Nice hotel with a perfect location near sights and metro.

This hotel is excellent in all respects. The location is terrifc, close to the Arc de Triomphe and the metro. The neighborhood is very expensive for restaurants and shops, but if you are on a budget, you are not staying here!

We booked the hotel at the last moment and had an excellent stay at the hotel. We loved the art deco theme. Our only comment would be that it might have been nicer to closer to the isle de paris etc but we still had a great time.

Lovely 2 night stay in February 2012 excellent hotel please ignore any negative reviews. I travel often and I enjoy luxury so I know when I see a good hotel. Thank you

The hotel room was very clean and bed was comfortable. The staff at the cocierge desk were really helpful especially with very little planning for the trip!

No surprising. But I hate the Water Supply in the shower room.. It is not stable and the pressure is low. I cannot have a good and comfortable shower. Dont like it !!

We had problems when we arrived with our room and unfortunately it took nearly 2 hours to get settled but they finally found us a room. The rooms are comfortable, but there is an odd smell and apparently they spray some sort of perfume in each room. One can request it not to be sprayed, and I would recommend that as it is strong. The manager told us it was very strong. I tis very convenient to the Champs Elysees and the Arc de Triomphe. Rooms are not large, but this is Paris and one does not expect that. Staff was friendly, but I will not go again during Christmas holidays as it was very crowded. Good Exercise Facility but website says there is a pool (and there is not ). FYI, one must pay extra for the Jacuzzi and the site does not state that.

Quite convenient, restaurant performing well, warm service.

Location is excellent and public areas well maintained and spotless. However the rooms are drab and dingy. In our first room the air-conditioning did not work and the sink was blocked. We were moved for our second night and in that room the bedside light would not switch off and I had to crawl around to get the kettle plugged in. Moreover, the overhead shower was faulty. Staff are very slow to sort things out and service lacks consistency.

The hotel is well located and the rooms are very nice and the hotel staff friendly. The Internet was not wireless and expensive to get a connection. The lobby and passages has a slight smell like sewerage drains.

The staff were very helpful but the room was tiny for four people. The shower had no pressure and would not stay in position. Despite staying for 5 nights I had to call everyday for towels as they only left 2. Breakfast was great.

We ended our 2 weeks vacation in Europe by booking a family room (suite) at the Hilton Arc de Triomphe. It was the perfect way to end our stay! Service and comfort level was what would be expected for a four star+ hotel. We enjoyed the executive floor priviledges that came with our booking. Great location, close to metro and within 10 minutes walk of Arc de Triumphe. Excellent stay.

Overall a good hotel, esp. for European standards. The beds were ok and the room was small, but that's what I had expected. Very convenient location, easy walk to Ard de Triomphe. Laundromat nearby - this was great because we were going to Paris afterwards. My biggest complaint about the hotel was that they would only leave us two towels a day, and we were four people to a room. The four people to a room was a good deal for Paris, and one of the reasons we stayed there! My other complaint was that there were stains all over the carpeting in our room. Business office is open 24 hrs. and staff was very pleasant.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hilton ADT so much that we are already beginning our plans for our next trip to Paris. It was a very short walk to the Arc and close to 2 metro stops so getting around from here was very easy. We booked an executive level king room which was very comfortable. The only complaint we have is that, when paying a good premuim for a room, having to pay a rather high rate (or any rate) for internet service was absurd. So we chose not to. The upside was that we didn't get any work done while on vacation! We can't speak highly enough of the staff that we met on the executive floor, the maid staff, the bellman. Isabella (one of the exec office staff) and David (one of the waiters at breakfast each morning) were a delight and ever so helpful. They really are the ones who helped make our stay so fabulous and helped us navigate our way to different venues. The fitness center was great and I was able to get in earlier than their posted hours by speaking with the desk staff who arranged a key card for early access. The spa is fabulous but we didn't have enough time to fully reap it's benefits - next trip we will. We weren't bowled over by the restaurants on site and, typical of any city, they are extremely pricey. We were grateful it was there when we needed dinner at 11 PM however! One off the beaten path places we loved was a truly local , tiny, and charming was - of all things - a Mexican restaurant in Marais called Candalaria. We went twice and will go back again. We highly recommend the Hilton Arc De Triomphe with no hesitation at all!

The hotel is situated near the Champs Elysees which is great. Its the second time that i stayed there, and I think it needs some refurbishment. Also the shower was not good at all, and the water was always only lukewarm, never hot!

We paid a lot for this hotel and were very disappointed. Terrible smell everywhere. Never seen so much dust in a hotel room!! Had to call upon check-in to have our sheets and towels changed due to a terrible smell. Definitely do not recommend to anyone.

Hotel was chosen because the largely great reviews. However, little really lived up to expectations. Small room at high price, elevatornoise in room, no cleaning of room one day, concierge forgot to confirm reservation for birthday dinner table, breakfast buffet (main level) very average (executive lounge better setting). Largely friendly staff, although one stereotype french check-in person showed no service desire despite learning my VIP Gold status with HiltonHonors. All in all - very three star at five star prices. Not a recommendation.

The Executive Lounge is a must. It has a good breakfast and decent small lunch and snacks all day long. The two room junior suite is nice, but even the deluxe executive rooms are small, but that's Paris. Charge for internet is over $30/24 hours, which is ridiculous. Walking distance in nice weather to le Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elysee. Built 6 years ago so nice condition. Would stay there again if could get a reasonable rate on junior suite.

Great Hotel in excellent location. Will definitely return.

We had a room on the Executive Floor and it was simpy amazing! The Executive lounge is open until 11pm where you can have snacks, coffee/tea and drinks (alcohol is from 6-9pm). All is included in the price of the room. We were even tempted to stay in as the lounge was so incredible but we managed to force ourselves to go out (after 3 glasses of Champagne). Arc de Triomphe is 5-10 minutes walk and the Eiffel Tower is about 25-30 minutes walk. Avenue de Champs Elysees is right next to the Arc de Triomphe. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the location cannot be beat!

I stayed in a king deluxe room, it is more than I expect. everythingis good, the amenities, the service, the breakfast, however, thereisa little problem. I requested non-smoking room when I booked the hotel. they gave me the room where the smell left from the previous guest. I checked out 3 days later, I still can smell the smoke(probably cigar) from my clothes. the service at the concierge is excellent.

We had a junior king suite. The hotel was one of the best I have ever stayed in, including luxury hotels in the United States. The breakfast was terrific. We had access to the executive lounge all day, which was very nice. The linens and two bathrooms were great. The room was exceptionally clean. The size of our suite was much larger than we anticipated. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

Tres agreable et bon service. Les champs a 10 min de marche. Super

Jeg og fruen var på en liten ferie i Paris og ville bo på dette flotte hotellet. Vi ble møtte av en vennlig portier som hjalp oss med bagasje på en svært ellegant måte. Hele servicen på hotellet var gjennomsyret av luxus. Rommet var OK størrelse litt hard seng, litt gammelt bad men det oset av luxus enda. Resepsjonen ordner alt for deg om man spør, dette er det viktigste for min del når jeg reiser og skal oppleve noe!

В номере 151 отеля, длина шнура фена очень мала, Так что очень неудобно сушить волосы. Этот незначительный факт снижает мою общую оценку отеля.

2012年1月21日～25日宿泊しました。 色んなクチコミを読み、このホテルはエクゼクティブで！とのことでしたので、エグゼクティブルームのダブルダブルで宿泊しました。部屋の広さは狭すぎず、ベッドと枕との相性が良く（友人も同意見）快眠出来、非常に快適に過ごすことが出来できました。朝食ブッフェも大満足です。 立地は、日本大使館を始め、色んな国の大使館が近くにあり、高級住宅街の場所にありますので、閑静です。シャンゼリゼ通りまでなら、徒歩10分程度ですので、街並みを眺めながら歩いて行くとあっという間に着きます。 パリのみに滞在して、自分の足で街歩きを楽しむという方には、このホテルを本当にお勧めします。 滞在時間が少ない方や子供連れの方は、もっとメイン通りに近いホテルやサンジェルマンデプレ界隈のほうがいいかもしれません。

Petit déjeuner buffet délicieux avec choix pour tous les goûts, chambre spaceuse avec baignoire, parking dans la rue (dans les 50m de la devanture!) très facile, de jour comme de nuit, personnel très affable, vraiment, à recommander.

Hilton kører fra tid til anden kampagner, hvor de giver bedre priser på ophold. Bemærk, at Hilton primært er et business-hotel. Det betyder, at SPA-området kun er for personer over 16 år. Vi havde valgt hotellet til en far-søn tur og blev afvist adgang til SPA-området. Det fremgår ikke nogen steder i deres officielle tekster. I øvrigt et udmærket og relativt børnevenligt hotel.

Min pojkvän och jag spenderade två nätter här. Det var en angenäm upplevelse. Personalen i både restaurang och reception var underbart trevliga. Frukosten var helt kanon! Fantastiskt utbud! Det lilla negativa var att med standarden i åtanke var det lite fläckigt med skitiga bestick på rummet. Hotellet rekommenderas starkt!

Muy contentos con casi todo. El trato del personal, muy bueno, el desayuno excelente, el resto de las instalaciones del hotel muy buenas, salvo el dormitorio, un poco chico. Pero en general muy satisfechos. Está ubicado un poco lejos de las atracciones de interés turístico pero es un placer caminar por las calles de París
