This facility is smack dab in the middle of whatever you need while traveling in that you have within walking distance food-drink-clothes and especially a Wal -Mart. The hotel is clean and updated and for the cost the beds are excellent. If you are looking for the "Ritz" this is not the place , but if you want an apartment style stay this the place as it has a complete kitchen and Refrig !! The location along with the ease of shopping makes this hotel a place to stay if you are headed to LA or Magic Mountain.

The room and kitchenette were fine, but the lack of amenities will keep us from future stays. No maid service at all for a three day stay, very minimal "breakfast" and no pool, hot tub, or gym left a lot to be desired.

It was good for the location and comfort of the bed. Air conditioner didn't work that great.

First the room I reserved was not available. Nothing was in the room in the way of toiletries...I had to go downstairs to get shampoo and a blow dryer. The iron had something melted on it and when I asked for another one I again had to go downstairs to get it. The second one had something on it and it was the only one left.

Everything was great. Walls did seem thin, as we could hear someone speaking in the next room. Other than that, perfectly satisfactory. I liked having the kitchen and would use it again if I needed to cook.

Helpful staff. Room was comfortable. Nice closet space with racks. Even had a reclining chair. Nice touch.

I don't understand why this place has received such a low rating before. The place has been remodeled and you get a bargain for what you pay. Nice place to stay overnight, equipped with the kitchenette and TV. What more do you need?

Big spacious rooms, loved the hardwood floors! Clean and inviting! Would stay again. Not the best breakfast but a lot of restaurants nearby to choose from!

First of all we came down from Concord,Ca a very long drive and i am Pregnant. I had called a day before we left and told them we might be there around 12:30pm or 1pm and asked if it was ok and they said yes so we went straight to the hotel and we get there and they said NO you have to come back at 3pm and it was 1pm. I was so tired and needed to rest a little and we were told sorry need come back. I am pregnant and needed to rest and go to the restroom. SO upset why do they tell you that the room will be ready when i get there and then they say no. When we came back around 4pm the front desk man saw me walk up right in front of him and as i was telling him my last name he answered the phone. That is really rude He should have told the person that called can you please hold i will be right with you instead he just ignored me. OMG that is just so rude. We will be going to LA in June for a few days and alot of family will be traveling there i am sure not going to tell them about this place. And breakfast is not a breakfast. They do not have any juice or milk for those that can not drink coffee or teas sinces i am pregnat i can not drink coffee..

It was ok. I ended up having to get a room since the frwy got closed. The hotel was ok. No shampoo or conditioner. Only a bar of soap. The continental breakfast was a granola bar, apple and package of oatmeal. Not real great just ok. The extended stay hotel in Arizona was much nicer and better than this.

The lobby/room/kitchennette all were great, clean, fast and easy. The hotel itself is in a weird spot. It is next to a Goodwill across the street from a little shopping center with a grocery and some lunch/dinner spots. Continental breakfast came with. Check-out could be extended to 12 without cost and $10 per one hour after (not sure how long they would let you hang, but nice as we wanted to shower after a race).

The beds were to hard. I count sleep at all.

The hotel is in a nice suburban area. The shopping center across the street was convenient. The only disappointment was the hotel didn't provide a hair dryer as stated on the website, but that was not a huge deal.

No listing on additional charges

This hotel was the only establishment that had an in room kitchen near Six Flags Magic Mountain. We chose this location because the rooms were cheaper and close to where we wanted to visit. The stay was okay, but for the price, we would have saved much more money staying at a Super 8 motel. Aside from the kitchen in the room, this facility was no more than a glorified Motel 6. We requested sheets for the nasty hide-a-bed, and the front desk made us go get them. The tubs did not shut off all the way. The kitchen cupboards were missing doors. I could go on and on. If all you need is a cheap room that accepts pets, then this is an okay choice. If you want something more than that, go somewhere else!

For the price and because we were only staying one night it was just fine. The room was renovated so it was clean. The overall smell of the hallways could use some work. The Continental breakfast wasn't even worth stopping for. The young lady who worked the night desk was very nice and helpful. Although we did have some kids running up and down the hallway yelling, it all quieted down by around 10:00.

Positive: great location, was quieter than other reviews indicated. Negative: recently remodeled rooms not either poorly done or not as recent as one would think.

I stayed at this hotel for two days while my home was under construction/repairs. When I first arrived, I was greeted by the check in staff in a very polite manner. Since I had already booked the room via Hotel.com, I just provided them with my information and the staff gave me a key and a brief description of the area. Overall, the hotel and room was clean. The surrounding area is filled with fast food restaurants and stores to buy personal effects if you forgot to pack them. The hotel is also convienently located within a minute to a major freeway (5). The one thing I did notice was the noise within the rooms. The walls are very thin, so you can here voices and walking nearby. Also, I'm a non smoker, and you can smell the odor of smoke if you leave a window open. So, I closed my window and ran the ac throughout the stay, which was no problem. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I would return to this hotel as compared to some of the other more expensive hotels in the area. There are a few hotels a distance away that are cheaper, but the areas that they are in are not as favorable.

hotels.com said it would have a sofa bed, but upon check-in nothing, stayed for 2 nights both rooms were not cleaned,

My stay at this hotel was horrendous. I was treated rudely because I was not a weekly or monthly guest. The room was poorly cleaned and we had to ask them to come and re-clean a few times. Walls were very tin and very noisy. I will NEVER stay in this hotel EVER again.

The bed was really comfy, loved having the fridge and there was plenty of table/desk space. We had a nice view as well. I would def come back.

Overall, quite noisy...shower water next door was loud. Very annoying was the noise in the room above me. I could hear footsteps, walking back and forth until 4 in the morning...did not sleep well during my stay due to overall noise level in surrounding rooms. Also, the window got stuck and I couldnt close it..

The hotel front desk staff were rude, rude, rude. I had prepaid for 2 nights, and showed them my receipt upon arriving. The second day, I returned to the hotel to find I had been locked out of my room. Staff members, both male and female were very accusatory and insisted they see my ID and credit cards. I was not about to give them access to my credit card, as I had already paid, and all of my belongings were locked up in my room. They were not interested in listening to my information, until I finally retrieved my original receipt and paperwork from my car. Then they realized it was a mistake on their part and finally apologized. I was humiliated in front of other people. I believe their attitude toward me was racially motivated.

So I decided to try this hotel because it was so close to MAGIC MTN. less than 4 miles away, 5 minute drive. The location is perfect. Right off the I-5, Has a Ralph's grocery store across the street, the WoodRanch BBQ Restaurant, tons of other big boxes like staples, Ross, other smaller chains like chinese food, etc...Safe and clean looking area. The hotel was rennovated recently so it's nice and clean, rooms are clean and comfortable. The AC/Heater unit is loud, you can't sleep through it. The air there smells funny for some reason, like a strong lysol smell. spacious rooms with cable tv. continental breakfeast is just oatmeal, oranges and apples and 2 selections of coffee. The service was weird. They sent me to a room that wasn't even made yet. no pens or notepads in the room to write with, no do not disturb sign in the room. vending machines were expensive. I'd stay here again though. Magic Mtn was great.

the room are in needed of paint they also needed cover on the electric outlet covers or missing there was patches and the phone jack in the bathroom was off the wall . the paint around the shower was pilling up and smelling of mold

The hotel was nice and in a nice area. But once we got into our room it was extremely disapointing to see that the room was under revovation. The curtain was laying across the bed and after driving for 5 hours the last thing I was expecting to do was hang curtains. There were dirty drywall nails on top of the clean towels and other metal objects on the counter space. We also discovered the coofee maker was missing. The bed was comfy, and i am sure the rooms will be great once updated, but I didnt feel like I got what I paid for. :-(

Was very unhappy and disappointed with my stay at this hotel. When I checked in i noticed a bad smell, opened the windows and tried to get beyond it - when my daughter came they mentioned the strong smell also - in the morning the shower did not work and was forced to take a bath instead - the hotel did nothing when I mentioned my problems I would suggest you spend $10 more and go to a quality hotel who care about the guests.

The people were rude, the beds were falling apart. The shower leaked, tv was small. Paid extra for kitchen, we were afraid to use dishes, there was no soap to wash with. There was no hair dryer. No ice machine. Smelled like cigerettes. Very UNCOMFORTABLE!

The room was dirty and who knows what was on the shower curtain!

By no means is there anything spectacular about the hotel. surrounding neighborhood is a little scay - stayed one night when we were passing through Cali from WA to AZ and wanted to go to 6 flags. Comforter was raggity, bed was thin covering over springs, was told breakfast was going to have "sausage mcmuffin "- so I figured would have scrambled eggs and sausage patties - there was no meat on the menu. There was boiled eggs, cereal, pastry, bagels, only hot food item was waffles- but was free, coffee, juice milk. Staff was nice, pool was nice & cool - no parking cost but didnt feel safe having my car in a non secured area. this would be on a lower scare than motel 6. They should get new bedspreads and pillows

Service was horrible. The lady At check in didn't know what she was doing and was talking to her friends the whole time. We finally got our keys only to realize that the room they gave us already had someone in it so we had to go back to the front desk to get another room. Our new room was extremely hot when we entered.. Someone had left the electric stove on high for who knows how long. The bed sheets were old and ratted down. There were bugs all over the window. Definitely do not recommend. Save yourself the trouble and book else where.

There was a spider in the bathroom crawling across the mirror when I opened the door to take a shower. The shower curtain was so thin and cheap that the water coming from the extremely high pressured shower head literally made puddles of water on the floor of the bathroom. Although there was a kitchen in the room, I never used it. When it was time for bed I unconvered the sheets and realized that the sheets and top blanket were well used. Holes in the blanket revealing every material used in manufacturing it, and the sheets were plentiful of stains and plain old nastiness. When I woke up, and I must say the mattress and pillows were decent for a one night stay, I called the front desk to see if I could obtain some toiletries, and was promptly instructed by the front desk to come down and get them myself. Service? There was none. On a bright side there was an iron and ironing board that worked perfectly, but the television was very outdated along with the horrific bed sheets described above. I would not go there again, I would not recommend anyone else going there, unless of course there are some major issues resolved and management get their butts off the front desk chair in order to provide service. Oh and if perhaps they figure out some way to rid the entire building of their wonderful sweat/puke/cigeratte smell in the halls.

It was a perfect location, close to every destinations you wanted to visit. One thing that I hope that they can fix, there is no ventilations in the bathroom, and they did not even bother to tell to us. Aside from those minor problem, overall the hotel was considered one of the best hotels.

My husband and I picked this hotel for it's cheap price for a last minute find and it's location to six flags magic mountain. When we got there the front desk didn't greet my husband. We got there an hour And a half early before actual checkin and the front desk couldn't decide what time to tell my husband and I to come back. They also told him the room wasnt ready and they were backed up. For one the lot was not that full for this hotel. We were a bit irritated. We finally come back around the check in time and the odor all around the hotel is ridiculous! We get into our room and for 1. The room was super hot along with a nasty stench. 2. We find used toothpicks around the room. 3. The tvs definetly need to he upgraded. U can't even turn the tv on with the button on the tv u have to use the remote! All in all for a one night stay it was ok. Big nice king size bed although pillows sucked. We had a full kitchen in our room which was useful. Honestly though I would not recommend this hotel. Exterior and interior isn't great a super 8 motel might even be better! The location however works well with all the shopping areas and six flags right down the road!

We wanted just a one night stay since we were taking our daughter to college. The bed was the hardest bed that I have ever slept on. Did not get much sleep AT ALL. The covers on the bed barely fit the bed so when you were laying in the bed, you hardly had any covers especially if you were not in the bed alone. The shower the next morning came out so hard that it almost knocked you down and bore a hole in your back. The kitchen area which we didn't use looked great. But still Wouldnever stay here again.
