Conrad Miami - ميامي

I paid extra for a view to the bay -as offered by the hotel- but the view was to another building that is by far taller than the conrad building. They should not offer a view to the bay or water a and charge more, when they have in front of them a way taller buiding in the middle blocking 75% of their view. TERRIBLE.

nice not superb good rates

Very nice hotel and excellent staff...great views and amenities. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Very cozy. Great food. Lobby on the 25th floor was odd but the location was great and had a beautiful view. Would definately recommend the Conrad to anyone visiting Miami.

I checked in after 8:00 PM, expecting to be booked in the "left over" rooms, and instead was upgraded to a condo room on the 32nd floor. The wood lined walk-in closet, the studio kitchen, and the very comfortable king sized bed in a large room were a delight after my tiring day of travel.

Great Hotel, Great Location and great views at a reasonable price

Unbelivable, every time you need to get in or go out of the hotel.... You need to go to the 25 floor. I choose the hotel because of the location, but everything I win with the location I loose it going up and down in elevators.

The Conrad is a very nice hotel. Great bar on the 25th floor with a patio overlooking the bay. The pool is very nice too. A couple of negatives though. You have to take the elevator to the 25th floor for the main check in and then take an elevator down to your room. It just makes for a lot of elevator time. Other negative was the AC. The room was hot when we got there and after 3 days the best we could get after 3 days was about 78 degrees. Talked to hotel staff andjust got a lot of excuses and were no help.

A nice hotel in the business district close to free Metro and major highways etc. Residency suit very nice, spacious and well serviced. Nice partial views over Biscayne Bay etc. Valet parking expensive but worth it for the convenience etc. All staff very helpful from the front desk through to consierge and bell boys etc. Atrium restaurant very good although pricey if you have five eating like us - worth a splash at least once on your trip. Pool and changing areas excellent, tennis courts well maintained etc - free sunscreen a nice touch at the poolside. Nice restaurants and bars close-by - overall an excellent hotel and kid friendly etc. would go back.

Conrad had a nice ambiance which makes you feel very relaxed once you arrive. The concierge and front desk staff were very helpful in providing suggestions for tours in Miami. Unfortunately, our room was right beside a boiler room, which made it noisy throughout the nights. Our neighbours next door also banged their doors alot. We had a hard time sleeping through the 2 nights we stayed. Conrad is easy to get to if you take the public transit, but it took us 30+ minutes to wait for the bell men to get us a taxi. You kind of expect that taxis are readily available at your hotel. If you plan on visiting downtown Miami or South Beach, be prepared to spend a bit on taxi rides. All in all, Conrad is a great hotel despite the above negatives.

Beautiful hotel! The bar and breakfast room have panoramic views of Biscayne Bay, and the design of that space is terrific. Rooftop pool and tennis courts also very nice. Room was comfortable. Highly recommended!

The hotel is gorgeous, and the service is excellent. I only had an issue with the valet parking, which cost upwards of $35 for the night. On top of that, the parking attendant barely helped us put in our bags. Small matters, but they do matter. I would suggest parking yourself or just offsite. Much cheaper!

Overall a nice hotel in a nice location. The staff were excellent. Still, a few points that might matter to other travelers: * The wireless Internet service had poor reception in my room. There was a cable for the same Internet service: I had to use that for the entirety of my Internet access. * My non-smoking room still smelled like smoke. * I had breakfast included with my room charges; the breakfast buffet was decent, but for the practically minded, the process of getting a table, being seated, explaining you were just having the buffet, etc, was awkward and inefficient. Also, some days there was a "bill" and others there wasn't. * The hotel lobby is on the 25th floor, and the rooms are on floors 16-34. You must pass through the lobby on the 25th floor to get to your room from the outside. This makes for a lot of elevator travel. * My Guaranteed Bay View room was just barely that. The view was fine, but if seeing out the bay is really important to you, better call them to get the skinny on what direction your room will face. Particularly good point: * The hotel is located just kiddie-corner of the Metro Mover (free downtown elevated tram) station; I used it daily. * The area is quiet at night, and I generally felt safe, even when walking back at 1am from a social event a mile up Brickell Ave. * Next to the lobby on the 25th floor is a small patio outside facing the bay. In the evening, it's frequented by smokers, but still a nice place to start winding down when you return from a busy day, before going back to your room. * Finally, the staff was super nice.

What can I say...this hotel was perfection personified. The customer service, ambiance, decor, everything....just perfection. I loved that everyone was extremely professional and very helpful to all our needs. Just one concern was that the internet in the room was very slow and I was often kicked off the network. Not that great when doing conference calls on Skype. But a perfect business hotel nonetheless and will definitely be back on my next business trip to Miami. All round great value for money.

The Hotel is in the middle of the Financial Centre in Miami. Is convenietly located for business. Lot´s of restaurants around. Service is excellent form the moment that you arrive, Valet is extra and parking also but who cares!!!

Room is downtown which was ok but if you are looking for more things to do, go to South Beach Area. Overall was ok but not worth the price.

This hotel had wonderful views, great service, and one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in. The high-pressure shower is alone worth the price. Will definitely be booking future travel here.

"Great room for the money"..if you gonna go to club space is a nice hotel to stay..very clean,bed are so comfortable.....they just need to change tv to plasma tvs..Outstanding Hotel..

I choose this hotel for it's low price and location to the night life in Downtown Miami and South Beach. The service from the concierge, valet, and the front desk were outstanding. I even received a call from the hotel personnel in my room to welcome me and to let me know there are there if needed which was nice to know. The room was clean and above my expectations. Nice view of the Miami skyline. Has a Restaurant and Bar on the 25th floor. Would stay there again anytime. Great place to stay.

Very nice property. Staff was very friendly. Somewhat dated appearance. Rooms were spacious and clean, with a nice bathroom. Less suited for personal travel; ideal for business travel. Restaurant decor unimpressive, but the food was sensational. Room service too. Great value.

The Conrad Miami exceeded my expectations! I was concerned about the negative reviews regarding lack of service but was astounded at the extent of the courteous and pleasant accommodations. Being from Chicago, I had no clue what to expect, but, again, I was blown away by the cleanliness and pleasant demeanor of the attendants. The only (literally, the only) drawback was the reliance on two different sets of elevators to reach our room. But, that's it! I highly recommend the Conrad Miami to pretty much anyone! Good luck and safe travels! :)

The rooms were superb; floffy pillows and all. Had a great view on the 20th floor. The concierge and overall service were wonderful. They always remembered my name when I called down. Location is not very close to south beach, if that is what you are into. You would have to take a cab for that. There are clubs nearby such as Voyage, space etc. Would definitely stay there again.

Como passagem para pegarmos o cruzeiro para o Caribe, nos hospedamos por 4 dias no Conrad. Pode não ser tão perto das atrações turísticas, mas o visual, o conforto e o charme do hotel valem a pena! Recomendado!
