We really enjoyed our stay here. There was free parking. Service at the hotel was excellent. Room was really nice and modern. Beach was great. Breakfast buffet was included in room price and was very good with fresh squeezed orange juice.

This is my 4th year visiting this hotel. It's great for kids, the beach is amazing with calm water, and the staff is amazing.

This hotel provided us the best time in Cancun. We visited cancun as honeymoon, the time spended in here was unforgettable memory for us. If we have a time to visit again, we chose this hotel certainly.

Great room, views, staff, pool, drinks and food...all the privacy we wanted for our 25th wedding aniversary with easy access to night life... thanks for helping us cellebrate.

this is our second year coming to this hotel. This one and the J.W. Mariott hotel are considered to be the best ones here but after our visit to the Mariott this year, I am always going to come back here to have a real vacation. Down the street is a Hyatt, which cannot even begin to compete with this place. We travel a lot and this has got to be the best hotel we have ever been to for service, spas, restaurants, pool, beach and relaxation. Also it seems to be the best family hotel in town.

Generaly, this is a very good hotel. But far from being 5 diamond. This Hotel has a so called "Grand Club" service, just like tower suites. The negative issue on this matter is that when you go to the pool there are reserved chairs for these Grand Club guests. The thing is that nobody, neither hotel.com website offered this service or kind of room. There was a lot of angry people, being surprised at the pool. Even if those chairs were empty, you could´nt get those seats, if you´re not grand club. Service at the pool is a bit lazy, the options to eat at the pool chair were poor. I paid an extra of US$150 a day for the grand club, got free internet, breakfeast, separate front desk service on the top flor, and the the special seats at the pool, wich was the only thing that realy matters to me. I hated the discrimination by the pool with non Grand Club guests. In room dining was fine, not great. Wi-fi conection was bad, anywere. The smell of deep fry fat smoke at the pool, was heavely unconfortable for many times. I was on the 10th floor, and many times I could´nt open the balcony door because of the bad smell.

This was one of the best hotels we have stayed in and we travel a lot. Excellent service, clean, superb location, friendly staff, great beach and pool. Highly recommended, probably one of the best, if not the best hotel in cancun.

The hotel is beautiful and very relaxing. The staff are helpful and courteous at all times. The food at the restaurants was superb. If you want to be in the sun at the pool I would get out early to get a good seat. The pool is shaded by the hotel later in the day and seating in the sun is limited. I'm sure this is a blessing in the summer but a challenge in the winter. Other than that it was a fabulous hotel and would definitely stay there again.

Very nice/clean well maintained hotel. The one complaint is the lobby bar and how long it took to get service even though it was pretty slow during our stay. They also need to add a choice of lower cost continental breakfast buffet price for the ones that do not care to eat the hot items of the buffet as a norm.

We stayed at the west tower. Room was very very nice, modern and great ocean view. It was their jr suite ocean front. Service was prompt, house keeping was nice. Staff was a bit too patronizing.......e.g the bell boy kept telling me what a great room I got....! We stayed at jw Marriott last year and the quality and professionalism in hotel construction, facilities, staff was very evident there and missing here in fiesta Americana. The pool was large and nicely kept here. The beach was short, and view was not as expansive and magnificent as the other side of hotel zone. Food was okay and very expensive.

My daughter, who is very demanding, and I spent six wonderful days there. Everything was perfect, the service, the accommodations, the beach, the pools, etc. It is for sure the nicest resort I have been to and I have traveled quite a bit. Highly recommended

I have stayed at this resort several times. The food is a bit expensive but worth it. The service and treatment is nothing short of outstanding.

Staff members were friendly and very helpful, but the beach was not what I expected to be. Personally, Hyatt has much better beach. Hotel restaurant was very expensive and not up to par. Nearby restaurants were average at best. I recommend Westin which is in front of islas mall.

Spent four nights here recently with my girlfriend. Very pleased. Notable amongst the many strong positives are the friendliness and responsiveness of the staff, top to bottom, and the gorgeous and large beach/pool area. Expect to pay a bit more for everything not included in your room - drinks, food, bottled water, etc. But so prepared, you'll find little to complain about here and quite a lot to enjoy thoroughly and remember fondly.

this was thesecond time we stayed at the fiesta!Their pool and beach are by far the best in the hotel zone.,its quiet understated grandeur with all marble floors expansive courtyards and beautiful beach acsess.the grand club membership is well worth the upgrade.fines mexican dining at the LaHoya resturant,kindest and most helpful servers.my kids made good facebook freinds with several of the helpful staff!we toured rest of the five stars and none came close to fiestas comftable grandeur!!!

The hotel is old, crowded with conventioners, the food was disgusting, and the service poor. The Kids program is an embarrassment. After 3 days we left and went to another resort... Never again, what a disappointment.

Wonderful staff. Very accommodating. Volunteer assistance. Remember your name. Facilities pretty. Food very average. Pools turned all clothes green. Beach very nice, but can't walk down because adjacent properties have sea walls and won't let you walk across their property.

This hotel is only a good deal I suspect if you are using the all inclusive format. Everything has a cost associated with it even the packets for morning coffee as well as the bottled water to make the coffee. We had breakfast at their buffet and lunch at the cafe. Both of our dining experiences were adequate but not what I would expect of a five star hotel. The rooms on the surface appear tidy but upon closer inspection definitely needed a good deep cleaning. The bathroom in particular neeeded the most sprucing up, which is unfortunate given the quality of stay this hotel is supposed to provide. Overall I would not recommend this hotel. We have stayed in Cancun on two separate occasions and the quality of the hotels, although not five star, were better and at the same time less expensive.

This hotel is affordable luxury. Although be prepared to pay for some amenities such as coffee and water. Overall the property, rooms and view were breath-taking.

We had such a wonderful time that we barely left the property. Service was excellent, beach was beautiful, pool was awesome. There were plenty of food options in the hotel. Overall, a great stay.

There's a good reason why Fiesta Americana Grand Coral Beach has coveted consecutive 5-Diamond ratings...they exceed expectations to even the most capricious guests. The hotel is absolutely impeccable, with friendly staff, knowledgeable Consierge (they really do EVERYTHING FOR YOU!!), and excellent amenities. The rooms are exceptional with down comforters, excellent bed matrices and linens, and the maid service with chocolates, slippers, robes, etc just make you feel like a VIP guest. There's another secret not mentioned on their website nor any others...the beach is ample and the waves are minimal so it's perfect for families with small children or people who are less likely to get into rough waters. So even the beautiful waters of FAGCB are 5-Diamonds. After all these years and all the new hotels going up, there are only a hand-full that compete with FAGCB. It's worth every penny and then some. And don't forget to tip the staff. They are more than deserving!!

I read a lot of reviews for FA and other hotels before I booked, so I wanted to give my input, hoping it may help. Beautiful hotel, in a great location. Rooms were very nice with great views! Restaurants, shops and nightlife very close. Had our 11 year old daughter, so most of the time was spent on the beach, pool and day trips. Beach and pool were very nice! Lots of sand/beach and water not rough. We had a car because we went all over, but can get by on the bus for cheap. Day trips to Playa Del Carmen (shopping/eating) and Isla Mujeres (snorkeling/Dolphin Discovery) were awesome! Go to XCaret!

I would definitely stay here again! The service was great, the hotel and room were exactly as sold, the spa was fantastic and very easy to make reservations, the staff was very friendly and helpful and the onsite travel agent helped us make any arrangements we wanted to make.

Muy buen hotel sin ser un hotel moderno, esta totalmente en excelente estado habitaciones cómodas amplias muy bonita vista al mar ,terraza espectacular atención muy amable

El hotel se encuentra en óptimas condiciones, es muy lujoso, imponente y el personal es muy atento. No tengo críticas negativas hacia él, lo único que puedo mencionar es que quizás sea un poco formal demás para mi gusto. Totalmente lo recomiendo.

Excelente hotel, ótimas acomodações atendimento impecável e acho que possui a melhor praia da região bem calma. Alugamos um carro portanto nos locomovemos facil para todos os programas, garagem gratuita com manobrista. A única coisa que não gostei é que eles tem um sistema para bloquear o sinal de dados do seu celular ou ipad, sendo impossivel acessar internet nas areas do hotel(inclusive praia) sem comprar o pacote de dados deles, acho que isto deveria ser ilegal. Porém fora isto faz juz a classificação de cinco diamantes, retornarei a le com certeza.

ベッド２つのタイプの部屋を大人３名で利用し、１名はソファーで寝ましたが部屋の広さは十分でした。 テラスもついており、１月でも十分あたたかく、外でゆっくり波の音を聞きながら心地よかったです。 バスタブもついているので疲れたときはお湯をためてゆっくりできました。 衣類、水着のドライサービスがあり、無料でやってくれます。 ミネラルウォーター、コーヒー、お茶などはすべて有料、パソコンの利用も有料だったので、その点は不満でした。

Питание в отеле дорогое- интернет за 24 часа -30$, завтрак, правда с шампанским-28$, коктель на пляже стоит в 2,5 раза дороже чем за стенами отеля.Номер- великолепен, смена белья ежедневная + вечернее расстилание кровати и шоколадка,для сладких снов. Рядом с отелем много местных уличных ресторанчиков, и продуктовых магазинчиков, т.ч.с питанием проблем не было.

日本人コンシェルジェがいて、レストランのメニューにも日本語があり、日本人フレンドリーです。サービスの質もおおむね満足できました。部屋も素晴らしかったです。 夫婦でダイビングに行くために５歳の息子のベビーシッターを頼みましたが、安心して預けられました。ホテルには、無料のキッズクラブサービスがあり（ただし、親がいないときは預けられないので、ベビーシッターを頼んだ上で使うことになりましたが）、息子も同い年の子どもと遊んだりして楽しんでいたようです。 ただ、ホテルのレストランはあまり値段と見合ってないと思います。また、高いワインは避けた方がいいです。La Jolaというレストランに２回行き、それぞれ少し高めの白ワインとシャンパンを頼みましたが、いずれも劣化してました。それから、２回行ったうちの１回はサービスの質に満足できましたが、２回目（クリスマスイブ）は最悪でした。まず、ウェイトレスが電話で話しながら接客をしてました。しかも、お酒が来る前に前菜が来てしまいお酒が来るまでまたなくてはなりませんでした。その上、その日は料理の分にチップがあらかじめ含まれており、チップを減らすということもできませんでした。

とても豪華でサービスも良く部屋も広く綺麗で素晴らしいホテルでした。全てのスタッフの方も笑顔で親切でした。 ホテルの近くにおいしい和食屋さんとコンビニもありホテルライフをゆっくり過ごすには最高でした。 プールは大きくゆっくりできましたがホテルが大きくてプールサイドの片方が一日中ホテルの陰になっていて日当りのいい席は毎朝争奪戦でした。 主人も毎朝６時に起きて確保していましたよ。 海も美しくパウダーの真っ白な砂浜に感激しました。 まだぜひ行きたいです。

O Hotel é bom porém antigo tem mais de 20 anos.A piscina é excelente. O que deixa a desejar é sua localizacao, a praia é muito pequena e fica muito apertada na alta estacao. Está longe do shopping La Isla e é necessário pegar taxi para o deslocamento.Nos últimos anos Cancun dse desenvolveu para o lado oposto e este hotel ficou fora da agitacao. A praia onde estao os hoteis novos Ilive acqua) é maravilhosa e ampla, ideal para corridas e caminhadas além de estar perto dos novos shoppings e restaurantes.

Cancún se aproxima enormemente do meu conceito de paraíso. Aquele mar turquesa...... Mas o Fiesta Americana Grand Coral Beach definitivamente é o paraíso. TODOS os funcionários são muito dedicados e atenciosos. Sinceramente, eu me senti em uma outra realidade de conforto e satisfação. É MUITO BOM!

9/5~9/11まで滞在しました。日本人のコンシェルジュのかたも常駐されており、とても親切な対応でした。 お部屋も清潔で快適でした。少し上からの部屋の音が 聞こえますが、それ以外はとても良かったと思います。 スタッフの方々も親切でしたので、またカンクンに行く際には泊まりたいホテルです。 SPAもエステティシャンの技術も最高に良かったです。

Det var en fantastisk opplevelse å bo på dette hotellet. Nydelig strand med alle faciliteter, bassengområde med poolbarer, meget hyggelige ansatte,i alle sammenhenger på hotellet, delikate romslige rom og restauranter.med utsøkt mat. Kan anbefales på det sterkeste.

Die Lage und der Service sind hier top! Die Strandliegen im Schatten/Halbschatten sind ein wenig knapp und könnten für ein top-Hotel wie das Grand Coral Beach ein wenig bequemer sein.

El hotel esta en excelentes condiciones y el servicio de su personal fue excelente. El spa es el mejor que he conocido y el aroma del hotel es maravilloso.

Ficamos muito satisfeitos com absolutamente tudo, todos funcionarios suuuper bem preparados e queridos, quarto super moderno e recem decorado, amplo, confortavel e lindo, cama maravilhosa.... destaque especial para o SPA do hotel, vale a pena conhecer, é um luxo, definitivamente é a área mais linda do hotel !! Outra vantagem é sua localização privilegiada próxima a principal área noturna da cidade. Parabéns ao Fiesta Americana Grand Coral.
