Easy check-in at Sental. No long Q. Take KLIA Express direct to the KLIA. Very convenience. Would stay there again.

The staff in reception is not nice and when we check out - we found a charge of phone call which made at midnight. We told them we didn't make any call and they seems not trusting us and talk to us in a very poor manner. I think it is better to investigate first instead of challenging the customers. But the overall environment and location of the hotel is good! As it is locate on top of the KL central station, the transportation is very conveniene.

My stay in Le Meridian was very fruitful. Staff were very nice and the place was very convenient The only thing I have a minor issue was the Fact that if u put to privacy the doorbell doesn't work.

This is one of the best hotel in KL, very easy to reach, excellent service.

I got the room at a very cheap price, which was perfect as I just had one night so needed to be close to the KLIA Express. There were a couple of hairs in the bathroom and the room was a little tired. Overall a good stay - friendly staff although no offer to help with bags (i only had a small one, but usually would be offered). Friends stayed at the hilton next door which was a far nicer room, but also a lot higher cost. All in all I would recommend if you need the location and get a good deal. If its the same as hilton, choose the hilton. The pool area is fantastic.

Conveniently located at Sentral train station. We arrived by bus from the KL LCC terminal.( You head across to the other side of the station complex, up the escalators and across the covered pedestrian crossing and you're there). The monorail is a short 4 min walk from the sentral station complex which gives easy access to Bukit Bintang area and Petronas towers. Little India is across the station complex from the hotel. Most conveniently located on the 11b stop for the KL Hop-on-hop-off bus tour. The stop is in the street between the hotel and the Sentral Station complex. You can buy your ticket from the seller there at the stop. Hotel pool is great as is the Gym. The drinks are pricey in the bar. Although out of the centre of the city, it gives easy access if you arrive by bus from LCCT or by train from Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA.) which may suit if you need to get out of town back to airport in peak traffic times. Overall a classy joint. Concierge was helpful with orientation. Free WIFI in lobby area only, chargeable in the room.

if you need to spend in this hotel one night thats fine,if longer be aware this hotel is very,very old and smelly very bad.

For anyone visiting KL for the first time, I would strongly recommend the Meridien as it joins KL Sentral, the main train station in KL, and only 28 mins from KLIA on the fast train. It is only a 50c train ride to Petronas and easily connects to other attractions. The hotel is practically new, and very comfortable, the staff very accommodating, and the food in the buffet outstanding, although a little pricey by local standards. If you are visiting KL stay here, you will not be disappointed!

Good, convenient location!!

This hotel is situated directly on the KL Sentral Station-very convinient for airport transfers, basically what we were looking for. On the station you even will find marks showing the way to the hotel as they are separated only by 1 car passage. Clean, quiet, small but well equiped rooms, VERY GOOD SPA and gym, outdoors swimming pool, that the hotel shares with Hilton. Hilton and Le Meridien are twin buildings that share SPA and swim pool. Overal it was a very pleasant stay, very helpfull and eficient stuff,

This hotel was pretty good, but I found that some of the areas were a bit tired (i.e. the cushion covers in the looby had holes and the swimming pool slide was closed), but my overall experience was positive. Due to the convenient location, there was little need to take a taxi, although getting one was very convenient. The public trains (LRT, Monorail, Komuter and KLIA Express) were just right there. This was great as we could avoid the notorious traffic jams of KL. There is a lot of construction going on around the hotel but that cannot be helped. Our room was facing the east so we were spared the noise of the construction on the other side of the building. The room was comfortable and I slept wonderfully in the bed. The pillows were great and so were the blankets. We did have difficulty adjusting the room temperature. We adjusted it to 26C, but it felt more like 18C. Overall a very good experience.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights, service was very good, room was very clean and best of all is the location. you can get sky train, subway and monorail all from the street across the hotel parking lot and I like the breakfast too.

The hotel is located right next to the KL central, the main transportation hub. It is easy to get to any place from here. Best of all, the price of this hotel is half what hilton is (which is situated right next to it)

The temperature in the room was 25oC. Maintenance called twice and still wouldn't drop below 22oC. Far too hot to sleep. Common areas of hotel also too warm. Expected bathroom to be bigger for a 5* hotel

In KL for business conference. Clean, comfortable rooms, friendly helpful staff. We did not eat at the hotel due to other commitments. Close to train station. enjoyable stay. Excellent rate through hotels.com

lovely hotel , staff very helpful and polite. The porters took our bags to the railway for checkin with malaysian airlines in the morning which left us free to to sightsee and lounge around the pool before our evening flight. We arrived early and were able to acces our rooms and they gave us a late checkout due to our late flight. A bonus was the free wi-fi in lobby and resturants

it was well located. every thing was fine. nice swimming pool and breakfast. But it had construction near and it' was quite noisy

you'll stay in a stylish room at a construction site. there are nothing around you except construction site and train station. You have to get a taxi to go anywhere. the pool is really good in 8th floors but Construction workers watching u all the time and the noise was terrible. this hotel completely ruined by neighborhood and building project around it.

Everything you would expect of from a world class hotel. Except that for some reason, housekeeping does not replenish disposable slippers or hand lotions. Their breakfast is absolutely fabulous! Great quality and variety of food. And service at breakfast was top-notch as well. For shopping options take a train to Mid Valley Mega Mall, only 1 stop away.

This is my second stay at Le Meridian due to it's convenient transportation service. I had arrived via ETS (Electric Train Service) from Ipoh directly to KL Sentral and the hotel is located right across the street from the station. KL Sentral has transportation services to KLIA, LCCT and also has a monorail service to other parts of town like Bangsar, Berjaya Times Square etc. Although I only had 2 nights at the hotel, it's possible to book day trips and and day long trips from the concierge at the lobby. I used City Discovery for my short stay in Kuala Lumpur to tour some main highlights like the Chinatown night market, Mariaman Temple and a cultural show. The hotel adjoins the Hilton and has a beautiful pool on the 8th floor. Great pool side service, the spa is truly relaxing, really nice gym with studio for yoga and pilates. The breakfast service on the 5th floor and the executive lounge on the 33rd floor is awesome. So many varieties of breakfast choices. Although, you can just walk across the street to KL Sentral and get cheaper food options, I just felt lazy and decided to splurge on getting the breakfast deal. If you need to print out your flight itineraries, the business center on the 33rd floor or the ground floor staff will be more than happy to help you. English is widely spoken so you will not have any issues with communications. Take the monorail to Bukit Bintang from KL Sentral and you're right smack in the heart of shopping, food and entertainment. I visited the Pavillions Mall to sample Malaysian cuisine in the food court but didn't do any serious shopping since you'll get the same stuff in the USA. I will definitely stay here again whenever I am back in Malaysia.

Counter staff was warm, friendly and professional eventhough we had checked in early at 11.30am. Le Meridien is conveniently located opposite KL Sentral. Easy to take taxis, LRT and within 10 minutes drive to Mid Valley. We were spoilt with the many food joints available in the hotel as well as at KL Sentral. The two days were spent eating, eating and shopping. We will certainly stay at Le Meridien again.

I would highly recommend this centrally located hotel. Accomodation, facilities, staff and food first class. Would not hrsitate to stay here again,

A very nice and strategic location hotel because its location near the KL sentral station. So we can trsvel to many places by variious transportation. My suggestion is : pls put shower tray in the closet. because in Indonesia. people used to wash after defecation with water.

Le Meridian was a perfect place for us to stay during our stopover to Europe. The location next to KLCentral railway station was so convenient. From the airport train to the hotel was less than 10 minutes walk. The hotel offered excellent service. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Even though there was construction nearby it didn't intrude on our stay. We would highly recommend Le Meridian and hope to return soon.

KL central is appropreate for business trip. Not suitable for vacation. But traffic convenience is goood to access the sightseeng place.

Sheer convenience puts this hotel at the top of the list. Arrived early morning, collected luggage, which porter put on fast train to KL Central for 28mins & 71km journey. Porter took luggage to the hotel for check in. KL Central is a transport hub & is in easy reach of anywhere in KL. With major airlines you can check luggage in & get boarding pass @ KL Central Station, then fast train back to airport with no traffic issues! How easy was that! Only negative, there was building noise near to the hotel.

Me and my wife stayed for two nights in a standard room on the 28th floor. The room was well kept and very clean. Good bed and good linnen as well. The room was kind of small, but who cares. The location is great, actually the best, when it comes to communications to and from the airport, city center and so on. The breakfast was also very good, 4.5 out of 5 according to us. The staff was really great, not servile but polite and professional. Check out took, read this, ten seconds! "Did you take anything from the minibar? No? Then we are all set." Only one complaint: TV reception was very bad. Overall a good 5 star hotel, nothing fancy, nothing that sticks out, but still good!

Very convenient from airport via KLIA Express. A little far away from the central business district. Still I will be back.

Hotel is basically ok but not what we expected from a Le Meridien. It's located close to the railway station but not really central. Rooms are rather small and not as comfortable as you would expect from a Le Meridien. There was a big construction area right next to the hotel making a lot of noise. The SPA and pool area, however, looked nice. The hotel is ok to stay overnight but if you are looking for a higher standard and a central location you should probably make another choice.

KL Meridien is a very good value 5 star hotel in a very convenient location for the train to the airport and public transport generally although there is little else of interest accessible on foot. We don't have a lot of experience of 5 star hotels but our room was well-equipped if not huge. The buffet breakfast was amazing - you could eat three meals a day plus afternoon tea from the selection. The pool was also nice but unfortunately overlooked by a building site. A very large tower block is being erected directly in front of the hotel which threatens to reduce the attractive views of the Lake Gardens from the restaurant and many rooms

It's very good to stay, if we get the special rate we will stay longer and every time of visit.

I had only 3 days in Kuala Lumpur so relatively limited time to do touristy things. This hotel is in a perfect location. Literally a 4 minute walk from when I got off the KLIA Ekspres train at Sentral Station to the hotel lobby (be careful when crossing the street as you go through the taxi stand queue). Stayed in a "Royal Club Room" on the 23rd floor, corner room, that suited me fine for what I needed - a comfortable bed, clean bathroom, and the little extra amenities. Club Lounge is on the 33rd floor which provided a simple cold breakfast as well as a substantial hot/cold buffet between 6-8pm with free alcoholic/non-alcoholic drinks). The breakfast buffet at the 5th floor restaurant was great and a wide variety of options from an omelette station to dim sum to typical Malay items and vegetarian/Hindi food. Hotel/restaurant staff was friendly and provided excellent service. Always a smile. If I have a criticism my room didn't have a real dresser for clothes but the closet did provide a little space. Would definitely stay at this hotel again and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Stylist & comfortable hotel, with great parkland and city views. Excellent service by warm, friendly staff. Close to the transport hub which is Sentral Station where you check-in for Malaysian airline flights, then catch an express train to the airport, or just get around the city using trains, monorail or buses. Close the Brickfields (Little India) and Chinatown and all their interesting temples, as well as the huge botanical gardens.

I cam back from a beach stay to Kuala Lumpur. My first week in the city had been at the Sheraton Imperial, which I enjoyed immensely. The last two nights at the Meridien were also a pleasure. I could not have picked a better hotel for my return. Aside from all the advantages of the hotel itself and the friendliness of the staff, being next to KL Sentral, was an added plus I was not aware of. The fact that you can check in for your flight right across the street from the hotel is an incredible advantage.

Great hotel, location and ammenities. Excellent service. I would definetly stay there again.
