The Westin Resort - Nusa Dua Bali - نوسا دو

It was a pleasant stay - we stayed at this hotel a few years ago and the standard has not dropped, which is good. The lighting at the IKAN restaurant could be improved though - we could not see what we want to order or eat. The SPA team members are all very professional, friendly and always on time.

Not a bad stay and was recognised as a gold card member which was nice. However, the hotel is big and busy and so if you are looking for a quiet get away, this is not really the place (but would be the same comment for any of the big hotels in Nusa Dua). Service is OK, but is lacking a bit of the Indonesian "Charm". Overall not bad for a weekend stay, but not for a "long haul paradise" trip. I would avoid any times there is a big convention which maybe often given the size of the fuction areas of the hotel and which they are expanding.

My wife and I were overwhelmed during our stay at this luxurious hotel. We were fortunate to compare as we stayed at a four star resorte prior. The beach was beautiful, clean, and peaceful. The views were magnificent and the hotel service paid very close attention to detail. We loved it.

Everything there is very good. The swimming pool is quite deep (1.4 to 2.2m ). BF is ok wide range. The bed is perfect, very nicely decor.

Was delighted with the service, room and facilities. Definately will return to this hotel if I am back in Bali. Regret staying for only 1 night there. Beach was very well maintained. If you want a perfect peaceful beach holiday, u got to choose The Westin!!

Good stay but a little far from some of the spots I wished to visit. Also thr orice of a gin and tonic required me to negotiate a second morgage.

Great, I really love every facilities in the hotel -room is so clean and comfortable, close to Bali Collection (within walking distance), sea is calmer than other resorts in Nusa Dua location. I cycled for one hour and enjoyed the scenary. Strongly recommended.

The Westin Nusa Dua was the perfect place to stay for our trip to Bali. The hotel itself is beautiful and is kept impeccably clean. The beaches are beautiful, and despite going during the height of tourist season, it wasn't over crowded. We were able to find chairs by the pool or under the cabanas without any trouble. Though drinks are fairly pricey ($12 USD for most poolside concoctions, $6.50 for beer) the food wasn't outrageous ($15 pp for poolside burgers and sandwiches). Our room was wonderful, and the staff even sent us up free cake on our second day because we mentioned we were celebrating our anniversary. Such a warm touch! Our only complaint was that the tours recommended by the concierge were wildly overpriced. $120 for a driver for 8 hours, and we found our own for $50 for 10 hours. This can be avoided if you just do a little planning a head of time. We will definitely be staying at the Westin Nusa Dua on our next trip to Bali.

The total hotel experience in Westin Resort was good, but not good as we was expected. The hotel services are really fast, and the performance and music from gamelan upon arrival felt so welcoming. The hotel facilities and service are 5 stars. The breakfast area surprisingly indicate Halal and Non-Halal section, which really convenient for a Muslims guest. The room are clean and nice, but the space quite small. The Heavenly Bed® as advertised in the website are not so "heavenly", we love our bed in Puri Sunia Resort more. The hot shower somehow suddenly turn to cold shower even we already set it at 40+ degrees, and later turn to really hot shower!

WESTIN NUSA DUA in Bali exceeded our expectations as a destination for family bonding and rejuvenation. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!

Westin, Nusa Dua is the perfect place to go if you want to relax and just enjoy your break from the busy everyday life. However there were 2 things that could be much better; 1. we had ants/insects crawling in our room near the beds and the complementary tea & coffee and 2. We booked a hotel taxi to take us to Kuta (Ku De Ta) which we were told by the staff, was not that much more expensive than a regular taxi. However when we wanted to go back to the hotel is turned out the hotel charged us double the price of what a taxi! Even the Ku De Ta car service was much cheaper than the hotel taxi. However, all in all a great experience, the hotel and especially the Spa is a little peace of heaven, and the food is great.

U are welcomed as you enter, and staff are friendly, efficient and polite. ( Note, there is a security check on entering Nusa Dua before the hotel, vehicle is checked inside and out. Also Hotel has a security station, metal detector, before you enter the lobby.) Lobby area is spacious and relaxing, and pool facilities within the complex very good. Food services in all areas impeccable, and a great standard. I used the Spa centre, where very traditional therapies to this area of Asia are offered. they are good value, and some of the best i have ever used. I had a back problem, and daily therapies has relieved much of this during my 1 week stay. Frequent guests or SPG members, are invited to High Tea in the lobby 3.30pm, and the piano is played. The Guest Relations Manager always is there, and checks all is good and helps in whatever way you ask. The rooms are OK size wise.. Balconies you cannot sit at they are so small. Opt for a room over the poolsides, but if you want peace then also nearer the beach. It is worth the small cost. Clearly, it is a hotel for many types of travellers. Conferences, business, stopovers and holidays. It also is used by Australian package tours, and these tend to be families with kids. The noise during the day is really not good, if you want a relaxing quiet hotel. Equally, some of the corridors are vast marble, so there is a problem with noise along the corridors you can hear in the room. They also play music over tannoys, from 7.30am, until; after 10pm, which you can hear through into your room. This is very annoying and not needed. The beach is not really swimmable or clear, so if this is important to you, then this is not the ideal location, as the beach area is poor. Breakfast is really an annoying experience, overcrowded, too small an area, and kids running round loudly, not seeming to behave as you would hope in a hotel of this standard. The area gets to be a bit of a mess, and to be honest i did not look forwards to breakfast, go

Only having a few days we found this a very relaxing spot. Nice to have a few days away from all the hustle and bustle. Would definitely recommend.

overall its a good hotel with a good services. need more in house entertainmen for hotel guest , like traditional dancing , unplug performaces in the lobby area. so people can enjoy the night @ the lobby area. the staff is very friendly and helpfull. love to come back to the westin next time.

everthing is nice in The Westin Resort - Nusa Dua Bali

The original room we were provided with at the Westin in Nusa Dua, Bali was the pits, we asked and paid for a Pool/Ocean view room we were provided with a room with a view of a wall on one side a palm tree in front of us and a sleight view of the pool where I believe the skimmer box was, no ocean was in sight. Over the next couple of days and many complaints we were moved to a ground floor terrace room , much better. The meal options left a lot to be desired, we ate elsewhere most of the time. Take your own pillows with you, the ones they provide should be thrown on a bonfire, you wake up every morning (and many times during the night) with a sore neck and headaches, so much for wellness. The staff as always in Bali, were wonderful, if there are nicer people than the Balanese, then I am still to meet them. N.J

I have stayed at Anatara in Seminyak in my previous stay to Bali. that was an amazing hotel, but the area not so great. Nusa Dua is a lovely out of the way spot and is perfect if you are looking for nothing to do on your holiday. Beaches are very clean and the area itself is just so pleasent. I dont think you could go wrong with any of the hotels in Nusa Dua, we chose westin because it was at a good price. Has all the amentities you could need from a hotel.

I was so very happy with Westin stay. The lobby still looks 'old' but the NEWLY RENOVATED rooms was "WoW" esp. I just transferred from a pool Villa but no standard. I could sleep so well - Feather pillow - Heavenly Bed and Beautiful Bathroom. It's just by the Beach and got nice shops - must try the Japanese Restaurant - Free Flow of Food for different nights (Reasonably priced) They got FREE TRANSPORT to (a) Bali Collection shopping in Nusa Dua and (b) DFS in the city area hourly till late at night I also took the car to St Regis for shopping + a drink (BEAUTIFUL things in the shop) I regretted not staying for more nights... this branded hotel is worth it (clean, no insect problem in room) vs a pool Villa with no brand.

This hotel ticks the boxes if you have kids. The family suite we had has a weird configuration which meant the "living area" wasn't used except to get to the bedrooms. The rooms are big & bright enough for that not to matter. The breakfast is extensive & impressive. The resort looks good & is well maintained. The staff are responsive & courteous. Kids pool has unguarded access to stairs leading to slide which seems bizarre & a hazard.

Room service takes a very long time and I wouldn't recommend any of the restaurants. There is very little to do locally and I found our stay very impersonal, perhaps due to the large size of the hotel. Wifi is offered, but you have to buy pre- pay cards which is awkward.The beach is beautiful but you are constantly harassed by women and men selling items, tours, sarongs and hand crafts and it is very hard to relax with some standing at the foot of your sun loungers for long periods of time begging you to buy something.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and the property was impressive, but the Balinese buffet bbq dinner by the beach was a dissappointing as it was cold and not well lit, and the suckling pig wasn't cooked properly, Also the table we had requested earlier that day had been given away to someone else. We were also surprised to find a lot of children, which we were unaware when we booked, and the pool became less relaxing from the noise of kids screaming all day. The beach provided a nice escape from this(which was very clean with golden sands). Note that the hotel is in a beautiful area, and taxis are plentiful, but the local shopping centre(Bali Collection) is pretty much the only place to find restaurants locally(other than the hotels) and it does tend to get a little boring eating there all the time. Be mindful that a taxi into Kuta will take up to an hour as you often end up in a traffic jam! Overall a nice stay, the positives far outway the negatives, I would stay there again .

Very comfortable and relaxing. Stayed by the pool whole day, swimming and having lunch. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Perfect for relaxing holiday! I put 3 for cleanliness of my room, because I saw some ants near amenity goods area (coffee, tea) although room itself was really clean.

Great room and great service. The staffs were all helpful and greets you with a smile all the time. it really helps to make us feel at home. The enviornment was quiet and relaxing. The security in Nusa Dua is tight and felt safe.

Went here on a conference so I really wasn't expecting much. Been to Bali before so I know that Nusa Dua is a bit isolated from all the action. I liked the room service actually. The superfood menu was great and highly appreciated. I think this hotel is best for families. Kids have their own section that had a huge outdoor playground and a "pre-school" of sorts that can rival any preschool in Manila. I really wished I brought my kids with me because they would have enjoyed themselves into a stupor. As for the Beach...well, it will be hard to beat the Philippines on that department but Bali offers majestic and uber chic hotels. The cool thing about this area is that you have access to other hotels along the beach so you can hotel hop as you walk along. Lots of squirrels and birds around which kids will love. Freaky for some adults because they even jump on your dining table to eat your food. Loved the sheets and pillows...so comfy. I also liked the green tea scented amenities. The soaps were beautiful and the over all packaging was nice. All in all, it's a great family hotel that is value for money. Consider it if you have children because not only do they have activities for them, the perks of being a kid here is great...like ice cream the whole day by the pool for a flat rate.

Had an absolutely amazing time here. Every last detail was perfect, and the service was exceptional. The only issue, and it's a minor one, is that the hotel is not very close to any of the nightlife of Bali, but it was very easy to get a taxi to go just about anywhere. I can't wait to go back to this place again!

酒店在类似三亚亚龙湾的封闭的地方，对有孩子的家庭来说非常适合，安全，舒适，还有儿童俱乐部。对希望多看看巴厘岛文化的人不适合，因为整个区域都是大酒店。适合放松，预定水上水下运动很方便。

環境一流，私人沙灘太美了！員工有禮有愛心，小孩去kids club 很好玩！早餐很豐富，不可以錯過的酒店！但是住該區如果繁忙時間到Kuta塞車情況嚴重，15分鐘變90分鐘要留意！

酒店整体感觉很舒适，周围绿色的植被让人感觉自然清新，服务也很亲切。

Лучший отель со всех точек зрения - расположения, пляжа, обслуживания. СПА - нет, расположен в гостинице, можно нгайти интереснее и приятнее.
