The house was very clean and tidy. It was a little further from Disney than I liked by maybe 10 minutes. I would recommend this to any family doing a week or more vacation. Some more incidentals could have been provided like dish soap for the kitchen. Overall, this is a wonderful way to spend a vacation in lieu of a hotel.

Great place to stay and everything was clean and in order. However, the house location was a little far from Orlando. Other than that, the experience was GREAT!

We felt at home as soon as we walked in the door. It was FABULOUS!!! We couldn't have asked for more. It was very very clean. It was PERFECT. It was so perfect that my family accidentally slept in past our check out time. OOPS!!! We had no complaints but they may have a complaint about us because we checked out late.

If you want to rent this place, now that you have to confirm ur stay with florida vacation villas website aswell as booking it on hotels.com. If you don't do that, you are likely to not have a reservation when you arrive. However, once you know everything is set, the house is gorgeous and spacious. You can go out and enjoy Disney, Universal Studios, and Sea World all within 15 minutes of your place. Then you come home to a beautiful kitchen to cook in, saves you money, and after that you can relax in your own private pool. I loved the poolhouse and I have already reccomended it to someone on the plane ride home =)

Pros: If you are reasonable with your expectations, you get value for money. But you need to do your homework well and be clear on howmuch to expect and what you need to do other than just paying money. After making the booking on hotles.com, go online to floridavacationvilla websitesite, fill out the registeration form and make sure you receive the driving directions and lock box code via email. Make sure you confirm on the online form that you dont want any upgrades such as the heated pool etc. Cons: The second step of registering on the Florida vacation villa is unexpected. -I wish hotel.com is able to delete this unnecessary step and have the guest fill out the forms before they click to pay.- Make sure you fill out the reservation form to receive the driving directions. Another thing,before leaving the villa, we spent an hour cleaning up the place and washing up lenin - and left the place resonablly tidy. We were very tired but thats the agreement we signed up to. They still charged $75. ( I had accounted for that so no real complaint.) Suggestion: Think of it as a stay at your friend's villa so you need to leave it reasonablly neat and tidy before you leave. Background: We decide on making a trip to Disney. My family ( wife and son), my visiting parents ( 70+) and niece. Hotel criteria: Need a place to cook and eat because of eating restrictions my parents have. Choice: Selected Florida Vacation Villas because it best suited our needs and budget. Preparation: Loaded up the SUV with some food (rice, lentils), utensils, cleaning supplies and clothes. Drive: 16 hours to destination (+overnight stay at a motel.in NC) Before getting to Villa, stopped at Orlando 7/11: Picked up basic supplies ( bread, jam, cereal, veg. oil, fruits, yoghurt, water etc.) Entry into Villa: Received an email with directions and instructions to get into the villa using lock box. First Impression: Excellent, clean villa. (Cant ask for more than this for what you pay.) Sleep: Very comfor

We rented a four bedroom, three bathroom house, which was perfect for my two kids (a baby and a teenager), my parents and my-self. Everyone had their own space. The house was extremely clean. We all enjoyed the house very much. The washer and dryer worked excellent. The house is close to Disney, it’s just about fifteen minutes away. I am never going to stay at a hotel in Orlando ever. My kids, my parents and I love this house (I said that already). The swimming pool was clean and spacious. We all recommend this house (great family time). There is a $75 cleaning fee which is worth it because our house was shinning clean. I am one of those customers that are “super” picky, try it and you will see how much you will enjoy it. For me it is very important that my kids feel comfortable and they were. I love this house, I almost forgot there is a police officer patroling the neighborhood 24 hours.

It was a nice 3 bedroom Villa for the price....I would of liked it closer to Orlando...you didn't just jump in your car and go to town...

Went here with my family and we had a great time. The villa is well managed and very clean. Very conveniently located near Disney, about 10-15 mins away. Make sure you call the Management company a head of time and you have to submit registration form via their website. Hotels.com has the phone number.

Is a Great House very clean and big, the check in and check out is very private, almost to the feeling that you're arriving to your own house.

This house was wonderful. It was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Upon arrival everything was there for us. They even had a welcome basket with goodies. The pool was great. My kids practically live there. The game was also a great option for those rainy days when we couldn’t swim. They had everything you could imagine that you might need already there for you. Our house was very well located within minutes of Disney and about an hour away from the beach. The house was in a very nice secured neighborhood. The neighbors were wonderful. And it was very private. There was not one complaint we could think of about this house. It was defiantly worth every penny. We will defiantly book here again. I would recommend this to everyone. The fees a clearly stated on the site, if you read them. You have to call 48 hours upon arrival, for your address and all the access codes. We received an email within hours of contacted them, with all the information we needed. We had no problems finding it and accessing our codes.

We loved the house. It was very clean and in a great location. There was plenty of enough room my my husband and I and our 3 kids. They loved the pool and the game room.

Florida Villas does not provide the address to home you will be staying. Upon arrival of the stay, I was not given any address to check in other than a post office. This happened to three other family's as well while I onsite. The home itself was ok. Not very clean, I was given the wrong access code to get into the gated community, I had to wait to follow someone else in to the neighborhood. The pool was unclean and no extra toilet paper left in the bathrooms. The whole experience was almost unbearable. I would not recommend booking through Florida Villas ever to anyone.
