Best Western Plus Danville Sycamore Inn - دانفيل

Enjoy staying at this property every time we come to Danville. Great value for area. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Breakfast could use improving since hot items offer little taste due to the way they are prepared. Since the property has a Denny's on site, that is an alternative for eating breakfast. Will return on future visits.

I checked in late and therefore I wasn't really given much of a choice on what floor I wanted. Not asked at the desk. The parking lot is right next to Denny's. I was given a room on the second floor. No elevator. Upon arrival at the room, it was nicely furnished. Clean. Frig and microwave. Bed was comfortable and clean. The bathroom had a shower which worked well. I didn't really hear any noise the entire night until the housekeeper knocked on my door around 10am. Don't forget to hang the Do Not Disturb Sign up if you plan on sleeping in. I would stay here again. It's not far from all to do in Danville and it's a good price. Continental breakfast served in the AM. Missed it.

I was on a business trip that would keep me in the Danville area till late in the evening. So not wanting to drive far, I discovered this Best Western The surprise was how nicely decorated and well maintained this hotel is for a Best Western. The location is a bit tricky, being next to the freeway, but there are plenty of nice places to eat in the immediate area. Would make this choice again if I was staying the night in this area.

I loved the room and relaxed night here. Only bad thing I'd say is I could hear EVERYONE outside talking and the people in the pool.

Enjoyed the pleasant surroundings and friendly, helpful people. Quiet spot to stay with shopping across the street.

This hotel was very comfortable, with good service, and a nice room. Good price for being in the Bay Area. It's close to some wilderness areas of the East bay, and the little downtown is kind of nice. Great park around there in Alamo (Live Oak park?) for kids, with a duck pond, playground and some hiking trails. Breakfast was better than expected for a hotel of this class, with eggs, fruit, waffles and more.

It is conenient for anything in Danville and surrounding area. Right off the freeway but rooms were quiet. New shopping area accross the street for dining and light shopping. Excellent value. Rooms were clean and well kept. Standard motel bathroom but it is adequate. I only stayed one night but found it peaceful. Only negative is when I called the hotel prior to arrival I was on hold for over 5 minutes

Not a lot of hotels to choose from in this area so I think this hotel takes advantage of that with their rates. Average hotel for comfort and amenities. Better than an Extended Stay for sure.

This hotel is right off I-680 and very convenient, clean, and hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. For the money, this would be near the top.

Overall the room was fine. There was some noise from the highway adjacent to the hotel. Also access to the hotel was impacted by the highway construction activities

Good climate control - not too noisy. This hotel is located almost right off the freeway but traffic sound is muted when inside the room. Breakfast food is great and not bad for the room price you pay. Bathroom is clean and well-maintained. I'm coming back!

The staff was very nice and the bed was comfortable. The check in office was connected physically to a Denny's Restaurant which you had to drive around to get to which we found a bit odd. The motel was nice but oddly laid out.

B.W. Danville was a good place to stay overnight. Check in clerk was extremely slow and somewhat confused, maybe new to the job? - like 20+ MINUTES. Clean room, comfortable bed. Thick towels. My room smelled heavily of smoke. I had asked for a no smoking room, but clerk took so long that I just took it and opened the windows. I could hear traffic all night. Nice breakfast in too tiny back room.

Pros: This hotel was very close to the freeway but surprisingly I did not hear any noise from the road. If you've got a rental car, you'll be a very short drive from downtown Danville which has great food and shopping. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable enough, the wifi was free and fast, the continental b'fast was acceptable and the staff was friendly. Cons: Not so much of a con as a statement of my own preferences, this felt a little more like a nice motel than a hotel. Most of the rooms' doors open to the outside so I could hear noise from the pool and from kids hanging around the vending machines. Bright lights from outside shone into my window and the black-out curtains didn't keep all of it out.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. I did not find the night clerk as helpful/friendly this time and the breakfast was a struggle to keep the food stocked - especially on Saturday. This was in contrast to other stays that were excellent throughout the shifts and days.

It has been a long while since my last stay at a Best Western however I have to say I enjoyed this hotel for its cleanliness, service, and hospitality. The room was very clean, the breakfast was good, and the price was excellent. If I ever have a reason to travel to Danville again I will certainly book this hotel.

Older building but well maintained. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

The person at the desk was very helpful when I asked for a first floor room (because I had hurt my left and couldn't go up the stairs). However, there was nothing she could do to get me a room away from the highway. Well, I must say that the noise was not an issue at all!!! The bed was comfortable, the room clean, the breakfast adequate and we totally enjoyed the FREE wifi! We're definitely staying there on our next visit.

The staff and management have customer service as the primary focus. I have stayed in many hotels and motels in and out of this country. This is at the tope of my list. Thank you all,

The Danville Inn allows guests to bring dogs. I had "3" next door to me. After complaining about the barking one day the following day the dogs not only barked from 4 pm til Midnight (at this time the desk clerk checked room and found 3 dogs and no guests) my room had fleas. At midnight I moved rooms, something the hotel should have done immediately

Great place for the price. Only negative is an old TV.

They told me they "only had 1 room left" and it ended up being a handicapped room with a bathroom for a wheelchair person. No shower head just a shower wand. No tub. Just one open bathroom shower with a drain in front of the toilet. After complaining they ended up having "another room" that smelled like an ashtray as soon as she opened the door. This was supposed to be a night of relaxation for my 40th bday instead I felt like I was staying at my grandmothers house. I didn't even use the shower.

Very good hotel at a good rate for Bay area. Did not spend much time at hotel, but what I noticed was it was very clean and well kept. Will stay there in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was great. The location for us was wonderful with easy access to where we needed to be. We would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone and will stay again when we are in the area.

The Best Western was staffed with friendly service oriented people and the rooms were clean. Price was reasonable. The bed was not very comfortable but overall it was a good bargain with easy access to the freeway.

The Best Western Danville Sycamore is convenient to I-680, but noise is not a problem. The biggest upside is that the hotel is relatively quiet. If you have a car, restaurants in Danville are plentiful and not far away, but if you have no car, the only option is adjacent Denny's. If you are coming by car, note that the hotel is not immediately visible from Sycamore Valley Road, which is its address; you must enter from Camino Ramon, the first light after exiting 680 to the east. The rooms are a bit dark, especially interior-facing ones, and there is insufficient lighting in the rooms - desk and bedside lamps are not bright. Breakfast is minimal. As someone with a gluten allergy, there was nothing I could eat other than a piece of fruit. Internet service was maddeningly inconsistent; kept having to re-sign in as the connection was lost frequently.

Clean, quiet room. Good value for the price!

Very much enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was outstanding and the hotel offers a great value for this area, in comparison to nearby alternate choices. We'll be back.

costlier room. Overall a great place to stay at a reasonable price.

I stayed here quite a while back and didn't think much of it. Now the hotel has been remodeled and is quite nice for the money. Can't beat the location- close to everything! I needed to cut my stay short by one day and hotels.com contacted the hotel after check out and I was refunded for day I would not be staying.

My husband was working in Danville and needed a place to stay for a couple of weeks. Very convenient location and they accepted the dog. They even have a special fenced off area to take your dog. It is near restaurants and a walking trail.

this was truly the 'best' best western experience for me. great staff, very courteous and prompt
