The location is great for the beach, but it's a bit noisy- probably like anywhere else in D.Beach. Good, friendly service at a good price.

The room was very comfortable and clean. My view of the ocean was wonderfull! I would highly recommend this hotel! The little Italian restaurant across the street was very good and affordable as well!! Perfect getaway!

The location of the hotel is great being on the end of the boardwalk. You can walk the strip for some fun. The problems come in with the pool area. During March they blast the pool area with music that blasts your brain. The pool area does not have enough lounges. The ones they do have are not covered. If you want to sit in the sun go elsewhere.

Cleanliness and maintenance are issues here that need to be addressed. Hotel location is excellent and price was great but a few simple things could make this a great hotel instead of just ok.

The location of Broadway is perfect, within walking distance of everything. The hotel itself and the room were both clean, the parking is horrible tho, if you get a good parking spot you are best to leave it there and walk everywhere. This is the only oceanfront room I have ever stayed in that didnt have a balcony, which will keep me from going back. And dont go during spring break, had a drunk college kid from the beach pull the fire alarm at 1am

Everything went smooth after booking on Hotels.com the day before our visit. During check in asked about upgrading the room and was offered a 1st floor ocean view room with a patio right in front of the pool for an extra $20 bucks a night. I'm glad I asked as this made the stay much more enjoyable. Hotel staff was friendly and the location is great as it's right on A1A & the International Speedway. It's a close walk to the Ocean Deck which is the only bar located on the beach, something to consider if you plan on having a night or two of drinking during your stay. All in all very pleased with everything. There are definitely nicer Hotels to choose from, but for the price I'd rather save a couple hundred bucks than have a nice gym to work out in our a prettier lobby to look at.

This hotel stay was great. The location is excellent. There are plenty of small restaurants to get pizza, sandwiches, finger foods, etc within a few minutes walking distance to the hotel. Also main street is just a few blocks walk. As well as the boardwalk just right up the street. The staff was very friendly and always helpful. The hotel room was clean and overall was great for the price. They have free wifi and also free hot breakfast in the morning. Waffles, cereal, sausage, eggs, etc. We will definitely stay again next year.

Great location, great service, clean rooms, good breakfast, friendly people. Will be booking for next year here again.

We had a great time! Room was clean, staff was helpful and super friendly. We were close to everything, minutes from the Daytona Track, restaurants, the pier, Zip Line adventure park and right on the beach!

There were people yelling through out the night...the rooms had only a few outlets, none by the table. The wake up call was 20 minutes late...I guess you get what you pay for...my rate was only $78 for the night. Won't stay again.

This hotel is perfect for location and price. Rooms have been remodeled and are nice. We are planning our week vacation here in July, the suites are perfect for groups over 4.

What a difference since the last time i stayed which was back in 2006. they must have remodeled. i staed 1 night for $63.00 and when i got there i was able to upgrade to an ocean view top floor room for only an extra $10. the rooms were bettere than some ive stayed in at $150 per night in DT orlando! the location could not have better and the free breakfast was a great way to start our day. i will only be going to this hotel from now on in daytona. thanks

we enjoyed the location! it was beautiful to get a parking lot room with a great view of the ocean,just outside your door. free breakfast was the best. hot food! we will be staying there from now on.

I very rarely write negative reviews of hotels as I am pretty easy going and appreciate that not everything can be perfect all the time, and that you get what you pay for, That having been said, I really can't find a great deal of positive comments to make about the Boardwalk. The room had a toilet that didn't flush properly, and a fridge that was leaking and left a large wet patch on the carpet. The pool looked reasonably clean but was full of seagulls. Overall it wasn't terrible but was certainly sub standard. There are plenty of hotels to choose from in Daytona Beach and I certainly wouldn't book this one again.

Dirty hotel, old, disgusting.

Great price for the location of the hotel. Staff was very nice. Good Hot Breakfast.

Great view. People were very nice. Room big but smelled moldy.

Please clean the kitchen of a suite. The oven was filthy. Dishes should be disinfected. Do not just post a sign that says they do not meet proper regulations for inspection purposes. Most places along the ocean strip look very run down. This was one of the better ones.

When I got to the Hotel I thought it was going to be a bad hotel. But when I saw it in person I couldn't believe how awesome it was. The Employees are really helpful and the person preparing the breakfast was really nice too. I hope to stay in this hotel again soon, and I suggest it to everyone that goes there.

Spend a few extra dollars and stay at a better hotel. You will be highly disappointed in this hotel especially at how dirty it is. If you walk around in white socks, they will be black within just a few minutes. Very damp and muggy with no cleaning before we arrived. Even found a dirty old bra on the side of the couch. Take my advive and stay somewhere else. No room service during the 3 days we were there. Had to go and ask for new towels and linens. Again, for a couple of extra dollars, we could have stayed at a cleaner hotel.

We had a great time.. The free breakfast was nice..wish there was a little more variety, but still nice...The best thing about our stay was being able to walk out of our back door and being right there by the pool....with the beach just steps away.!!....Loved It.

The personel at the hotel were extremely helpful and the service was also fantastic the hotel is a little older than what i wanted but it was kept up overall we had a great stay and would go back again in the very near future...

no heat , carpet needs to be cleaned .food not very good

Rooms lack amenities, room was not made up on day 2, no iron ir ironing board. Hot tub was 75 degrees. Breakfast was OK but on 1st day, eggs were ice cold. Hotel was remodeled but done so a the cost of doing it right. Location in the beach is amazing. Internet connection was supperb.
