We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was modern and well kept. Very clean and had great service. Everything you needed was in your room right down to extra blankets and your pool towels. The complementary breakfast was just ok. Other than that great hotel.

I caught a night when the hotel was filled with sport teams, perhaps assign a floor to "normal" guest would help as the hallways were noisy. Staff did keep the noise down however

We stay here generally twice month for medical appts. It's always clean, staff is great, hot breakfast, free wifi. Great location in Bayers Lake! Close to outlets.

We have stayed at the Quality for many years but after this past weekend we will be finding another hotel. I found the hotel to be very loud, they put us on the first floor above the pool which was extremely loud. They allowed kids to run the hallways screeming and yelling until I called and complained, after I mad the call it took about 45 mins for them to clear the hallways. The beds were horrible, pillows horrible! Matresses need replaced. As far as the front desk they were very polite.

Everything was fine; I like the smell of the spa throughout the lobby and the breakfast is excellent. My only complaint was that the hot tub was cold in the morning and the pool seemed colder. When checkout time is noon the kiddies want to enjoy the amenities again in the morning and we could not bring ourselves to get in a cold hot tub. A little disappointing.

The hotel was fairly clean, except for the pool area, it could have been cleaner. Check in service was good, but check out was rather painfull, the clerk acted like he was sleeping behind the desk!

The hotel was great the only down side was the pool water was cold.

We really enjoyed the breakfast. The computer room was extremely hot to work in there.

Good, however the room we were initially given was not the room we were given when I had phoned to confirm the room we wanted. It was finally changed to what we had ordered, although at first the staff at the front desk said they could not do that.

Great value for money, easy access to/from airport aned city centre. Staff were very friendly and accomodating. I liked that there were picknick tables and muskoka chairs around the property so you could go outside and read a book.

Over all we enjoyed staying here. Breakfast wasn't great.

I'll be back. What a great place to stay!!

My stay was fine. The only negative things were the absence of a fan in the bathroom leaving everything damp after a shower and the fact that the carpet was wet. I assume it had just been cleaned but it was definitely too wet to walk on without shoes.

We found the hotel to be very comfortable, clean and the kids really enjoyed the pool; although the hot tub was way too hot i only got 1 foot in and it was extremely hot. The breakfast was really good as well.

I was disapointed when I checked in. I specifically asked Expedia if a pull out couch or a cot would be available for my son to sleep on. Expedia put me on hold and then advised me they checked with the hotel and it would be no problem...Then when I went to check in I was told at the front desk they do not provide that service........grrrrrrr.

It was a great stay at a great hotel. I have stayed at this hotel a number of times and all my stays have been great. The service is great, the breakfast is great and the rooms are great. Will be back again.

Really enjoyed my stay! It was close to anything that I needed. I really like that the breakfast was included and had a good selection!

the hotel was great. The only thing we did not like was that the pool was not well taken care of. The hotel was in great shape and updated but the pool needs lots of work. I would stay there again.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Chambre propre. Personnel accueillant. A 10-15 minutes du centre ville en voiture.
