Nice hotel and very convenient. Our room did need a few paint touch ups.

Everything was satisfactory, however You all need to fix the HEAD BOARD and HOTTER WATER. I WAS VERY UNHAPPY WHEN I FOUND OUT THAT THE HEAD BOARD WAS KNOCKING AND DISTURBING OTHER PATRONS. SO PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE OR I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO STAY AT PLACE AGAIN, I STAY IN HOTELS AT LEAST 3 TIMES A WEEK. ALSO FIRMER BEDS ARE PREFERABLE TOO

IT WAS VERY VERY NICE. WE LOVED THE SPACIOUS ROOM FOR THE AMOUNT OF MONEY WE HAD TO PAY. EMPLOYEES WERE VERY POLITE AND FREINDLY. BREAKFAST WAS THE BEST QUALITY I'VE HAD IN A VERY LONG TIME. CLEANLINESS WAS THE BEST. THERE WAS A ROOM HUMIDIFIER WHICH I THOUGHT WAS GREAT. THE ROOM HAD NO ODOR AS MOST HOTELS DO. THE LOCATIONS WAS PERFECT. WE WERE VERY PLEASED. WE HAVE BEEN STAYING AT A FEW WINGATES WITHIN THE LAST FEW YEARS AND HAVE BEEN VERY SATISFIED. WILL SURELY KEEP THE WINGATE IN MIND FROM NOW ON. THANKS.

My wife and I were pleased with our stay over all. The staff was courteous, the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was very clean and nice looking and conveniently located. However, we were disappointed with the toilet which was far too low to be comfortable. Both of us are seniors and have had knee replacement surgery. Thus we both had difficulty using the toilet. It was below the normal height. Also, the TV was suprisingly an analog model with a bad picture. I believe it should be replace with a modern digital model. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise and much appreciated.

The bed was comfy, the free breakfast was terrific, and the proximity to casinos and many restaurants was great. Would stay there again! It would be nicer if weekday breakfast could last until 10 as it does on the weekends.

I enjoyed my stay during the Thanksgiving holiday. This hotel is located very close to shopping, eating, and only 10 mins from the casino. The hotel was very clean, the rooms very attractive, the complimentary breakfast was enjoyable. My teenagers enjoyed the whirl pool and gym I received a slight discount by booking via hotels.com

Very nice accomodations. Breakfast was good, with lots of choices.

The room was clean and the staff was very helpful. The hotel is close to beaches, shopping and restaurants.

This hotel was great!!! I was really worried bc of some of the reviews I have read. But the reviews were proven wrong once I got there. The hotel was in great condition. When entering our room the smell was refreshing it and smelled cleaned. The room was very clean and everything was in its proper place. We had a few minor problems with the hotel but nothing major. Over all this was a great hotel. the problems we had were 1. When calling the hotel before check in to get directions bc we were lost the person at the front desk had no idea where we were and was unable to help us. Come to find out we where just down the street. 2. When checking in we were told that our credit card number was need to be put on file in case of damage to the room. We were not told that the card would be charged a $30 deposit fee. We found that out when we call the bank to get a balance and there was $30 dollars missing. And my last problem was the breakfast isnt that great but I mean its included in the room. So i cant complain too much. But overall it was great, my husband and i enjoyed my birthday in the Biloxi area and we would for sure stay here again!!!!!!

Stayed here several times. Clean and good although a bit pricey.

I was pleased with the hotel as a whole. The service was ask if you need room cleaned. I would have liked for the room to be cleaned with out looking for maid to get clean towels, bath room cleaned, extra cups,etc. The breakfast was fantastic,clean area, nice pool, and gym. Front desk was helpful. Overall the hotel is up and coming.

The best thing is how easy it is to get to, just off I10 to the north. Easy access to the casinos. The huge shoping area near the hotel is both a plus and a minus. If you want to shop or need something I believe you can find it with in 2 miles, but if you like the woods, beach front, out doors not so good. I would call it shopping front. The room was clean an comfortable, but you could tell it was used almost everyday. The staff was friendly and helped alot with were and how to go. The breakfast was good and allowed us a early departure with out another stop forn breakfast. I will stay here again when I visit the area.

Close to casinos, shopping stores, and restaurants. A little disappointed with breakfast on Saturday. Had to wait aboout 15 minutes to eat breakfast; only had one waffle machine and staff was unable to replenish the food in a timely manner based on the number of guests.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. Great staff, nice breakfast, clean comfortable room. Plan to use Wyndham on future travels.

During my stay everything was nice except housekeeping never made it to my room. When I called the front desk I was told they would see what they could do but nothing was done.

This was my first stay in a Wingate by Wyndham. I wish the workout room was a little larger, but outside of that one small complaint, I was very happy with my stay. Extremely friendly and helpful staff from the front desk to housekeeping to the staff that serviced the breakfast area. Pleasantly surprised, and I will definitely stay there again.

Thigh this trip started out with high expectations and was a complete disapointment. The hotel was advertised as having a safe in every room. Which they did but they didn't work. We called the front desk and they sent up their repairmen who informed us that this was an old hotel and nothing really worked right. Which included the AC unit. That was why they also had a loud noisy dehumidifier in the room. Then we had to finally tell him if he couldn't fix it to leave. I went to the front desk and was told they were sold out for the night but they could fix it Sunday. Okay we will carry our valuables with us and wait till sunday. The next day as we were heading out I was told by the desk manager that she would have the problem fixed by noon. We came back to the hotel at 2:00 PM and nothing was done and the hotel manager had left for the day. After much complaining and sitting in the lobby for 2 hours the clerk grabbed a handful of room keys and finally found one that worked right. However the AC and dehumidifier was another story. Again they were so loud and you had to turn the DeHumidifier off to sleep plus the AC had one option. Horrible hotel and a worse staff

My two day stay was very enjoyable, Great location for area attractions and shopping. I will do a repeat visit in the near future,

A wonderful hotel ,except the AC in our room was not cooling the room enough. I called the desk ,and was told there was not anyone there that could check it , and we could change rooms . That is very hard to do when everyone is in bed . I will stay again ,but will check AC first .

I didn't get an option on the beds when I booked. I wanted a king or two queen beds. The double beds are to small. The staff was outstanding.

The hotel was nice, great staff and it is close to all the activities of the Biloxi area to make it the perfect place.

Why does Wingate charge $30 for amenities? That should all be free. I didn't use any of them because I would have been charged. Was using the TV an amenity? TV wouldn't turn on anyway.If there was a code to enter into the remote to power on the TV, I wasn't given it or explained how to or where to find it. That's my only gripe, hotels shouldn't have to charge for amenities.

Never stay there!!! Rooms were not clean. Mold growing around mini fridge. Bathroom door had brown spots. Don't even what to know what it was. Elevators were scary. There was always a drop. This place was terrible. Worst place I have stayed in.

The hotel appearance was ok but the room was dark and felt muggy when we arrived. The first thing we did was adjust the air temp and while it did get cooler the dampness never went away. The beds were awful and this is not an exaggeration. When you sat on the bed you could hear the springs poping and twanging under you. Forget getting any sleep on those things. I was awake all night with springs in my back and side. When I spoke with the hotel staff the next day about it they were sorry for the trouble and offerd a pad for the bed. This pad was put on the wrong bed and was simply a comforter that was put on before the sheets. All in all a miserable stay.

Nice hotel it is located right off the Interstate, and surrounded by shopping and restaurants.

Very nice, clean rooms with good, basic ammetities. No more than short drive to all attractions and right off interstate. Very pleased.

This hotel was perfect for us. We stayed here for our spring vacation. It was near enoough to other towns that we didn't have to drive far. There was plenty of shopping and places to eat in the surrounding area. If we wanted to we could have walked to them. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. Breakfast wasn't the best. But what can you expect of microwave food? The staff was friendly.

The location was great. The staff was so pleasant. The food was fresh. Will be back as soon as possible.

Great hotel. Can be hard getting in and out of parking area. Very high traffic area.
