The rooms are nice and the hotel has some fun novelties like musical instruments, pictures of famous artists, signed record etc displayed however it was really not worth the cost.. We stayed on a non smoking floor but you could still smell the smoke coming up from the casino. Most of the restaurants tack on an 18% gratuity regardless of the size of your party.. Service at the hotel pool bar was poor at best. The biggest disappointment for me was the close the pool and jucuzzi before sunset and literally have security kick you out of the area. I asked hotel staff why and the replied "They want you in the casino spending money." I would not stay again.

Never had to leave the Hotel, but bring your checkbook! Pool was imacculate and warm. All the restaurants are A+++. Shopping and nightlife was fabulous too. This is great for groups of young girls or families who just want to have fun! Loved it!

Hotel was very nice but some complaints I have are - 1. There was a smell of cigarette smoke throughout the ground floor. 2. There was a strange policy regarding the mini bar. You would be charged for simply moving items in the bar ! 3. There were 2 bottles of water placed in the room which we thought were complimentary but we then noticed there was a 7 dollar charge for each bottle. 4. It was difficult to find enough pool beds for our party of 4.

I stayed here as a treat for my 40th birthday. It was definitely worth the price I payed!! Loved the room, the hotel is very well maintained and I loved the complimentary offers I rec'd booking thru hotels.com.

Everything about the room was great! Poor service at the pool when ordering at the bar for lunch. Needed food before catching a flight and it took an hour.

Had heard good things so I wanted to spend four days there. I play poker and spent much of my time in the well run and spacious poker room. Never had a problem getting a table and you are able to eat at tables, which is convenient. Casino itself is huge but comfortable. There are also many resort type restaurants on property outside and up by poker room. Rooms are comfortable and quiet with great bathroom and bed. My view wasn't so hot, but then I wasn't there for that. Everything else was wonderful. Will go again.

Too Smoky, needs better venhilation for sure throughout the entire casino, and i am a smoker.

Vegas style hotel with lots of entertainment on your doorstep, including many restaurants and bars , which is handy if you do not have a car and want to wander around. Lovely pool area, although we were unable to use as check in is at 4pm ! We were staying for 1 night and arrived off a cruise ship at 10am and were not given our room till 4pm, which is their normal time, even though we did ask for earlier if possible and the receptionist said this could be a possibility as some people were checking out. Check out is noon.. With this in mind we felt it was not worth the extra we paid to stay here as we did not use the facilities that we wanted to as could not access our room and luggage. Instead dropped our bags and went to a shopping mall and then returned at 4pm and were tired by then so showered, ate and then slept. I would perhaps choose to stay at a cheaper hotel that gave an earlier use of room and then just visit the entertainment area and casino in future as felt cheated by the 4pm check in , it is too late

This is a very nice hotel! If you are a non-smoker, or if smoke bothers you, I would not recommend it, as you can smoke everywhere in this hotel/casino. Our room was beautiful & very cozy, but had not been cleaned (there was a tissue ontop of the magazine, and melted ice in the ice bucket). We called and asked for the room to be cleaned, but they did not remove the tissue....we were wondering what they did exactly.

The room was nice but even the clothes I didn't wear smelled like smoke. Also like other casinos you have to walk 20 minutes from the garage to the room. Food was overpriced and the place is dead M-W.

i go to the hard rock often and had some family coming in to town to visit for the weekend. i like this facility so i booked them an overpriced room. all they had were complaints for me during their stay. rude staff, excessive fees and room card failing to work at the elevators multiple times

We love this hotel-room is always clean and comfortable. Blue Plate has delicious food and if you ask for turn down service you get a small chocolate guitar on your pillow!

I recently stayed at this hotel. It was okay but not as great as I thought it would be and the surrounding neighborhood was not all that. I booked a non smoking room which was filled with smoke smell. I don't think it was worth the money. The employees were very nice and professional. It was okay but not the best.

We had a great time that night in the casino as well as a great variety of restaurants.

There is a great vary of activities available so everyone in the family regardless of age can be entertained. We enjoyed our visit and we will probably come back again.

EXCELLENT HOTEL . SWIMMING POOL A1 . PARTY 24 HOURS . NICE BOULEVARD . SHOWS . MINUS : THE COFFEE SHOP AND MENU VERY BAD . SHOULD BE A BUFFET AND THE SMELL OF SMOKING EVERYWHERE.

We stayed at the Hard Rock for a quick weekend staycation. We had trouble at check-in, as our reservation included 2 for 1 drink coupons and the guy checking us in told us he had no idea what I was talking about. After getting into our room, I had to pull up my initial email reservation and bring it back down to the front desk for the coupons (which were waiting in an envelope for us). In most resort hotels that have an inhouse spa, you can pay to use the spa faciltiies (steam room, sauna, etc.) but you can't here. You have to buy a spa service to use the spa facilities.

This hotel is beautiful!! It's our little getaway. We only live an hour away from the Hard Rock. We have stayed there twice before. We hang out by the pool all day and gamble at night. Rooms are so clean, nice view, WiFi is free, Flat screen TV, safe, mini bar, Keurig coffee pot, which makes a delicous cup of HOT coffee! If you don't want to use the mini bar, you can order an empty regrigerator to the room. In regards to the pool, we were a little disappointed with the height requirement being 48" to go down the slide. Even if the child knows how to swim? Maybe they should have some type of swim test for the kids. If you plan on visiting or staying at the Hard Rock, NO COOLERS are aloud on the premises at anytime. See you again in November!

Loved this place!!

Great hotel but don't expect Las Vegas! No Craps tables or Roulette, had to pay for drinks while gambling. Otherwise pool was great, too many kids, but overall pretty neat place.

A bit on the expensive side, but a very interesting and exciting place to stay. This facility is gaining more and more popularity among locals as well as the many tourists. I personally visit this casino and hotel often, and even though I only live 36 miles away I enjoy staying overnight, especially after a concert at the Hard Rock Live...

Everything was great! I on They have the fastest checkin and out EVER! ly have two suggestions: 1) Get a Roulette table. 2) Re-felt the pool tables at the billiards club (they were disgusting)!

We had an amazing weekend at The Hard Rock! The room was beautiful, the staff was awesome! Had no problem getting a reservation at any of the restaurants on property. and to top everything off we won big at Black Jack!!!! Went to see a concert at Hard Rock Live and it was great!

not a good place for not smokers!!! as you walk trough the lobby, you get that smell all over. bad!!!

Checking in we had a clerk who was too tired to do her job well. When my credit card didn't go right through she told me it was no good. When I called my company they told me that there wasn't a problem and that the desk clerk tried only once and when it didn't go right through they rejected it. Luckily, I travel with more than one credit card. Next, at every turn we were made to pay upfront and it always seemed like they were expecting us to try to rip them off. I know it's a casino and hotel but have a little faith that most people are good. Our dining experience at Tequila Junction will never be repeated. They have good food but terrible service. The best part of the hotel is the Spa. It was clean, well managed, comfortable, well-stocked, and the services were well delivered. I would return to the Spa but not the hotel. Don't get me wrong we encountered excellent service from some of the hotel staff but mostly I felt they were bothered by my questions or needs. Pool service slow. One waitress to service the whole pool area is nuts. Last but not least, the vulgar dancing at the check-in desk bar was disgusting to say the least. I know your establishment is not a family distination but it's also not a Swingers Club. Clean it up or at least monitor your guests. If you are running a brothel, guests should be warned.

It is hard to find decent food. The Constant Grind (a coffee shop with good pastries) is the best place for breakfast. Johnny Rockets (the burger place) is the best food out of the hot food restaurants. We went to Bluepoint Ocean for a nice dinner and were disappointed. The food was mediocre and the owner was in the middle of the restaurant on 2 cell phones having loud conversations. One was about his new cell phone carrier and the bill. We did not try Coucil Oaks because it was too expensive. The casino is fun but it is so full of smoke you can't breathe. I had to leave the floor early because my eyes were burning and my throat was sore. The very small no smoking area of the casino did not have any good machines. The Poker room is wonderful. No smoking allowed. The pool is fabulous! They should have an outdoor elevator or 2 to allow hotel guests access to the pool without trapsing through the casino. The only thing missing from the pool is a swimup bar. Overall a very good experience! Much happier with customer service this trip.
