We had a plesant stay at this charming hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. The location is exelent, and all the main atractions are just a short walk away. The roof terrace has a marvelous wiev of the Blue mosque.

Location- amazing Service - outstanding Accomodation - spotless Staff- friendly and efficient. They never tell you to go away. They order food for you and arrange days out at no extra cost. OH AND DID I MENTION THEYRE IN THE TOP 1% OF.HOTELS IN THE WORLD. SERIOUSLY THE PEOPLE ARE HOSPITABLE. THE TRAM IS 2 MINS AWAY. BLUE MOSQUE 2 MINS AWAY, TOP KAPI AND AYA SOFIA 3 TO 4 MINS WALK AWAY.

I stayed at Angel's Home twice and found it wonderful. Staff is gracious and helpful. Rooms are comfortable and charming. WiFi works well. Sultanamet is a lovely little area with neat shopping and restaurants.

The staff is so helpful and friendly! I usually stay elsewhere when I travel to Istanbul but wanted a change this last time. Angel's Home Hotel was the perfect place. I will definitely be staying there again. The surrounding neighborhood is so pleasant and quaint. Thanks for making my trip so enjoyable!!!

Initially we were offered a room in the attic, which was small and quite hot. We asked if there was another option, and were given a room on the floor below which was lovely and not quite so warm, despite air conditioning. The location is fabulous...close to the Blue Mosque, the St. Sophia Museum/mosque, the Tapaki Palace and the Hipodrome and Underground Cistern. We loved Istanbul and this hotel was fantastic for our needs. the rooms were small but immaculate and the hotel staff was gracious and accomodating of all requests.

The hotel was at a good location, the room was OK spacy, the linen and towels were clean however the curtains were really dirty. The breakfast was abundant , wide selection but if you arrived 9,30 there was almost nothing left and they did not fill up the trays. They waiters were watching us all the time and it turned out that if you drink tea made from filter bags then you will be charged 1 euro per cup.This is not a big sum but very annoying when you pay a lot of money for your stay and you do not know about this extra in advance. It would have been much friendlier if they would have included this in the room price. For us it was very unpleasant when first at the check out they said we do not need to pay for the teas an once we got back to pick up our luggage they have changed their mind and asked for the money. As I have said not a big amount but we had to give our last money that we have put appart to buy tickets for going to the airport. Another bad experience in the hotel was that each evening somebody was smoking next to our room and all the smoke came in ours, plus they have started to cook arround middnight and the smell came up directly to our room. The windows did not close properly and it was rather cold also, however the termomether put in the room has shown all the time 23-25 degrees Celsius, I doubt it were more then 18-19 degrees. With all these experiences it was not a bad choice to stay in this hotel, but next time I would deffinetely choose an another.

We stayed in the flat, which is located a short distance from the hotel/restaurant. The location is great if you are interested in seeing all of the amazing sites in Sultanahmet. Unfortunately, the hotel management was rude and indifferent.

Despite reading a travel guide warning to stay away from "boutique" hotels in the Sultanamhet district as being nothing but converted homes whose proprietors know nothing about the hospitality industry, I found the Angel's Home Hotel to be extremely well-managed. The owners are visible, interact with the guests, and actively seek their feedback. The staff are capable and extremely helpful in arranging airport transfers and booking tours. The complimentary buffet breakfast was plentiful with a wide variety of options.

The hotel was great, staff spoke excellent English, very eager to help with anything. Room was clean and very nice. The best part is the location it is right in the heart of all the major sites. Right next to Blue Mosque and the views from the balcony at night are amazing! I would stay again for location alone!!!

propre, fonctionnel, internet à l'accueil gratuit et disponible (mais un seul ordinateur!!), petit déjeuner copieux. Les sachets de thé et le jus d'orange frais sont effectivement en sus mais le thé "turc" et le jus d'orange artificiel non. Par contre, si vous avez besoin d'un lit pliant supplémentaire dans la chambre (indiqué comme possible dans le descriptif) contactez directement l'hôtel parce qu'en fait, ça n'est souvent pas le cas.

Отличный отель! Останавливались на неделю в феврале, остались очень довольны! Из недостатков расположение. В первый день пришлось поблуждать в ночи, поскольку подробных карт в Стамбуле нет в принципе. Очень рекомендую распечатать подробную из интернета. Во всем остальном - райский уголок!

ホテルのボスはいまいち愛想がなかった。 若い二人のスタッフはフレンドリーでナイスだった。 朝食は可愛いレストランでブッフェスタイルでおいしかった。 暑いお湯も出て快適だった。 ホテルの近辺殆んど可愛いプチホテルがいっぱいありました。 　　　以上

初めてのイスタンブール。空港から旧市街まで電車・トラムを乗り継いで行きました。トラム駅からホテルまで道が少し遠く、しかも石畳なのでスーツケースをゴロゴロさせてるのはちょっとしんどかった。でも滞在中はホテルの皆さんがアットホームな雰囲気でもてなしてくれてとても居心地が良かったです。日本で予約したベリーダンスショウの迎えを待っている時も心配して電話してくれたり、ハマムに行きたいと相談すると無料送迎つきの予約をしてくれました。空港までのタクシー手配や値段交渉もしてくれて安心して利用できました。ちなみにホテルの部屋は広い（豪華）とはいいませんが清潔で使いやすかったです。夜は静かです。また利用したいホテルのひとつで、お奨めです。

Gemütliches kleines Hotel im Herzen von Istanbul. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend, wie man das bei Familienunternehmen zumeist vorfindet. Das Zimmer blitzsauber und freundlich eingerichtet (großes Bad mit riesiger Dusche). Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt - im Herzen der Altstadt und dennoch in einer kleinen Seitengasse, fernab vom Trubel. Restaurants finden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der ideale Ausgangspunkt um diese wundervolle Stadt zu entdecken.

Das Hotelpersonal war äusserst freundlich. Aber das zugewiesene Zimmer/App. liegt weiter weg vom Haupthaus als im Internet beschrieben. Das Appartement ist im grossen und ganzen ok eingerichtet, aber 2 Zimmer haben das Fenster mit Sicht in einen ziemlich schmutzigen Hinterhof und sind deshalb auch am Tag total dunkel (müsste demzufolge auch so beschrieben werden). Schade ist auch, dass es im ganzen Appart. ziemlich stark nach Kanalisation riecht - müsste unbedingt beseitigt werden. Dafür hat der Aiport-Shuttle sowohl hin wie auch zurück tiptop funktioniert. Frühstück war ok - für uns gilt immer: andere Länder andere Sitten.

Beste Lage, nettes Personal, gute Betten, neues, geräumiges und sauberes Bad, aber Zimmer zu klein, kein Schrank, keine Stühle! Erst als wir uns beschwerten, stellte man uns wenigstens zwei Stühle ins Zimmer, wo wir unsere Kleider ablegen konnten.

Istanbul is so beatyful. History, good food, nice people.

bißchen viel roter Plüsch, Baustelle direkt neben dem Balkon, kein Innenhof (obwohl so dargestellt). Gut aber auch: toller Dachgarten für Frühstück, leckeres Frühstück, und nochmal: alle supernett. Ich würde deshalb nochmal hingehen...

El Hotel esta muy bien ubicado, el barrio es muy lindo, tranquilo y seguro, se pude llegar facilmente en tranvia de la estaciòn cercana a la Mezquita Azul, (Sultanhamet o algo parecido) son 5 minutos bajando entre Santa Sofia y la Mezquita Azul, en la noche hay varios restauranes cercas y al justo al costado de la Mezquita azul hay un mercado con comida tipica, no es muy barato pero vale la pena ir al menos una vez, hay musica en vivo y baile, El hotel es limpio y muy buena atencion, la habitaciones son grandes y el baño limpio, es un poco antiguo pero esta bien, el desayuno es bueno y abundante. hay internet gratis, si se van del Aeropuerto es facil llegar si toman los buses hasta la plaza taksim, luego deben tomar la linea amarilla hasta Kavatas y liuego el tranvia, no esta integrado el sistema de trenes, se debe pagar por cada linea, es decir linea amarilla y luego la azul, cada pasaje cuesta 1,5 liras.

Wat een heerlijk hotel als je van formeel, romantisch en vriendelijk houdt. Voor mensen die de stad graag willen zien een aanrader. Zeer vriendelijk en gastvrij personeel. In een zeer vriendelijke en romantisch buurtje en op loopafstand van alle grote bezienswaardigheden en de tram waarmee je door heel istanbul kan. Geweldige kamer gekregen in oud ottamaanse stijl met een joekel van een hemelbed. Super service (denk aan gratis internet, badjassen, slippers, aankleding kamer met hartjes en strikjes om de handdoeken, scheersetje, deo voor beide, tandenborstel, airco, gratis kluisje, etc,etc) In de straat zitten leuke restaurantjes waar je voor weinig heerlijk kunt eten. Restaurant Metropolis is zeker een aanrader!!! Kortom Angel's home was voor ons een ervaring die we nooit zullen vergeten.

Angel´s home ligger perfekt i gå afstand til Den Blå Moske, Hagia Sofia og TopKapi Paladset. Angel´s Suite har en skøn størrelse, super hyggeligt, behagelige møbler. Balkonen er stor med 3 stole og bord. Udsigt til gaden og Bosperos Strædet. Fantastisk med en lille sauna på badeværelset efter mange timer på gaden. Personalet er meget venlige og betjeningen er familier. Morgenmad på søsterhotellet tæt ved mangler ingenting.

Hotellet har en super beliggenhet i gangavstand til alle severdighetene i Sultanahmet. Avstanden var heller ikke verre enn at vi gikk til Taksim. Det er også kort avstand til buss/trikk/båt. Hotellets ansatte var gjestfrie og hjelpsomme. Rommet hadde alt vi trengte inkludert en himmelseng, badekåper og tøfler;)
