Everything about this hotel was wonderful. The staff was helpful and courteous. The breakfast was fantastic and the coffee was delicious. Room was extremely clean.

Hotel was very nice. Breakfast had wide selection. Location was convenient to Downtown and Logan Airport. Main complaint was the sirens from hospital across the street - windows should be soundproofed.

We were comfortable having a wheelchair-user at this hotel.

Reasonable hotel in terms of comfort and cleanliness but location does not have many restaurants nearby. Friendly Staff

Nice hotel. Easy to get to driving (believe it or not) from the Mass Pike, but NOT in walking distance of any usual Boston tourist spots. About a mile walk to nearest "T" (subway) station. But it's only a $7 - 8 + tip cab ride to Newbury St, and you can easily start a shopping/ dining/ drinking/ history jaunt from there. Less expensive rooms AND parking than downtown hotels. Also, a very thorough free breakfast and an ATM in the lobby. Front desk staff friendly and helpful. The Junior Suite had plenty of room for my girlfriend, her young son, and me.

Overall a great stay 2 small issues the 1st was our room was unavailable they had overbooked the doubles,but they upgraded us to a King suite which had a pull out sofa my daughter had minor complainants but she is 16 so that is normal :) the 2nd issue was our room was not cleaned our 2nd day we were out until after 4pm when we arrive back we had to ask the room be made up But again overall a great stay Thanks again hotels.com

staff very friendly, courteous, pool on 9th floor was nice for kids, shuttle to airport prompt and efficient. my am sack breakfast was recycled as the rotten half eaten apple indicated. otherwise, a nice place to stay.

A wonderful experience. This is a fine hotel with great service and an excellent buffett. Not to be missed, a 5 star experience at a 2 star price. Just Great.

The hotel itself is very nice. Its clean and has very comfortable rooms. The rooms are not the biggest rooms but are still comfortable. The pool is small but nice. Its kind of a long walk to get anywhere but boston is a walking city. All in all I would stay again

becareful of the rates and they don't tell you about the parking charge any where in there website. very noisy with ambulances as close to hospital

Hotel rooms are very nice. Hotel needs another restaurant to replace the closed one. Breakfast buffet was nice but too crowded.

Stinky room, not worth the price

The neighborhood was a little sketchy, but not horrible. The hotel was great. If you don't mind walking or taking public transit, this is a great way to go. It's a 30 minute walk to downtown through some fun neighborhoods. Breakfast was unbelievably good. Gym, rooms were great. Much better than paying much more and getting much less.

Staff was very helpful and friendly.

The price was right, convenient enough to get wherever you want to go in the city. Know the #1 bus route so that you can get to the subway station (or directly to Fenway). Pool is smaller than it looks in the pictures (all 3.5 feet deep), but convenient with a nice exercise room.

I did enjoy my stay at this hotel. It was convenient to where I needed to go. The shuttle service was great! He took us right where we wanted to go willingly. It was only $5 a person. Beds were comfy and clean. I slept well. I have no complaints except for the fact that the bathrooms are to the left of the entrance so there was an odor that smelled like bathroom when we first walked in. FYI, the parking is $25 not $20.

It was my first time in Boston and this hotel just made me love Boston more. People who worked there were so nice, there's a shuttle that picks you up and drops you off at the airport, breakfast is included, and there's a 24 hr self-serve coffee station (with different kinds of coffee, cream and syrups). I'm very impressed especially for the price I paid. gym and pool looked nice too. the only one thing tho, is that it's not near any subway lines, u can take a bus to the station or walk 20 mins (less if you walk like new yorkers)

The only issue that may be something to be aware of is that the surrounding neighbourhood is a bit shady. Just be careful which roads you turn down when walking around :)

I stayed at the Hampton Inn Suites on Massachusetts ave while I was in town for the Boston Marathon. The rates for that busy weekend were easily the best I was able to find. All staff members at the hotel were very friendly and were able to answer all my questions. The free breakfast was solid, and everything was very clean. Because many of us were staying at the hotel for the marathon they had a shuttle for the runners to get to where we needed to be to pick up the bus, and a shuttle for spectators later in the day. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to friends.

Hotel staff was great and the rooms were very comfortable and clean. The only downside is the location was out of the way. We always walk, so for us it was no big deal to walk to the downtown area. It's about 1 mile down Mass. Ave.to the Copeley area. This area seemed to be for those requiring hospital tests or for their families. There were several hospitals real close to this hotel and we noticed that the hotel van was transporting people there through the day. We were in Boston for the Boston Marathon. We stayed the 1st part of our trip at the Sheraton downtown and then moved to the Hampton Inn for the latter part of our stay.

Nice and clean, staff very friendly and helpful, close to public transportation and the complimentary breakfast was fantastic.

Enjoyed our stay. Everything was great, especially for the price, during Boston Marathon weekend. Loved the free shuttle to the heart of the marathon fun. The hotel was clean. Asked for a cot, and it arrived in less than 10 minutes. Breakfast was included and it was wonderful - lots of choices, including healthy options. Only complaint is about the pool -- it was dirty, and the pool deck was dirty and slippery. It is also quite small, and only 3 feet deep all the way around. Also didn't have a hot tub, which we love to relax in. Other than the pool, it was a great choice.

Really close to the BU medical campus which is what I came there to see. The hotel rooms weren't as nice as expected (no refrigerator, not too spacious) with what we were paying. Although, we did come during the Boston Marathon weekend which most likely kicked up the price. I enjoyed the fact that they had free breakfast every morning. The hotel was within ~10 min walking distance to restaurants and public transportation. Overall, the hotel was pretty good, not great, but the price was a bit much even for the city.

Stayed overnight during Marathon weekend, very efficient, super clean and comfortable rooms...only negative is avoid the egg and cheese "omelet" at the complementary breakfast it was one of the most disgusting things I've ever eaten...fake egg with what appeared to be cheese whiz squirted inside...everything else was great though and I'd stay again in a heartbeat.

I stayed here for 4 nights while i was in town to attend a new student orientation at Boston University. My campus was located at the Medical Center - so location wise for me was perfect... however it was quite a trek to get to the nearest T-line in order to get around to the rest of the city. Also, the surrounding area wasnt the greatest for a single female to be walking around past 9p. But it wasnt awful. The gym was RIDICULOUSLY small and has no free weights or anything - but again wasnt awful. I'd probably stay here again - for the cost its not bad & the free breakfast in the morning was pretty decent.

Hotel was clean and well maintained, room was very neat. Far from the Boston Toursit stuff.

the additional charge of $25.00 a day to park brought the daily total beyond what I wanted to spend for a hotel so far from everything.

Fitness center is on 9th floor. Don't get put in room under it! Also, the hotel is near a hospital and there are frequent sirens.

The hotel is good; breakfast is good. Didn't expect to spend $25 on park per night though.

Over all I really liked the convenience to Downtown Boston, work and Shopping.

Everything went so smoothly, so comfortable, and so lovely. The continental breakfast was the best I have ever had, and I have had many breakfasts.

Its a good place to stay and the breakfast offers is good and saves lot of time. Only issue is the Boston Medical center is nearby so you cna hear the alarm sound all along the night.

Hotel was very clean. Restuarant in the lobby was good and the comp. breakfast was good. The only minus was it is surrounded by hospitals/medical centers. There are a lot of sirens going all night long-a little noisy.

I stayed at the Hampton Inn because I had an interview at Boston Medical Center which is right next door. The hotel was clean, the staff was great when I asked them for an early check in, and the bar/restaurant connected to the lobby was good enough for a short stay. The T's not really that far - a 20 minute walk up Mass Ave gets you to the Orange Line, but I'm still not sure I'd stay here unless I had a reason to be in the neighborhood - there's much more attractive places in Boston. Parking was around $20 a night and was convenient, since the front desk gives you a pass card to exit the lot whenever you need to.
