The room too small. Fixtures are old. Air was noisy. Not coming back again. The staffs have nothing to do with it, great staffs.

Good location and reasonable price.

This hotel is in fashionable Gangnamgu, which is great for shopping but makes for a long commute if you're trying to make meetings in the financial district. Everything about the hotel works, though it's a bit frustrating that it only has LAN Internet access in the rooms, which forces smartphone users to congregate in the lobby to use the Wifi. The breakfast offering is not impressive for the price. You're better off walking to either end of the block to the Starbucks.

I think this hotel should be rated a 3.5 star. The location is not very convenient and is a little worn down. The toilet was so close to the wash sink that you could sleep on it while on the toilet.

The hotel is in a central location with good accessibility to public transport and main highways. The sevice was proffesionel and welcomming however the hotel interior and rooms might soon need an overhaul. There is no WIFI in the rooms wher einternet is reached by cable nor in the executive business lounge where even cable was not available. I believe that the hotel is slightly overprices compared to the quality of the fascilities

Initially said didn't have two beds available then magically wanted an extra charge for two beds. Manager finally said okay, no upcharge and had a room with two beds - one single, one double. Restaurant staff could not speak English very well, prices were really high, and service mediocre. We were told we could not sit at one place as that section was closed (only a couple of other patrons there at the time) but two businessmen came by after us and were seated in the section we wanted. Would not go back if needed a restaurant in the hotel.

Good location for this hotel south of the Han River. Hotel rate did not include use of the hotel-managed gym. Cable Internet connection was not good all days - unusual for South Korea given the high-quality internet infastructure throughout the country available now.

The Ramada Seoul is a great option for travelers looking to stay in-and-around the Gangnam area of Seoul. It is within walking distance of the COEX, the Seven Luck Casino, and the Jamsil Sports Complex. Our room was large and had all of the amenities expected; the only issue encountered was with the in-room air conditioning functionality. The staff told us that even though there are individual temperature controls in each room, the air conditioning system is a central system and the decision on whether-or-not to use it is controlled by the hotel management. This means you don't really have control over the temperature in your room unless they have elected to activate the system. Luckily for us we could open a window to cool-down the room as it was cool outside, but I could see this being an issue to a lot of people whom want to keep their room at a certain temperature. Other than this our stay was fine and we didn't encounter any major issues. The bright spot for this hotel is the staff. We never had any issues communicating in english and any requests we made were met quickly and with a smile. Definitely cannot give the staff any less than 5 stars. The price was fair, the staff was friendly, and the location was great. The hotel is also in good condition both on the exterior and interior. Overall I would stay here again and recommend it to others.

As a very frequent traveler, I try to work things out with the hotel if at all possible, but the staff here seemed very disinterested in their clients comfort. The bed was the worst of any hotel I've ever been in. Room was in horrid condition....old furniture, everything in great need of replacement. Found that the spa was only available for men, including the pool. Very disappointed in this hotel. Will not return, but feel it important to share my experience.

Very nice rooms, nice staff. Walkable distance from metro stop, Coex Mall, and a lovely Buddhist temple open to the public. No complaints at all.

This hotel is located in excellent location to do business. Everything is good except the bed. The bed was a little bit uncomfortable.

I really appreciate the included wi-fi, breakfast, evening happy hour and sauna that was part of the base price. I have spent an accumulated total of about 1 year in Seoul and know how much some other facilities charge for these items. Location is about 15 minutes walk to and from my office and about 10 minutes walk from the subway station. Only items that I would add would be washer/dryer in rooms, a swimming pool, and additional sauna for the ladies.

Hotel in a very good location...convience store across the street, lots of resturants close by and in walking distance to the COEX which is a must see when you visit Seoul. Rooms nice and clean, staff very nice and very willing to help. Taxi service right out front.

The Ramada Seoul was very nicely located next to the park where they buried all the kings of Korea. You get a nice view no matter which side you're on. We had a city view from the 14th floor, others would've had the park view, which in Summer time is VERY green. The hotel is located directly in between a line 2/Bungdang Subway Station and a line 7 Subway Station. Both are about 700-800 meters from the hotel. We ordered room service and it was brought up promptly and tasted great. The TV channel selection was limited, but they had CNN, Discovery, and all the normal Korean channels. There were some stains on the floor and side of the bed trim, but they did not look like "dirty" stains. And... either the walls are a bit thin, or a couple was being very loud the next room over. We heard all 3 minutes of it.... The hotel staff was great, the bathroom had a bidet, and there were many comforts of home (towels, bathrobes, beauty clean-up supplies, Q-tips, scale, etc...), the airconditioner was a slow cool-down, but it worked. I would recommend this hotel overall. For the price we paid, it was worth it!

I picked this hotel due to the price and proximity to COEX. It is pretty close to the COEX (2 miles) which is not bad, but amenities and look and feel of hotel is more like a motel. Transport from the airport is also not bad as the Limo bus stop right at the door which is very convenient. Once I walk in, though, I was not impressed. The check-in process is very slow and to make it worse only one person was manning the desk at that time, and this is at about 7pm, so not the best choice to staff only one person at the front desk. The room I got promptly smelled like cigarette even though it is a non-smoking room, I found an ash tray on the side table, so perhaps other guests do too and smoke anyway causing the smell to travel through air vent. Hotel staff were not helpful at all and are not knowledgeable about the area. I have stayed in many hotels in Korea sometimes paying less than what I paid here with more satisfaction, so I would only stay here again as a last resort.

I have stayed in this hotel when it was known as New Seoul Hotel with 4 star rating. At that time, I sweared that I would not come back. Since then the ownerhsip of the hotel has changed and now known as Ramada Seoul, which did not convince me for another try. However, this time, I had no choice but book a room with Ramada. Upon check in, clerk told me my room was upgraded to Executive Floor. What a surprise! The entire room was remodeled: bathroom, room layout and furnitures are in combination of those of Renaissance and Coex Continental Hotel. It was a Great Value for the money. A piece of advice, please teach staffs how to smile.

the good - very clean and impresive hotel. Small yet very upscale look to it. When it was raining hard on my stay there. They lended us 2 umbrellas for the day for free. Plus you get FREE complimentary internet and a desktop computer in each room. the bad - 2 train station nearby yet not that close by... both stops are about 4 or 5 blocks away. the ugly - We enjoyed our stay there however there are 2 Ramada Hotels at KangNam part of Seoul and if u don't know that... the taxi could mistakenly take u to the wrong other Ramada.

the Good - 1. got the room for hundred range per night and for the money was GREAT! 2. clean very modern, felt like a top class hotel feeling. 3. great service from top to bottom. The maid service was ultra friendly, the manager & front desk so helpful, the doorman lended us 2 umbrellas on rainy days. 4. All the taxi drivers knew exactly where it's at... there are 2 Ramada Hotels in kangnam, Seoul so makell sure u tell them to take u to the one at the kangnam co-ex. 5. great 24 hours KG store and a 24 hours boon shik jum restaurant for dduk bok eee and kimbap across the street. 6. night club downstairs and restaurant and a po jang ma cha opens up near entrance at late night. 7. FREE wifi with a computer in all the rooms! the Bad - 1. kinda too far from the subway stations. u have to walk a good 4+ blocks for a subway station. the UGLY - really nothing bad to say about this place. I love the FREE computer in the room with FREE internet. it's a great place to stay. for hundred range range.

I stayed here based on one reviewers claim of a great location. I'm not sure why that claim was made. The location is just OK. Nice hotel for the price. Would stay there again.

I thought the stay was absolutely amazing. They upgrades us to a better stay. The only problem was the plumming of the sink, it was leaking. After brushing my teeth, the floor was wet.

We enjoyed our stay at the Ramada Seoul. The 7 minute walk to the Subway is accurate, but don't try to go from the Subway to the hotel with luggage. It is all up hill.

訪韓20回目。 以前にも泊まった事があります。 場所が明洞より遠いので何度か往復しました。 ホテルの質と値段を考えると明洞周辺に泊まるよりは断然良いです。 隣駅にコエックスモールもありますので そちらを利用すれば明洞まで行く必要はないかもしれません。 帰りのフライト時間が朝8時だったので 5時にホテルを出ました。 その際、従業員さんがホテルの外まで出てタクシーを捕まえてくれました。 この時間だとタクシーもまばらですので 大変助かりました。 また日本語の通じる従業員もいるので ホテル滞在に関しては全く不便はありません。 ただクラブフロアを利用したのですが それに関する説明をもう少ししていただけると助かりますね。

ホテルは居心地がよく それなりに落ち着きます。 アクセスも悪くはありませんが 地下鉄の駅までは歩きます。 慣れれば 使いやすいと思います。

Hotel wenig sexy, schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Frühstücksbuffet dürftig. Als Hotel für Geschäftsleute mit limitiertem Spesenbudget ok.

주위에 지하철 공사중이여서 길위에철판이 깔려서 새벽에 차량이 다니면 철판소리 넘 심해서 밤잠을 설치네요...ㅠㅠㅠㅠ 게다가 방 시설도 정비가 잘 안되어서 ㅠㅠㅠㅠ 욕조에 물도 잘 빠지지 않아서 진짜 웬만한 모텔보다 못한듯 하네요..가격은 모텔의 몇배씩 받고..ㅠ

フランスからの飛行機の乗り継ぎが出来なかったため、1泊をキャンセルしました。2日目に早めについたのですが、Check in出来ないとの事で、荷物を預かってもらい、仕事へ行き、夜帰ってくると、Franceで買ってきたWineのbottleを割ってしまったとの事でした。直謝りはし、2本の中から好きなWineを選んでよいとの事だったので、California産ではなく、France産をChoice、選んだのは日本円で3万円との事(ほんと?) Wineはいくらで購入しましたか？と聞かれ30ユーロ位と答えたら、エレベータの中でも再確認され、後から部屋にこのWineに交換してくださいと別のを持って来た。前のものより古かったが、日本にもって帰って飲んだらあまりうまくなかった。酸化防止剤の入っていないWineを飲みたかった。この一人のホテルマンの態度がこのホテルの質を大きく下げた事件でした。 Franceで買ったWineを返してほしい。

ラウンジのアイスコーヒーが麦茶みたいに薄いのを除けば、ホットミールもあり充実していました。アルコールは一人３杯までいただくことができます。部屋はやや暖房が効きませんでしたが、寒いと感じるほどではありません。ホテルまでのアクセスはKALリムジンバス１本で行けますが、時間がややかかります。

ソウル中心街からは離れているがＣＯＥＸには徒歩圏にあり、江南地区で仕事をするには便利なロケーション。 ホテル館内はやや古びた印象を受けたが、スタッフは英語や日本語を話し接客態度がよかった。 ただ、部屋にバスタブがなくシャワーだけだったこと、トイレにウォッシュレットがついていなかったこと、テレビがブラウン管で液晶ではなかったこと等設備面で改善してほしい所がある。 総じて、ビジネスマンの出張で滞在するには可も無く不可もない、リーズナブルなホテル。

バスルームに悪臭がするし、髪の毛が残っていた。

ギリギリの予約だったせいか？ 2部屋予約して1部屋はバスタブが無くしかも階違いでした・・・ フトントで同じ階のバスタブ付の部屋にして欲しいと依頼したところ、今日は満室なので明日以降ならＯＫとの事でした 翌日にはバスタブ付の同じ階の部屋にして頂けましたが、バスタブが無い部屋が有るので注意して下さい

今回初の韓国旅行でしたが、ホテルからソンヌン駅から徒歩10分タクシーﾜﾝﾒｰﾀｰと使い位置にあり、ﾐｮﾝﾄﾞﾝにも電車で30分位と移動しやすい位置でした。空港にもﾀｸｼｰで約三万ウオンで行けます。ホテルの周りは地下鉄工事をしておりさらに移動が便利になるでしょう。 ホテル内・朝食も申し分なく公園（国定公園）があり景色も良いです。繁華街がら少し離れている分静かでした。 日本語も通じます。皆さん親切でした。

ホテルの部屋自体はキレイでした。 とても快適でした。 だけど観光として行くならば、少し不便でしょう。。。 私は現地に友人がいた為に自宅から近いこのホテルとしました。

受付の男性がとても親切で、観光したい行き先を言うと、こちらが頼まないのに、「タクシーの運転手さんにこれを見せたらいいから」とハングルで書いてくれました。 部屋も、空きがあるからとアップグレードしてくれました。他のスタッフもみんな笑顔で、感じがいい。 空港から一時間ほどかかる、繁華街から離れている点と、部屋にバスタブがなかった事は、残念ですが、宿泊していて、とても気持ちのいいホテルでした。
