Four Points by Sheraton Manhattan - Chelsea - نيويورك

The hotel rooms has a musky moisture odor inside of them. I felt like I was breathing in mold that was attempted to be covered up with wallpaper and other cosmetic fixings.

More offers can be offered by Hotel team compared to other hotels in New York like Breakfast and fruits.

Nice location and convenient to many restaurants and activities. Hotel room was nice but could use a refreshing. Staff very pleasant. Overall a good experience.

Went to NYC for a weekend trip with my son. It's not so easy to find a room with 2 beds- this place was roomy ( for NYC) , great location & service. Definitely recommended

The location was handy to many of the areas we were scheduled for a weekend wedding. Probably would be good for visiting art galleries. The staff ws friendly and petty well-trained, but the property needs an upgrade. Scuffed furniture, rattly elevator. A little tired, but a good value for the money.

We had a great time at this hotel. The rate was very affordable, staff friendly, room clean, bed comfortable -- and we were right in the middle of Chelsea and close to everything NYC has to offer.

We chose for price and location and are very pleased with the value we received. The room was small but as expected, and reasonably comfortable. Primarily a rooftop and water tower view, but plenty of space and light looking southward from the 19th floor, and outstandingly quiet for NYC. Hotel seems well maintained. Staff were great and let us extend our Sunday checkout to 2 PM.

The Hotel was in a very good posion with regard to my business cmmitments and the Staff, some of the most helpful and welcoming that I have experienced in any New York Hotel. However the hotels is exremly tired and relaly could do with a bit of attention, it is a shame that this really lets it down.

Location and service great - hotel could a little upgrading. Gym in the basement (not so good)

Staff was truly delightful! This not-a-lot-of-frills hotel was comfortable, clean, and the perfect location for my short stay!!

Clean but tiny room. My wife had to sleep with our son cause we would not fit in the same bed. This is Manhattan. You will surely pay the price for the location. Room had old furniture and the hotel needs renovation. But the staff was kind, allowing an early check in and late check out.

I didn't feel nickel and dimed and they have a great bar downstairs.

Best place to stay in Chelsea price for room was 300.00 by the time of taxes and fees. That was about 100 too much though.

It was a good stay, no comments.

Was able to get an early check in on a Friday in March! Got a clean & big room for the city. Just wish we had normal size pillows on beds. Great hospitality from front desk and all employees we came in contact with. This is the 2nd time we stayed in Four Points, we did so in DC last year also. Thank you all.

I THOUGHT THE STAFF TRIED VERY HARD TO ACCOMODATE US. I WANTED A LUGGAGE RACK TO PUT MY SUITCASE ON BUT THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANY SO THEY BROUGHT UP SOMETHING ELSE WHICH WORKED BUT I THINK THERE SHOULD BE LUGGAGE RACKS IN THE ROOM. THE ROOM WAS VERY SMALL AND DIDN'T HAVE A TUB JUST A SHOWER I WOULD HAVE LIKED TO HAVE KNOW THAT. BUT THE STAFF WAS VERY ACCOMODATING.

For me its all about the staff. These people were great!

Shocked at the poor quality of the accommodations. Will not choose this hotel again, period. Parking lot was full and had to drive to two other locations to find availability and then argue with the garage attendant to get the hotel's advertised rate. The room had dirty, stained carpets, and was in an overall shabby state. I was looking for a hotel to use frequently on business and this will certainly not be on the list. Does not match it's advertised photos or description.

The location is convenient, 20mins walk to Time Square and close to all major attractions. The hotel staffs were very friendly, even though the room key was not working at the first time, they immediately changed me to another room and helped me with temp. parking just outside of the hotel.

Place was fine for location closes to times sq and vicinity. Rooms were smaller than expected. Clean and presentable.

This hotel never disappoints. Although the rooms are small (welcome to NYC), the beds are very comfortable. The staff is also friendly and accommodating.

I was very disappointed with this hotel for valentines day. I specifically wanted an open city view, not a view of the building across the street. The pictures shown were certainly a false representation and none of the rooms could possibly have had the views shown as it was boxed in by other bigger buildings. The hotel was just a better version of motel in my opinion. Doubtful I will ever be staying in a Sheraton again!

Nobody to greet you outside, never saw the valet. The room was small but clean. Staff is friendly. Food was inedible at the restaurant. Overpriced.

This hotel was in need of an upgrade. Bathroom tiles had mold, lights did not work, door lock was broken, rug was filthy. I woke up at 4:30 when 2 drunks opened my door with their key, they did not get in because of the upper lock. When I called the desk all he said was "sorry about that"...... I would NEVER stay here again.......

For Chelsea and Manhattan you can't beat... room was a little too small but it serve the purpose.

It was a great success.

I was in the process of moving here so I stayed in about three different hotels. This was by far the nicest one for the price. Valet service who frequently let me get things out of my car without charge. Free wifi. Complimentary cupcakes from a top notch bakery as welcome gift. Nice bellhop who told you everything you needed to know. Would supply whatever you needed ASAP. Wonderful beds, bathroom and TV. Great choice.

The rooms are very clean, though small, but all you need for a visit to the Madison Square Garden Area.

This is not a three star anything. the room cannot acommodate three people let alone 4. the room was not clean and WIFI did not work.. this is the most grotesquely overpriced hotel in NYC , . A giant ripoff. We did not have a room the first night so my wife had to stay elsewhere as they were overbooked. A miserable experience

The hotel itself was clean and tie staff warm and inviting. The style and condition of the hotel and room seemed outdated and did not compare to surrounding hotels in the area. It is time for a renovation!

I was very pleasantly surprised by this hotel - while both the hotel and the rooms were quite small, it was very clean and tastefully decorated. I also thought it was a great value, because it was within easy walking distance of Empire State, Times Square, Rockefeller Plaza etc, as well as the conference center we attended. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I thought the street it was on was a little sketchy, but it's right between 6th and 7th Avenue, so you can move on pretty quickly. I would definitely stay here again.
