Best Western Plus Hospitality House - نيويورك

We had a few girls staying in the room for a bachelorette party. We had a few more girls in the room prior to going to the Yankee game. The front desk kept calling us saying that their were too many people in the room. I stated that we were leaving and we just having a toast before going to the game and he said that no more than 4 people were allowed in the room at any time. The front desk person was not overly nice but I understood that he was just doing his job. The room was very spacious though, especially for NYC.

This hotel is hidden but shouldn't be hidden from your choices. We came in at Grand Central and walked the few blocks. Still close enough to walk to Times Square and Rock Center. The staff were very friendly. The room was huge! I could imagine someone paying $1500K+ per month for rent in an apartment this size. The bed was very comfortable. Original hardwood floors and woodwork gave it charm. The price was competitive versus much much smaller rooms on 7th Ave. Free Breakfast was good way to start morning. For a family visiting NYC on a budget, these rooms with full service kitchens should be considered.

A friend and I came to NYC to sightsee and see a Broadway musical. We got into town late. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and the snacks were much appreciated. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a great hotel for families: spacious, clean, great service, excellent breakfast and great location. We really enjoyed our stay and wil come back again. Many thanks to Robert the Manager and his staff for making our stay so enjoyable!!

Was very pleased with amount of space and the two private bedrooms in the suite. Very comfortable beds etc. Three flat screen TVs. The kitchen with fridge with free snacks was nice also. Great neighborhood and convenient to train, shopping and sights. The others I was traveling with stayed in tiny rooms in big name hotels that cost more. I also liked the ability to open windows. Already planning my next stay.

Clean, gorgeous, centrally located, and roomy. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in hands down. This one is a winner!

I booked this because of the location and the price, which was very reasonable. The outside and the lobby were nothing exciting, but I was stunned by the room itself. It was actually a full one-bedroom apartment, not really a hotel room at all. It was bigger than most Manhattan apartments I have seen. This was a business trip, but given the size, this will be on my list for my next leisure trip with the whole family. The only drawback was the old steam radiators, which made a lot of noise during the night.

Just stayed in NY for the parade. Good location, very nice staff. Only complaint was the noise, but it is the city that never sleeps, but the hotel does provide earplugs.

Nice Hotel with a good location. Walking distance to tube station, central Park and shopping. 20 minuts from Time square. Always à smile on the stuff. I can recomend this. rgds Roger

For Midtown Manhattan, this hotel is a great value. I had the suite, which had much more space than I needed, including a kitchen. Great and helpful staff. The room was not as plush as other hotels - the bath design and fixtures are outdated, cold water at times, old hardwood floors - but that's probably to be expected considering what you get for the cost.

If I hadn't been looking for this hotel, I would have walked right past it- small and well hidden, The rooms in this hotel are suites- kitchen, eating area, living room and decent size bedroom with a very comfortable king bed. The room was basic and clean- a little tired but lots of work space- would be a good spot for several days of work in NY. Breakfast was included- coffee also in the kitchen. I will definitely go back. It's between Lex and 3rd which is good for my work but might be a longer walk to "mid town"

Our suite was spacious and clean. The hotel staff was very friendly. The downs are the lack of view because the hotel only has 9 floors and the extremely small size of the lobby which does not make it welcoming especially if you arrive when people are checking out.

Great service, cleaniless, staff, and spacious room in the units. There was a nice giftbasket in the refrigerator waiting for us, and the rooms were equipped with plenty of extra towels and blankets. And the complimentary breakfast was very pleasant as well. The price was also reasonable for the hotel's accommodations.

This may be a 3 star hotel--but you'll get 5 star service, and the location is awesome. Good restaurants nearby, staff is great, and you'll be glad you stayed here.

Great room! Large, quiet, and comfortable. Not the best service or hotel.

Maybe I'm spoiled, because of the free upgrade to the penthouse, but I very much enjoyed my stay here. The kitchen was most usable, compared to what they call "kitchens" in other hotels. It was a full suite, not just a room with a bathroom attached. There was even a walkout to a roof deck. It felt very luxurious. I particularly liked Sam, the night manager. He was most gracious and kind to me, stopping to chat with me each time he saw me. "You're a good dude, Sam!"

Hotel rooms were outdated and not extremely clean. The radiator heat was very loud and kept me up at night. Cost very reasonable for NYC and would only recommend to a family due to size of rooms and kitchen in suites. Was there for business and will not return again.

Vary spacious 2-bedroom place with full kitchen and living room. Very clean. Only issue was with the plumbing - drains and toilet are old and don't function that well. Definitely a great overall value for size, cleanliness and location at a reasonable rate.

I reallty should lie and knock this place so no one else gets on the bandwagoin, but I cannot. I stay in NYC a great deal, and this is dollar-for-dollar the best place in town. Full suite, 1BR with queen and flatscreen, 1 queen sleeper and TV in LR, full bath, full kitchen -- even a dishwasher -- in a small, friendly secure building. Pizzaria and restaurant right next door. Parking is a bit of a bother, the old radiators are uneven in their effectiveness, and the single elevator can cause delays at departure time, but all that is acceptable given the rest of the package.

Don't Let the 2 1/2 Star Rating Scare You! The hotel was very pleasant and exceeded our expectations.

The hotel is small but for the money and location it met my needs. It was comfortable for 6 people. The staff were friendly and accomodating. We were immediately told about the amenities, i.e. snacks and beverages in the sitting area set up and there were laptops for guest to use. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. My only complaint is that the bathroom had a slight musty smell and the TV remotes in the bedrooms don't work very well. I would stay there again.

This hotel is setup like an apartment. Plenty of room. Although the physical condition is somewhat dated, the hotel was very clean and the staff was very pleasant ans helpful. I would stay there again.

The hotel is at a great location and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that there were only two towels and one bottle of shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel in the bathroom.

We visited NYC with our two older teens so we needed more space than most NYC rooms provide; the hospitality house has the 1BR and 2BR units that worked well for family; good breakfast buffet; the roof terrace with the penthouse was wonderful! the breakfast area is small but everyone has a few trays in the room and you see everyone arrive for breakfast with the tray and many take breakfast back to the kitchen table in their unit! desk staff helpful and nice! Lots of architectural details like molding and hardwood but modern rooms.

I liked the hotel because of the location. It's not far from everything and in walking distance to lots of places to dine. The only thing that bugged me was it only had one elevator in the hotel and it took us 20 mins one time to get on the elevator. For the price it was ok but should of been somewhat less considering some inconvienances and logistic issues within the hotel.

We used the hotel on holiday of 4th July . The space is adequate and clean. Most of the tours are walking distance from the hotel. We really recommend this hotel

Our room was 2 bedrooms and we stayed 3 days in this hotel. If you go to NY with your family, this hotel could be a nice option. every utility was working properly. Rooms were clean and bathroom was ok. every room has tv. Kitchen was clean and enough. towels, silverware were clean and enough. I liked it.

Les petits appartements sont bien meublés et équipés (le strict minimum dans la cuisine, mais c'est suffisant !), pas de bruit avec les chambres voisines. Le petit déjeuner est bien copieux, l'accueil agréable... Seul bémol, le bruit qui vient de la rue en passant par la climatisation... La fatigue aidant, nous n'avons pas eu de problème pour dormir ! A recommander vivement, y compris aux familles avec des enfants !

We were 2 families travelling together. Great location and the hotel had almost all the comodities we were looking for. The rooms were clean and the kitchen area was well packed. In the 2 bedroom it would have been better to have another bath - we were 5, the youngest 13 so it was a great ordeal to get everybody ready on time to leave at a decent hour in the mornings. Also, the breakfast was very good and well served Unfortunately we had a hard time the day we left. The elevator broke down and we almost lost our international flight since we were on the 7th floor and had a hard time getting help to bring down our 5 bags.......if it weren't for this, we would have given a better review.......

Enkelt og greit hotell med veldig store rom til å være Manhatten. Vi var tilbake for andre gang på 5 mnd. Denne gangen var vi noe mer uheldig enn sist. Badet var litt mer slitt og en ettermiddag hadde vi ikke varmt vann. Siste morgenen var frokosten flyttet til et rom pga vedlikehold av frokostsalen men der virket ingenting.

A localização ótima, super seguro para sair à noite, próximo da 5a avenida, próximo de linhas de metrõ. Atendimento excelente, chegamos próximo da 11 da noite o recepcionista estava nos aguardando, check in e check out fácil. Limpeza excelente, organizada. Café da manhã muito bom apesar do salão de café ser pequeno, é possível e mais prático pegar o café nas bandejas disponiveis no apto e tomar o café no apto. Recomendo para todos. Custo/benefício excelente.

Gute Lage, Guter Preis und echt tolles Apartment. Frühstück ist eher dürftig, ansonsten super.

Appartementkamers zijn ruim en comfortabel. Complimentary ontbijt kan je beneden halen en vervolgens kan je in appartement ontbijten. Wel stadslawaai, maar ruimte en locatie en rust op overloop waar slechts 4 appartementen op uitkomen maakt het een goede keuze om met 4 - 6 personen te verblijven.
