and cost 8 E. Wifi in the lobby only, but good reception. Even if you don't eat in the hotel, explore downstairs, it is quite charming especially at night. Reception was helpful, provided maps and a great place for tap pas. They told us the stores around the Cathedral do not close for siesta, but be warned most stores do close in most cities. All in all, good location in a clean modern hotel, with helpful staff.

Lovely hotel with a wonderful central courtyard. Room was very quirky with different floor levels which might be a problem if you had mobility problems or too much cerveza. No room safe but the hotel provides safety deposit boxes free of charge.

This is a nice hotel. The room was a good size. The bathroom was nice. In spite of being located on a busy street, the room was quiet. My biggest complaint is that you have to pay for wireless in the rooms and the internet in the lobby did not work very well.

This AC hotel is in a great location, close to the Cathedral and walking distance to most sights in Granada. I was not impressed with the size of the room, but the bathroom was nice and the lobby and room were nicely appointed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The chef at the hotel's restaurant El Claustro was selected as "The Best Chef in Spain of 2009", but the prices were reasonable for lunch or dinner. The price for the continental breakfast, however, was comically high. We were here for business, and they had no business center to print a document. That was a little frustrating, but no harm was done.

Our family of six spent two nights in May at the AC Palacio de Santa Paula. It was a highlight of our trip. The hotel is very well situated in town, walking distance to tapas bars, restaurants, shops, the cathedral, and a 10 minute taxi ride to the Alhambra. The staff was very helpful and informative.We had one room in the convent section - very nice, if a bit small, but right on the courtyard. Our other two rooms were larger and in the Moorish section. Also very nice but the convent section is even nicer. To celebrate a special wedding anniversary, we had dinner at El Claustro in the hotel. The dinner was delicious and the servcie was excellent. The Chef was rated the Top Chef in Spain in 2009. Everyone in our group rated this meal among our top five during our Spain trip. The hotel management sent a complimentary fruit tray to our room as an anniversary gift. Another grace note that made us appreciate this beautiful hotel.

When the cab pulled up to the front door, we were disappointed because it appeared to be a sleek and modern hotel. The reception area too was cold techno-vibe modern. But, when the bellman led us to our room, we were completely charmed by the traditional Spanish courtyard and decor. The service was excellent and the staff was friendly. Don't miss the on site Michelin rated restaurant. A truly fabulous meal in the romantic courtyard.

The hotel is a very gracious reuse of an old convent building, with a beautiful courtyard and many imaginative touches. Our room faced was dark, with the only window facing on the alley beside the kitchen, but other than that quite comfortable. The staff were cool at best, and the restaurant food, at least on a Sunday night, disappointing, although the presentation was inventive.

This is the first (and perhaps the last for a while) review I have written for a hotel. I feel I must due to the great service I had at this hotel. On the last day I discovered I left my camera in a local cafe. I could not collect it before I left as it was not open in the morning. The staff kindly went and retrived it after I had left the county and posted it back to me. Thank you very much. The room was lovely, perhaps a touch smaller than some other 5 stars we have stayed in; but good value for money and much larger than, for instance, the norm for London hotels in my experience (i.e., perfectly comfortable). The hotel is well situated for the historical area and is central. The coach station is out of the centre and so you will need to get a taxi or bus to the hotel (you wouldn't want to stay near the coach station). The Alhambra is a 20min walk, but a nice one at that, along the river with some cafes there to break it up. The Alhambra is up a steepish hill, but there are lots of small buses which buzz past which can take you up it. We did not have breakfast at the hotel, there are some nice cafes on the same street as the hotel where you can grab something. The room was very clean, toothbrush, razer etc provided as well as the usual soaps. Also, the free mini-bar was a great bonus. In sum, very strongly recommended.

Absolutely incredible hotel. Rooms (we required 2) were meticulously clean and had nice large bathrooms. Meals were not included in our booking and were rather expensive so we ate in the charming restaurants nearby. Beautiful courtyard , steam and sauna, very helpful staff who spoke english. Highly recommend. One deficit was the 20 euro charge for internet access to the room. There was one computer available in the lobby free of charge. We were there in November so we received off season rates.

It had been recommended to us and everything was as expected. Suberb breakfast in the cloister inner yard. Easy to walk, or taxis, or mini bus 31, 32 and 35 to all sights

Beautiful and very clean hotel. Perfect location. Our room was quiet and it was overlooking the street. Friendly staff and everything is within walking distance. Take the local bus (which is very easy to find) to The Alhambra. It's quite a hike if you don't. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great staff, great restaurant, great hotel

The hotel check in experience was outstanding. The staff was very courteous, informed. The location is very good, walking distance to most places, need a taxi ride to the Alhambra. The taxis were readily available outside the hotel. The only problem we encountered was that we use our electric kettle to boil water for tea coffee when we travel (tea-a-holics), this was the only hotel that we have been to that could not handle the load of the kettle and the fuse kept tripping when we were boiling the water. After we understood why the lights kept going out, we were not able to boil our own water, and the hotel provided us with boiling water when ever we asked for it free of charge from the room service during our stay. Would recommend this place highly.

Very central hotel, staff were excellent and suggested places to go and eat... centre of the main street.. well worth a visit to the Alhambra while there.

空港からのバスはGran Viaの入口（確か２番目）で下車すると一番近い。マリオット系ホテルだけあってスタッフは英語可・とても親切。ホテルも清潔・バスタブ付き・シャンプー類・ドライヤー・スリッパ・バスローブ等もあり快適に過ごせました。冷蔵庫の中の飲み物はFreeで次の日にはしっかりと補充されており、毎日水を買う必要が無かったのはとても便利だった。カテドラルまでは歩いて３分程度。立地も良いと思います。空港バスの時刻表もフロントで貰えました。ロビーのみで無料Wifi使用可。

Mooi hotel, prima kamer, goede voorzieningen. Op loopafstand van alles (behalve het Alhambra natuurlijk). Prima ontvangst, auto werd voor ons geparkeerd, ontbijt is duur maar je krijgt waar voor je geld. Heeft de sfeer en uitstraling van een zakenhotel, maar dat vonden we geen bezwaar.

Très bel hôtel; accueil de grande qualité, très bien situé.

Las habitaciones son muy basicas y mal conservadas para ser un Hotel 5* Las habitaciones dan a la calle que es un via muy transitada por lo que presentan mucho ruido

It's a really nice and comforable hotel. Room is nice and staffs are extremely helpful. Price is amazing. Can't find better location.

O hotel é lindo, bem localizado e acomida do restaurante excelente. Além de estar hospedado em um local histórico. Adoramos!
