Great Except for the refrigerator in the room did not work for the two days I was there and although I made a formal request for a change nothing was done.

we had a 6am flight to Florida so decided to come a day early and spend the night to be close to the airport. location was great. Staff was great. Sean could not have been nicer. Downside was two phones in room, only one worked. Not all the lights worked and wasn't that clean. Found dirty Q-Tips under bed and next to fridge.

Just two downsides: lousy breakfast service and divided road where hotel is, so you have to make a U-turn when coming back from Atlantic City. The room was clean and big enough.

Quiet, clean, accessible.. I don't care too much for the parking esp during a rainy night but there is a back entrance. Reasonable for the money. Id stay here again

we were there during hurricane Irene. The front desk manager was incredible-he worked 26 hrs straight because his relief did not show. hope the company appreciates him.

This was not the Comfort Inn I was looking to stay at, however the room was OK. The staff was very hospitable and accomodating. Overall for a single night's stay it surficed. I thought the accomodations would have been a lot nicer than they were.

The room was much smaller than I expected from description on Hotels.com.

Hotel was nice and comfortable. Was disappointing with indoor heated pool because water was chilly. Complained to manager who confirmed that the temperature was set to 86 but admitted that the water felt to chilly to be at 86. Manager said he was going to call the pool guy to take a look. Pool guy never came. Send the manager an email expressing my disappointing and he did not respond.

The desk clerk was great, very helpful, actually both the night & morning clerks were friendly and helpful. My biggest complaint was the there was a moldy stopper in the tub, and the closet floor was wet, because water leaked all over the place while taking a shower. So the closet wall had a slight accumulation of mold.

The staff was great ,but the hotel needs some repair.I stayed at a four star hotel for less money.The door to our room stuck.It would not open until the third or fourth try.The drains in the tub would not plug for our young child to bathe.The first room we were given stunk. The staff changed our room immediately.

EVERYTHING TURN OUT FINE WHICH I HAD REGISTRA WITH HOTEL.COM BEFORE I MADE THE RESERVATION COULD I GET CREDIT FOR THE STAY.

It was nice clean comfortable but the WiFi didn't work n I only had one cable channel they fixed it but later had problems for the rest of the stay

the indoor pool is small but excellent condition, very convenient, excellent continental breakfast. One major problem... the map on the internet, which was provided by outside source, is way off the actual location.

A lazy deskclerk. Stinky room without possibility to open the window. The breakfast contained only coffee, toast, sweet marmelades. No eggs, ham or bacon.

Excelent for my Atlantic City Trips.-

It was just 10 min from the hotels

The room in general was fine. The dial on the heater/ac didn't work properly, so we had to work at it a little to get it to be the temperature we wanted. The breakfast offerings were just OK and the breakfast area was too small. Most of the food was in a little alcove that fit no more than 3 people. It was very congested and new people had to wait for some time before they could get something to eat. Some people went back to their rooms and came back later. If you thought you could pop down there and grab something quickly, you would not have been able to do that. They only put out one big bottle of syrup, so some people had to search for it when they needed it. The plastic utensils were the cheapest ones available and were less than wonderful. There were not reallly enough tables and chairs.

Absecon is very safe from what we learned and experienced while we were there. Our main priority is safety since we have two young children. The room was a bit smaller than I had hoped for due to a square desk taking up a corner worth. We were not able to comfortably fit a pack and play in the room but made it work with lots of blankets and pillows on one of the beds. As far as getting to and from the hotel, it was not a big deal either way. With the rest of NJ being terribly cruel to drivers from out of state, I didn't find it a big deal to go one mile out of my way to make the uturn to get back into the parking lot. And my last thing is that Jenny from housekeeping was the sweetest woman ever and made sure our room was stocked, clean and went out of her way to make sure we had a great stay for 4 days. And she was great with our kids and my kids enjoyed her while she was around. - Overall, I would recommend to family and friends.

The hotel is great, clean and one of the nicer comfort inns but if you believe you are 3.3 miles away, you will be a little dissapointed. You are more like 10-12 miles away.

The Hotel is fine. its not fancy, its not a dump either. I feel I paid too much, but realize I was paying prime rate for a summer weekend that close to AC. I would rate it higher, but was very disappointed that the towels in my no smoking room reeked of smoke. reeked. it was gross for a non smoker. The room didnt smell at all and all the other linens seemed fine, just the towels.

The room was very clean and modern. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Refrigerator and microwave in the room was a nice touch. The hotel is approx 15 minutes from the casinos. Breakfast was a disappointment. The breakfast area was very small and congested. There was not enough food for the amount of people having breakfast. Complimentary papers are not provided as advertised. Overall our stay was great, but I would recommend going out for breakfast.

Staff was very friendly and we enjoyed the breakfast buffet.

I like this hotels for the deal that i got for it. It was a couple of things in this room that i didnt like. For one it was a bag behind the bed with some lube in it allows with other things that did not belong to me and also the remote control had tape in the back of it to keep the batteries in. Other then that the hotel was good. The front desk man was alittle bite to friendly ( if u know what i mean). Overall i give this hotel 4 star..

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. It was very clean and extremely comfortable. The room has a mini refrigerator and a microwave, a nice sized tv and a pretty decent mattress. The reception are and breakfast nook were bright, clean and in good shape. There is a pool and a fitness center (there are only 3 pieces of equipment though LOL...a treadmill, an elliptical machine and a stationary bike-I think). It's only about a 5-10 minute drive to Atlantic city from the hotel and it is on the same street-White Horse Pike...so the chances of getting lost are slim or next to none. One drawback is that anytime you want to make a left turn on White Horse to get across the street, you have to make a right turn onto some type of u-turn lane in order to get to the other side. If you are in the wron lane and can't get over or if you miss that particular u turn turnaround, you have to drive pretty far to come to another one. Given that this particular hotel is at the beginning of the strip, if you miss the u turn turnaround (not sure what else to call it) you are going to be in trouble. Other than that the stay was nice and I would definitely stay there again.

We booked two rooms and the staff gave us adjoining wich was a plus for us. since we had our daughter and grandkids with usbut booked into a seperate room. were a little dissapointed that our rooms both had whirlpool baths but they did not work. otherwise the hotel was clean, roomy, and the staff was very friendly. Continental breakfast was filling too, something for everyone in our party. We would definitly go back again.

I have never spent so little money on such an amazing night's sleep. I highly recommend it just for the breakfast alone.

The hotel was quiet, very clean and attractive. We hardly heard any noise form the surrounding rooms. We never made it to breakfast, but the dining area was very clean and attractive. The whole hotel had a very classy look.
