Palazzo Vecchio - فلورنس

Centrally based hotel, 100 yards from train and bus station. Very clean, good breakfast and very helpfull staff. Bathroom, particularly the shower were on the small side.

The hotel staff was very corteous and helpful, and overall service was above expectations. The room was clean. The bathroom recently renovated and very clean as well. Only one note, for "XXL" size people, the bathroom would probably be too narrow, but for us it was just perfect.

The room was immaculate and cute in a Scandinavian way. The owner was very helpful and friendly (despite his lack of English and my lack of Italian), he even provided a ride to our cruise ship the next morning... literally door to door service! The place is a little bit out of town so expect to take a cab from the train station but with the price of the room and the drop off service the next morning (we did give him a tip) it was a steal! Also, there is a restaurant right next door that had great food, great prices and a great wine list! For a night it was a nice stay with a good value.

The staff is really helpful and very friendly specially the guy name Andrea I will stay here again Location is very close to train station. Breakfast is great too.

A bit pricey for the quality, but a decent stay and very close to the train station and very convenient to all the major tourist sites.

The hotel was great. One of the best we stayed for our 10 days/5 cities vacation in Italy. The negative point was the staff of the hotel that wasn't helpful at all. The check-in at 2PM is quite late. They won't let you get in your room before that.

Ideal hotel; practical and reasonable. Breakfast, as too often in Italy, not good.

The hotel itself was lovely, the location is wonderful (right in the heart of everything), and the staff was immensely helpful. Our bed was much too soft for our liking and the room itself was a bit run down, but the other rooms in the hotel were very, very nice. Overall, I think it is a wonderful place to stay, especially for the price and the location. I would stay there again.

The Hotel itself isn't much of a problem, good location, clean and spacious. However, the service by the reception was awful, firstly ruin my first time, first day of visit in Rome. Left me standing at the reception for half an hour without telling me of what's going on, all they told me was they couldn't find the booking info from expedia.com, hotels.com, so i use my own long distance on my mobile to made the phone call, get connected to someone responsible and conference with the hotel, BUT the manager left the call on hold while my long distance call is ticking. Unbelievable, wait another 15 mins, i asked the guy what am i waiting for, and he told me he's busy with work and cannot find my information. I made another call to hotels.com/expedia.com, here it comes the funny part, they said the hotel manager is telling them it's 17th in Rome, when it should be 18th, the operator correct him but the manager won't listen. THAT'S WHY!!! he can't find the record. Missed my bus to the outlet, whole plan changed, and when i was urging the manager to offer me the room first, since i have luggage with valuables that i won't leave my stuff in the lobby. He just told me "just leave your stuff here and go to the outlet first, I check it for you when you come back".

this hotel is very close to santa maria and guys please take their double room and not single since it too small ...hotel is decent and if you are mainly outside during the day

Great location, friendly service, breakfast just OK. Very small room and bathroom. Do not use restaurant recommended by hotel (expensive and fare away), walk couple blocks and there are couple of clean, nice and cheap restaurants

Very close to the train station. For the price we were very happy. Able to get places, attractions, museums by walking very easily. Front desk was very helpful and easy to talk to. Not a very fancy hotel but for the price location is great.

The hotel was within walking distance to the Railroad Terminal so it was not in a desirable location if you wanted more than a quick overnight stay. The person at the front desk was extremely pleasant and helpful but my main complaint was that the room was extremely cold (late December.) I called for maintenance but they could do nothing to increase the heat - and they did not have enough extra blankets to provide warmth so we shivered all night long. Also, the TV did not work properly and could not be fixed. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone because of the heating problem, but it was clean and the breakfast was fairly good.

When arriving by train in Florence, few hotels are located as conveniently nearby -- 3 minute walk from the station hall, with a bank ATM on the way where you can pick up extra cash. The room was adequate and bed comfortable, although pillows are too firm. The modern bathroom included a jacuzzi. Staff was helpful and and the breakfasts were ample, including meat, cheese and fruit in addition to the standard bread cereals, etc. Based on the rate charged us this was an excellent value which I would recommend to others without hesitation

Very close to the bus stop, 10 minutes walking from the main square. Decent hotel. I liked that there was a mini fridge and complimentary continental breakfast. The room was spacious and although it could use some upgrading it was perfect for our stay. Definitely would stay again!

While the hotel room is decent sized, my room was noisy and irritable from a water pipe. After one night, i changed rooms to another room on the first floor. However this room also had some random noise at night, in addition, the overhead shower did not work. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone else. There are plenty of hotels in the area near the central station where the hotel is located.

Hotellet ligger fantastisk godt, og leverer en helt standard service, som er helt fin, når man - som de fleste - tager til Firenze for ikke at sidde på hotellet. Morgenmadsbuffeten er ok, lidt kedelig, men det er ret typisk i Italien, hvor der ikke er de store morgenmadstraditioner

部屋が一階の一番手前で、大きめのスーツケースを持った私にとってはとてもありがたかった。 ただ、部屋の壁が薄く、隣の客室の声が丸聞こえ。 部屋の場所が悪かったのか、ホテルに帰ってきてロビーを通る客の声も聞こえてきて、音に関しては少々不満。 でもそれ以外は特に問題なく、金額相応だと思う。

Jag kom med tåg till Florens och Palazzo Vecchio ligger nära och är lätt att hitta från tågstationen. Läget är toppen eftersom det är promenadavstånd til de flesta sevärdheter. Hotellet är enkelt och rent med en trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Under min vistelse krånglade det trådlösa internet, men personalen var ändå hjälpsamma och gjorde allt de kunde. Frukost var helt ok. Väldigt gott kaffe fick man. Jag kan absolut tänka mig att bo där igen om jag besöker Florens fler gånger.

this hotel has really nice location,is very near central, only 3 min can be central.good service,when we have some problem, the staff was very friendly help us , in the room the space is really big, we have 3 people and 4 luggage still a lot of space activities. everything is perfect and convenient.

A cama de casal não é cama de casal. São duas camas juntas que,como conseqüência tem um buraco no meio, o que realmente dificulta na hora de dormir. O banheiro do quarto é minúsculo, não se consegue passar entre a pia e a parede se não estivermos de lado. O box é mínimo, com a cortina o tempo todo grudando no nosso corpo, tão exíguo é o tamanho. O chuveiro é horrível, porque a torneira está localizada na altura do nosso corpo e, com o tamanho do boxe, a todo momento estamos mudando a temperatura da água porque esbarramos na torneira. Chegamos cheios de malas e nçao tinha uma única pessoa para nos ajudar a carregá-las para o quarto. O tamanho da entrada do estacionamento também é exíguo. Há de se fazer muitas manobras para que conseguíssemos entrar sem arranhar o carro. Muito ruim. O wi-fi não funciona.

Muy caro para la calidad de los cuartos

Parking might be an issue. To reach the parking place the corridor is really narrow.

sentral beliggenhet midt i sentrum. Gå avstand til det meste. Litt mye støy fra gatene om natten. Helt ok frokost. Fine rom med fint bad. Dårlig service fra de ansatte. Ville ikke informere om andre resturanter enn den hotellet selv eide som lå 10min fra hotellet. Sa det tok 30min med taxi til hard rock mens det tok 5min å gå.

友人との旅行で利用しました。 駅から歩いてとても近く、重い荷物をもっての移動は疲れるので、とても助かりました。 駅からの道も分かりやすく見つけやすかったのも良かったです。 部屋は広く、浴槽もあり冷蔵庫もあったし、お湯の出も良かったです。ただ、ベットは四人分あるくらい広い部屋なのに充電をするためのコンセントが部屋にひとつしかなく、浴室で充電をしないといけませんでした。 朝食はビュッフェ形式で、数種類のパンとヨーグルト、ハム、チーズ、シリアル、プルーン等がありました。お姉さんがカウンターにいて、少し食べずらさも感じましたが、カフェラテなども作ってくれてとても美味しかったです！ 全体の感想としては泊まって正解でした!! 道に迷っても、駅への道を尋ねればホテルまでたどり着けましたし、ホテルの方もとても親切で感じが良かったのでオススメです♪

L'hotel Palazzo Vecchio mi ha lasciato davvero molto soddisfatto. Ottima posizione, silenzioso, camera spaziosa e pulitissima. Colazione discreta ed abbondante. Tanti locali nelle vicinanze dove cenare a prezzi contenuti e con cibo di qualità. In 10 minuti eravamo in Duomo, la sera nessun problema di fare brutti incontri per strada. Firenze è una bellissima città da visitare. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel.

O prédio do hotel é bem veilho e o quarto é bem espaçoso, apesar de não fornecer conexão wi-fi conforme o combinado, nem oferecer canais da TV Sky . E o cofre emperrou no último dia, ficamos meio apreensivos, porque nossos passaportes estavam todos lá.

L'hôtel est ok pour dormir sans plus. La situation, autour de la gare n'est pas optimale (quartier pas très joli et au final assez loin de tout). C'est un 3 étoiles inférieur, le petit déjeuner n'est pas bon mais le personnel accueillant.

Das Hotel liegt 200m vom Bahnhof entfernt und in der Nähe aller wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wir haben uns alles zu Fuß angesehen. Nettes kleines, sauberes Zimmer mit Fußbodenheizung (toll für das schlechte Wetter). Sehr nett war die Unterstellung unserer Fahrräder. Leider war kein Blick vom Balkon möglich, Mauer zu hoch.
