Hotel Apartamentos El Puerto - إيبيزا

The hotel room was very dusty it was not cleaned properly! Surfaces under the bed etc were covered in dust! The maid who came in daily did not clean in my opinion. I'm not a fussy person but I have asthma so can't be around too much dust! The location of the hotel was good probably the only thing. The staff were rude and very unhelpful. Paying €10 for wifi was a rip off! It was meant to be for 24 hours but didnt last that! I could not be bothered arguing with the rude staff.

Great for friends or travelers looking to party in Ibiza. Probably wouldn't work well for families. Rooms are perfect for storing stuff and sleeping, don't expect too much more. Location is very close to Ibiza town. You can walk to Pacha, Disco Bus, and about a 45 min walk to Playa d'em Bossa

Customer Service is non existent - expect abuse if you ask them for anything

About what we expected. Not too expensive, and close to restuarants, the port, and the old city of Ibiza. the bathroom hadn't been completely cleaned since the last guest. The hotel staff was very helpful and informative.

Enjoyed a great short break here between 13-15th October. Due to the time of the year the hotel was fairly quiet so on arrival were offered a free upgrade to an Apartment - nice start! Reception staff were really friendly and helpful and the apartment was basic but comfortable and very clean. We were overlooking the pool and had a balcony. The hotel is rated 2 star but deserves much better. The big benefit of the hotel is the location - litteraly thirty seconds from the harbour with lots of bars and restaurants right outside your door - both Burger King and McDonalds are on tap but with the choice available not something we needed. Main square and Old Town are a five minute stroll away and even the beach is a pleasant walk - 20 minutes. Couldn't recommend the hotel enough.

Great location, near all the nightlife in Eivissa. Good price, but you get what you pay for. wrinked towels and ripped off knob on washroom was questionable. wouldn´t bring your girlfriend. good stay overall.

Très bien situé , et calme malgré l'emplacement .Appartement spacieux et très propre.Cuisine entièrement équipée et réfrigérateur .Piscine commune nickelle .Petit déjeuner copieux .Terrasse de 10 M2 .Seul bémol , la climatisation qui est en fait une v-m-c commune certes rafraichissante mais nettement insuffisant mais supportable .

Me and my 2 buddies from sweden visit the hotel three weeks ago. Didn´t really know if we should live near the beach or in the old town such as hotel puerto. We were really happy with our stay and will recomend it to all others! Good service and really clean & nice rooms. The only thing missing is refregirators in the regular rooms.

L'hotel est très agréable et très propre. Les environs sont parfaits et on y retrouve toute les commodités nécessaire (restaurants, supermarchés, bus). Seul bémol nous concernant, l'hôtel est loin du feu d'Ibiza qui se trouve à playa d'en bossa. Meilleur rapport qualité/prix d'eivissa et parfait si vous voulez faire la fête, tout en étant tranquille la journée

rien à dire. ménage effectué tous les jours si on le désire. accueil super. Bon hotel pour nous ( 23 à 30 ans)

The Hotel is not so bad, but the price was too expensive, related to the quality. Location is good since is near the old harbor (a nightlife center), and the old town (a must), but the neighborhood itself it's poor, dirty and smelly. Major drawback was air conditioning: noisy and pointing directly to the bed, so it was impossible to rest during the hot hours. I won't come back

Неплохой отель. Услужливый персонал, но работает медленно. Минус - интернет работает только на первом этаже. Приходилось каждый раз спускаться с ноутбуком вниз. Это не очень комфортно. Комнаты и ванные комнаты просторные, светлые. Большой балкон. Расположение не плохое. Рядом много кафе, ресторанов и Магазинов одежды. Недостаток - очень шумно на улице ночью. В целом отель не плох.

Simple standard but clean rooms, service-oriented staff and most importantly optimal localization in the city just a couple of blocks from old town and the Ibiza harbour. Very good value for money. Andreas, Norway.

Situated close to the harbour and close to supermarkets and small cheap cafés. The staff is great and very helpful. The rooms are small but clean and has everything you need.

Perfecto para grupos q quiten salir o parejas. Pero no es para alguien q busca lujo.

Muy buena hubicacion. Cerca de los principales lugares de osio y buen ambiente. Es un lugar tranquilo. Y en general disftute de la estancia. Yo lo recomiendo.

Este hotel es operativo solo para dormir y darse una buena ducha . Esta muy centrico en ibiza ciudad,pero no es nada glamuroso. Sin vistas y segun epoca del año ruidoso de madrugada por la gente q vuelve de marcha.

El hotel es un desastre en todo concepto....es viejo, la habitacion es muy fea y con feo olor y la ducha rota....y no tiene buena atencion tampoco. A favor: un desayuno muy completo y ubicado a 150 metros del puerto desde donde salen los barcos a Formentera ( es por eso que lo elejimos nosotros que queriamos irnos al otro dia )..
